    We just moved into Morganā€™s Landing, and our leasing experience was fantastic, thanks to Tracy! She was incredibly helpful throughout the process, providing clear and accurate information and always responding promptly to our questions. She made everything smooth and stress-free, helping us figure out all the details of our move. So far, everything has been great, and weā€™re really happy with our decision. Iā€™ll update this review in a few weeks after weā€™ve settled in to share a more complete impression, but for now, we highly recommend Tracy and Morganā€™s Landing!

    I have lived at Morgans Landing since June 2023 and absolutely love it here! The property is fantastic and the amenities are second to none. The office staff has always been delightful and a true pleasure to interact with. Tracy Meyer came aboard recently and she exponentially highlights the already stellar customer service at Morgans Landing. I couldnt ask for a better place to live!UPDATE:Last week my washing machine stopped working, and I could not figure out what the issue was. I put in a maintenance request and spoke with Cat Sanders at the office....the washing machine was fixed SAME DAY!! You will not find better service at such an incredible place to live!!

    While the apartments itself are super nice, very luxurious with a gorgeous kitchen. I was blessed with such hard working front office staff (Tracy & Kat) they are amazing, all questions answered their help was incredible. They made me and my family feel welcomed and safe in our new home.

    Tracy Meyer my leasing consultant went above and beyond getting me through the whole process. She was kind and welcoming since I have been a traveling tech for a while and havenā€™t had a place of my own in a while. She has called to check up on me and made sure everything has been running smoothly and if any issues needed to be taken care of.     I wanted to share a quick review on my experience on my tour. I was toured by a member of the staff named Tracy who made me feel so important and so welcomed. I was in from out of town visiting Morganā€™s landing in hopes to one day reside there. I will tell you, Iā€™ve seen way more complexā€™s that were equally as nice if not nicer but simply off the warm welcome Tracy gave and the time she took to explain every detail would make me chose Morganā€™s Landing over all competition. If you tour this complex, make sure to ask for Tracy to be your tour guide.. You will not be disappointed!

    Iā€™m going on my 2nd year here, so I wanted to leave what I would call an honest review.Donā€™t get me wrong this is a nice place. Nicer than some other options in the area. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is awesome. However, it does have its flaws.This place is constantly burglarized because the gates are constantly broken or stay open. The daily fear of coming outside to your things missing or damaged is a gamble. Not a good feeling. In my opinion security or safety measures could greatly be improved by adding more lighting or a couple of cameras around the complex.Before I moved in I asked about parking and was assured it doesnā€™t get too congested ,but that wasnā€™t correct. If you come home after 7pm-8pm expect to park buildings away from where you live. The solution to this is to pay $100 for a covered spot or garage that most times is not conveniently located to where you live. At time people even park outside the gates of the complex because of how ridiculous parking is here.Those two things are the biggest downsides in my opinion. Picture was taken 6/13. If these issues were addressed I could easily see everyone giving this place a 5 star review.

    My boyfriend and I toured the property with Miss Tracey Meyer. She was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain everything to us as first time renters. She made sure we had everything we needed and dreamed of in an apartment. She was also really funny and knowledgeable about the property. Such a sweet woman and so festive with Christmas. Thankyou Tracey!!!

    An honest review about Morganā€™s Landing. I have been living here for about 2 years now and was asked about my experience through surveys. Here it goes, the positive is that I love my apartment and all the amenities. The customer service is impeccable and I like the constant food trucks and activities. Only negative is that you have people that donā€™t follow the policies and the ones that do are affected by it. Especially the pool area. I see the officers always out there trying to enforce the rules and they get cussed out by people that donā€™t belong there. Props to the staff for always being positive and creating a fun living environment .

    I used to live here and have been thinking of going back. Solisa the manager is AMAZING! She would always go beyond for the residents with events and keeping the community looking great. She would come out her office just to tell you hello and ask if there`s anything you need. She did everything she could to help us to stay but due to personal reasons we had to move. If I do decide to come back to La Porte then I am for sure coming back here since Solisa is still the manager!

    Iā€™ve lived here almost a year. Great neighbors, mostly quiet, everyone keeps to themselves but are happy to help each other out when needed. Office staff was and has been helpful and accommodating. I needed a new fob and I went out of town, I asked if they could leave in my apt along with a new mail key and they did. What other complex/staff would do that for their residents. Car wash is great, pool is beautiful, grounds are kept up. Valet trash service. Donā€™t miss out.

    The apartments are very nice, the pool is great and so are the amenities. Only issue is the hours of operation for most things, makes it somewhat impossible to enjoy certain amenities, especially the things kids enjoy more. Overall though itā€™s a nice apartment and the staff are great.

    I was a tenant for 2 years. Honestly, itā€™s been a great experience for what Iā€™m looking for. Quiet neighbors for the most part. Itā€™s been good. Parking is kind of a disaster so just be ready for that. Apartments are a nice/convenient style for some, but Im moving on to different living style that is better suited for me.

    After moving from the heights, I was extremely nervous about moving back into this area because of the amenities i was used to. This is the best apartment complex in the area. It has the nicest people, and Memorie was THE BEST! She helped me with everything and totally made my move in process smooth and wonderful. ALL of the staff there make you feel so wonderful and at home already. I am so happy I made the decision to move here.

    Morganā€™s Landing is a warm and welcoming complex with outstanding office and maintenance staff. There are frequent casual activities, food trucks, and common areas like the pool are attractively designed and well maintained. My apartment is light, airy, well designed and must be well insulated since despite record breaking heat my electric bill is the lowest Iā€™ve had in years. I love it here!

    I am currently a resident here and my experience so far is absolutely amazing! Anything I need the office staff is helpful. Samantha the Assistant Manager is always so warm and welcoming when I need help with packages or anything I call about. Richard the maintenance man is the best ever! He has always responded to my work orders by the next day and if I need something extra he doesnā€™t mind at all to go the extra mile for it. Iā€™ve seen so many improvements with the new company.

    We have lived here 4 months. Our management company changed to DLP a couple of months ago. We were concerned about potential changes however, our experience has only improved and become better overall! We love the installation of the smart locks on our front door and a smart thermostat in our unit. The landscapers not only maintain the lawn and our private yard but now blow the inside areas by our front doors removing any debris and making our area much cleaner!! The staff has been kind and weā€™ve enjoyed the new activities and improvements made by DLP.

    Moved here a few months ago and no complaints so far! The complex is very safe and clean, the staff are helpful, the apartments are spacious and the building is still very new. When we were looking into leasing, Hunter was especially helpful.Itā€™s also very pet friendly, especially since the first floor apartments have yards. The only thing is parking is not assigned, so sometimes you may have to park far, but thereā€™s always at least some spots available.Overall, we really lucked out with this place! Definitely recommend it :)

    After living here for a year I can honestly say this has been the best experience Iā€™ve ever had! Management is very nice and understanding and they have been quick to tend to anything thatā€™s gone wrong! They are efficient and respectful! Improvements are constantly being made around the complex and management prides itself on creating a sense of community with the residents!     Richard and Javier and Eddie are hands down the best maintenance team I have ever had at an apartment community. Iā€™ve lived in multiple states, multiple communities, but I have never had a group like these guys. Every work order is completed in a timely manner and always fully completed the first time around. I have never been so satisfied with a maintenance staff. They are why I will continue staying here. The office staff is wonderful as well. Solisa, Samantha, Gracen, and Maeghan are always a pleasure.

    Iā€™ve been living here for about 2 months and love the community. Especially the beer garden, it makes having a cookout easy. Which allows you to enjoy more time with your family.     Amazing place to live! Rent is very reasonable and you get a lot! The units are absolutely gorgeous and youre provided with a bunch of amenities such as an awesome pool, beer garden, great gym, arcade room, business room, movie room, and a lovely lounge area! Staff are super helpful and frienly and the maintenance is really good too! On top of all this, its fairly close to a lot of hot spots and stores! Stores, restaurants, plazas, etc. are all just a hop skip jump away!

    I visited from college station with my mom, and Maeghan Carey helped us. She was very insightful, very helpful, and made me feel taken care of. I really trusted her advice, and she was very welcoming. She was awesome!! The only drawback I have is that the 1 bedroom is a little too expensive.

    My wife and I really enjoy living here. The community is a well maintained safe place to live. The staff are alway pleasant and willing to help anyway they can. Maintenance will find a way to get issues fixed in a rapid manner. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in the Houston area. We love it here.

    I have been looking for a place to stay that was A class for quite some time. I toured with Mr. Rankin when at the property and I must say, no one has taken the time like he has to show me all of the amenities and features the property has to offer. The gym is basically a full suited gym with everything to offer and the pool is amazing! The brier garten was definitely unique, and the property even has its own car wash for the residents! Mr. Rankin showed me multiple different floor plans the property has to offer and took the time to explain the pricing, what each had to offer over the others, and some units even have their own backyard. The ambient lighting in the kitchen under the cabinets really sold the kitchen. The property is obviously well maintained and Mr. Rankin was very knowledgeable on the units, and what was in the units such as the granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and farmhouse style sinks. If you stop by ask for a tour with Mr. Rankin. This is the best A class property I have toured so far and this tour definitely helped in a decision.

    This is the premier community in the area if interested or looking for a rental situation. I recently moved to The Great Lone Star State and found no better community in the area. The best bang for your buck with regard to the amenities as well as the aesthetically pleasing layout. Perfectly located away from the urban clutter yet close to all major attractions as well as necessities. I selfishly hate to boast about this community as to keep this gem hidden.

    I just want to say thank you to Gracen and Solisa for helping me and my boyfriend when we came to check out the property. Solisa gave us so much information about the surrounding area and shopping centers. Gracen gave us the tour we didnā€™t want to leave the office lol.     Morgans Landing is a great property to live at. The new ownership has been making great changes to the property. They just installed smart amenities in each apartment which is a great new addition. The new management as well has been a great addition to the property.

    Moved in September of 2020. I renewed my lease in 2021 and again in 2022 when I moved up from their 1bd 1bath Floorplan to a 2/2. I have no complaints. The property recently changed ownership and is now DLP Morgans Landing. They seem to really be on their A game. The new property owners have invested money into upgrades on what are already new apartaments. Recently they installed digital thermostats and electronic doorlocks you can lock and unlock from an app on your phone... in addition to being able to adjust your thermostat from anywhere. I plan on being here another couple of years. Im a refinery operator and its close ( 20min drive) to my job and that was one of the main selling points for me. 10/10

    The pool area is my favorite!!!!! The game room rocks. Weā€™ve used the lounge area for family get togethers. Love the office staff, maintenance and the location.
