My husband and I were living at Mockingbird Villas for 2 years. The owners are very kind and gentle as are the neighbors. The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. Our experience was very good and we recommend Mockingbird Villas as a special place to live, quiet, near a beautiful lake where nature is alive, safe place for children and adults, spacious parking for both cars and trucks, spacious common areas and comfortable, pretty close to IH-20. The apartment is designed for comfortable and spacious living, all the appliances are new, the bathroom, the room and all the services included are excellent. -
