Wonderful management! Sonja is amazing and extremely helpful…. Jose fixes maintenance issues and he is the best…. We are extremely grateful to have found this place with great people who handle the property!Each loft is different and extremely unique! Beautiful historical building with a rooftop view, amazing pool and dog park.Plenty of places to go for walks and everyone has been very kind. We have made wonderful friends here…

My partner, pup, and I all love living here! Our loft is SO beautiful, and the facilities are well-maintained. The community is soooo friendly, and I absolutely love each member of the staff. *Knock on wood* but Ive really never had issues trying to find free parking on the street. Overall such a wonderful experience!

I recently toured with Ashley and I loved this place she gave us a rundown of the history of this place but when she took us to the rooftop it was amazing the view the area everything is amazing here! She did an awesome job.

Not sure where to begin!!! I don’t leave reviews too often being I’m in the industry but I have to leave this one!! Toured the Mitchell several times in the past & never had a positive experience, the location was ALWAYS a seller for me. Decided to tour AGAIN yesterday & was blown away by the customer service that I received! Toured with Lori & had the best tour ever! The previous tours at The Mitchell were nightmares! The staff was either unavailable, unprofessional, or BOTH! Lori had an amazing personality & gave so much insight on the history of the building, community, and other things. She provided so much information; I never had to ask ONE question!! I noticed a rude lady on the tour in the waiting area; Lori handled her with such class despite how she spoke to Lori!!! The amenities are not too updated, but the pool and Amazon lockers are a plus! Lori also spoke soooo highly of her teammates Sonya and Jose; in which I look forward to meeting because I’m definitely calling this place my home! I visited 8 communities yesterday; some newer than The Mitchell, but none with a person as awesome as Lori! Good customer service is one thing, but stellar customer service is another! I am looking forward to getting a call when there’s something available for December.

My husband and I have been living in The Mitchell Lofts for over a year and recently re-signed our lease. We LOVE it here. It was exactly what we were looking for - a true historical building and a wonderful community. The amenities are fabulous; we spend a lot of time at the pool and the tenant lounge is great with a pool table, fancy coffee machine, TV, etc.Joey has been a fantastic property manager who truly cares about the residents. There are constant improvements being made throughout the building, and if we ever have a maintenance issue within our loft, it is taken care of quickly and appropriately.On top of everything else, this a great location - a short walk to Deep Ellum, but also tucked away in a safe area.

Lived here for two years and honestly loved it. Management is SO fast to respond, I send a text message about an issue and within ten minutes someone is up to look at the problem. Always two steps ahead and really cares about their tenants, spaces are clean, ceilings are tall, location is great. If you are considering this property, I highly recommend it!!

I had the pleasure of living here for 7 wonderful years. The building is gorgeous and the lofts are not only spacious but in excellent condition. There are all new appliances as well as constant updates to the property. The area is just close enough to Deep Ellum to walk to anything you want (including the Double Wide less than a block away) but far enough that you dont get the craziness or noise. Great place to live. I am going to miss it but will probably end up moving back after a few years.

The girls in the office are amazing and PROFESSIONAL! Which you can’t find as much these days. Looking forward to moving here when my lease ends especially after hearing Greystar is the new management company. Currently living in a Greystar apartment complex for 3 years and I will say they have kept their word. Lofts here are spacious and have so many characteristics. Curious to tour a loft with a garden. Thanks Vanessa for your help!

A place like the Mitchell Lofts is a lot to keep up and keep diverse artistic and professional tenants....however under the management of Vanessa currently, everything is running so smooth. I put in 5 work requests last night and they were all taken care of today. Its great to feel safe, taken care of, and experience the vibrance of this community.

Best place to live near Deep Ellum!On April 16th I had the absolute pleasure of meeting one of the most amazing leasing managers I’ve come to know. Yolanda Brown. I was in search of a new Creative space that I could call my home. My real estate agent from @SwitchLocations and I gave her my specific criteria and she wasted no time & walked me directly to the unit of my dreams. April 17th I got the call that I was approved & May 1st I became a resident.Since becoming a resident Yolanda has been nothing but flawless, she is always cheerful, VERY STYLISH, attentive to any request, extremely knowledgeable about the area and always has great recommendations...I could go on and on Yolanda!In regards to the building it is ALWAYS CLEAN! The pool area is so peaceful! The club house is so inviting, & I LOVE our coffee machine! The gym is private and has the key essentials for an amazing workout! The rooftop is beautiful at sunrise and sunset! The events that we have here are always awesome! All of the residents are so cool! I guess I could go on and on about Mitchell lofts as well!I just want to say, thank you Yolanda for being such a gem and thank you Mitchell Lofts for having such a spectacular building.SPECIAL ADDITION: July 13th 2020I have no idea where to start!Day 1 of meeting Joey I was greeted in the lobby with hors d’oeuvres, wine & a warm inviting energy! I was sold!Since then I’ve watched as Joey has brought love, security and a new light to The Mitchell Lofts.Not only have I seen his amazing work around the property, he goes above and beyond to ensure my unit is more than a unit it’s a home.Most recently my AC went out and I let him know. The first day he purchased a small ac unit for me to make it through the night because the on property maintenance guy let Joey know it was broken. Joey IMMEDIATELY contacted an offsite AC crew and the very next day had a new unit installed!While Joey was in my unit, he noticed it needed a few upgrades and immediately got to it, leaving my home more beautiful than I already thought it was.There is so much more I can say about Joey but I’ll end with, his heart is like gold and I am so thankful he is my property manager!I just thought I would share!

I’ve lived there almost 2.5 years, and management is super attentive, the service requests get handled very quickly, and have been working from home over the last year with no issues. Location is amazing, and I truly would recommend to anyone who wants to live in the city of Dallas in a loft with a neighborhood vibe outside your window and a couple blocks away from one of the best restaurant and bar scenes.

Apartments look great, location is amazing, Joey is the coolest. If there are any issues (which there are rarely, it gets taken care of quickly without hassle. We have had a wonderful 2.5 years at the Mitchell Lofts and we’ll miss it.

Ms. Yalonda made our relocation to Dallas Texas a wonderful experience. Although we have moved in and are pretty much settled, she continues to go the extra mile for my family and I. We are thoroughly pleased with our decision to make Mitchell Lofts our home. We highly recommend.
