    Ive had a great experience living at the Miro apartments. The maintenance crew, Jose and Salvador, are exceptional — by far the best team Ive encountered while renting. They are prompt, professional, and always go the extra mile. The front desk staff is amazing as well, always welcoming and providing exceptional service. The leasing team is also fantastic — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

    For the location and the quality of the apartment I believe it’s a really good value.A few things to know.The building is locked up like Fort Knox. Your key fob only allows you to get on your floor. Unless the front desk has someone there at the time, there’s no way for you to let someone up to your apartment without you going down to get them.They don’t give you screens on your windows, so be prepared to make your own, Or have them special order which management told me took months and is pricey.Two of my light switches in my hallway have dimmer switches, but don’t seem to actually turn anything on or off.The exterior patios facing the pool desperately are in need of the power wash.Trying to actually get someone from leasing on the phone can be challenging during the leasing process. I had to follow up multiple times in order to get responsesMoving in was a breeze. The facilities are pretty great. Parking is never an issue. There’s lots of great stuff around the apartment.

    Stephanie is one of the best leasing agents you can find! The apartments are in the best location and the views from the pool are UNMATCHED. If you want to live in Uptown this is the apartment for you, so close to everything and I felt very safe walking around the area. My husband and I chose a new build by The Star but had to leave a review because the service we received was amazing.

    Not a resident, this review is based on my tour. Had a fantastic experience with Stephanie during my apartment tour. She was incredibly perky, personable, and friendly, and her positive energy really made my day. It was clear from the cheerful interactions she had with residents we passed while on the tour she has a great rapport with the residents. Stephanie answered all my questions with enthusiasm and made the entire process enjoyable. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service!

    Stephanie and the ENTIRE OFFICE was beyond words amazing! They TRULY take care of their residence and want long lasting relationships!!! 10 out of 10 on not just these amazing women but the concierge, cleaning staff, everyone and the property is so clean and sound proof!!!

    The Miro is amazing. While at first look the building and units are beautiful, the real gem of this building are its people. I only moved in about 1.5 months ago but every time I’ve had a question or an issue the leasing office and maintenance team are there to help with a smile. Sal and Jose are by far the best maintenance team I have ever worked with. They are kind and will go above and beyond to make sure your apartment is perfect for you. Thank you to the Miro team for making my move in and stay so far fantastic.

    My experience at Miro has been nothing short of amazing! The apartment is just the right distance away from museums, public transportation, and grocery stores. The walkability of the neighborhood is top notch. Inside, the lobby, stairways, and hallways are always clean and smells nice. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to stay here.

    When my clients require good management on their list of apartment must haves, I can proudly add Miro. My client lost her husband, and the entire staff (yes, even the owner of the building) did gymnastics to overcome obstacles in getting her approved. The concierge is sweet, too! THANK YOU! This unique property is a blend of art and class, with downtown views that will make your friends jealous.

    Cant recommend MIRO enough! Hidden gem, boutique high-rise living in the heart of the city. My husband and I moved here a year ago and just renewed our lease. Staff and maintenance are amazing. We feel extremely safe here and love being residents at MIRO. Great gym and pool as well!

    We have had an AMAZING experience living at Miro! In past apartments that I’ve lived in, I’ve have awful experiences with the management. I just assumed that was the norm at any apartment. But Miro has changed my opinion on that completely. Every member of the staff, from management, to maintenance, to the concierges have been so friendly and helpful. Any maintenance requests or concerns that we’ve raised to management have been handled swiftly. They truly do care about making this a great place to live for their residents. And we love the area that we’re in. There are some great restaurants within walking distance and lots of events taking place throughout the year at Klyde Warren Park and other surrounding areas. The best part about this area is how safe it is. I feel completely comfortable walking my dog alone at night. After living here for a little over a year, my husband and I are so grateful for the wonderful experience we’ve had at Miro!

    I visited this property three times when looking to move December 2023. Although I didn’t select this property I had to stop by to give the leasing agent Stephanie her props for being so upbeat , professional, and happy to help!! She was consistent with each and every visit

    Great place to live. We moved to the apartment complex in January and our experience has been incredible so far. All staff is great, but in particular the maintenance team. Salvador and his crew are always willing to help. They are extraordinary professionals and super friendly. Even with the snowstorm, they were helping us in the middle of the night. They made our moving process much easier. If you are looking for a good location, great amenities and helpful management, Miro is your place!!

    If staff and management are important to you then look NO FURTHER!Ill be 100%, I do not live here but my business partner does and I spend at minimum two full days here a week. And that has been since January. BUT, I will say that I have witnessed a bit of everything a tenant could be a part of.The front door/concierge staff, SO kind and helping (aside from the older lady on the weekend who is NOT very friendly OR helpful)! They greet you with a wonderful smile and even though I come in every week, they make sure I dont need anything.The leasing office. Oh my gosh. There is nothing these wonderful ladies wont do for you, as long as it is within their power. But sometimes they will go above and beyond their own power and authority and STILL make the unthinkable happen for you. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and SO FREAKING NICE ALL THE TIME! Even on days that you can tell it may not be their best days, they STILL show up and ROCK OUT! For you!Management has a new face behind the blurry wall in the leasing office but compared to the last fella, this guy seems to always be there, always working hard, and still has a welcoming smile. The last guy didnt smile and honestly looked like someone I would trip off the elevator hahaDont get me started about the maintenance staff. There are two men and a woman that man this sky rise down as if it were their pride and joy. These guys and gals make an effort to know the tenants! Theyre asking about your kids, your dogs, your job, your new project, your car, etc.! And with genuine care. Who does that? Who takes time and effort to KNOW the tenants? Ive lived here, there, and everywhere in a few states and you just dont see this often. You see them in the hallway, let them know theres an issue with ANYTHING, and theyre there the same day fixing your problems! And with such a loving and devoted demeanor. Theyre seriously the best. The place is always clean. Theres rarely anything out of place or broken for more than a day.As for names, lets see if I get this right.Monica, Stephanie, Slavador, and Jose! Thank you for your service and I am so thankful for yall!!!!! Maybe Ill move in when my lease ends!!! *fingers crossed*

    The manager Lidia and the leasing Stephanie are so amazing! She was very kind, prompt and knowledgeable. Prices are great and home was a good size.

    The staff here is amazing. The maintenance staff always goes above and beyond and answers calls within 24 hours. Salvador is the best! He knows how to fix anything and wants to make sure you are happy. The concierge and leasing department are also fantastic. This is my first time living at a grey star property and I am SUPER impressed!!!

    My partner and I spent 4 years at Miro Uptown. The property is currently managed by Greystar, and are the best property managers we have seen at this apartment. The maintenance team (led by Sal, I think) was always very responsive to any maintenance orders, within the next day and sometimes same day if urgent, like AC. For whatever reason, we had several AC issues over this summer unlike the prior 3 summers, but Sal was always there to address our concerns and order any parts ASAP. Additionally, our move-out process was easy to schedule, and the management staff has always been open to discussing terms or fees in the lease - they will actually stick to their word. Most residents keep pretty quiet. We lived very close to the pool door on the 6th floor, so it did get pretty rowdy during the summer weekends, but if that is a concern for you, just dont live at that unit.

    Living at Miro has been the best. The complex is really nice and clean with amazing views. Its in a perfect location, with tons of restaurants, museums, and parks all within walking distance. Ive also always felt super safe living here, which is a huge plus. The staff is responsive and helpful and they host lots of residents events on a regular basis. The only thing is, I wish they had a rent drop-off somewhere for those who cant make office hours and dont want to pay online. But I still highly recommend living here!

    Some of the nicest staff at an apartment complex!! My lease was ending in August but I was just told I’d be moving to Arkansas for work 3 months later in November. So I didn’t want to get a whole new lease for only 3 months or move. So they extended my lease for 3 additional months for the same monthly price as the original lease for no additional costs or issues!! It was amazing!

    Miro offers unbelievable views of Uptown Dallas and super amenities! The building location is very convenient to the American Airlines center, which is great for a quick walk to a game or concert. The homes feature the most sought after features in the market. The staff is very professional and the Community Manager, Jimmy, is dedicated, hard working and cares about his residents and team!

    Monica has been very helpful with the leasing process and she has been very responsive to all my questions and concerns. She has sent me multiple virtual tours because the exact layout Im interested in isnt available to look at in person yet. I recommend dealing with Monica if you are interested in leasing at Miro.     So far so good. I have an amazing view and the staff is incredible. I’m giving 4 starts because the app for guess parking doesn’t work and the 3 elevator is not secure.. apparently anyone without a key fob can come up. Also, the dog park is always dirty, people should pickup after their dogs..

    I honestly have never met a leasing agent like Colton! Wow he was so helpful!! I may have not leased here just because I wanted the patio with a nice uptown view and the floor plan I wanted wasn’t available at the moment. But he seriously was awesome!! Anytime I asked him for many floor plans and he went to that apartment and took videos for me everytime ! He was also replying right away! I really wanted to be a resident here!! Hopefully in the future!!

    On Sunday 7/28 I stopped by Miro to view the property. I had the pleasure of meeting Leasing Agent Jaquar, he was so welcoming and very nice. We began to talk about what I was looking for in apartment home. I am very picky and particular, so I was happy when we began to tour, he didnt try to push things on me that I was not interested in, he really listened and showed me exactly what I was looking for and I fell in love with it instantly, The A7.1. Only thing is they didnt have one that would be available in the time frame that I would need it, however the experience was worth my time. Thank you Jaquar if you see this for being and exceptional tour guide, listening to my needs and all the many laughs along the way, you where awesome!!!

    The new maintenance support is thorough and timely. I admire his work ethic and customer service. The view from my unit is breathtaking and I want to buy it! The location is central to fine dining, KWP, Dallas Arts District, uptown/downtown, entertainment, shopping, nightlife and much more.
