I dont even know where to start because I am so blown away by the service and care here. This is my first experience with an apartment complex where you feel truly and fully welcome. From my first time walking in the door, Dyana has always been so kind, welcoming, professional, and just plain sweet. Her attitude comes from a genuine place, and it makes such a huge difference in the vibe of the whole front office. I have had a couple maintenance issues, and Antonio has been to my apartment promptly and with a great attitude (even when he had to come almost in the middle of the night) and knowledge to help me handle small issues on my own. His professionalism also cannot be overstated.Yes, this place is beautiful. The pricing is honestly way better than I expected too. Really when you get down to it, Millie Miglia is staffed by a team of people that like and care about their tenants and jobs. It makes such a huge difference when the people work so hard to make sure you truly feel at home.One month in and I may just stay here forever. THANK YOU

Talked on phone with Dyana,She helped me through the process and I got emails and helpful reminders to get everything done. This was a big help since I was doing all of this in the middle of my work. Best move in process I went through. Out of ten rating, Dyana you deserve an eleven. Keep up the good work you’re doing.Kudos to the entire team too for being nice, communicative, and helpful. The property is well kept and clean. I just love it here .Thank you everyone.

The office staff at Mille Miglia has gone above and beyond to make us feel like home. No words can describe how wonderful and amazing this community is. Diana is great and so sweet with assisting us in anything that we might need. She’s always so welcoming and concerned. Monica, the assistant manager is so amazing and is really on top of everything that requires attention to detail. She’s very nice and is always ready to assist in any way possible. Kayla, the office manager is always there when you need her and is willing to help out in anyway that she can. She always tries to find a solution. She is very nice and courteous. The maintenance staff is always available if you ever have an issue they don’t make you wait long days to be able to get your stuff fixed. They’re on call and ready for whatever you need. Truly this is the best place we have ever lived in. There’s not a day that they don’t worry about you and they really treat you like family. Also, the events they host for their residents are truly top notch and they focus on attention to detail to make the residents feel appreciated. If you’re looking for a place to call home please look no further. Truly a one of a kind community.

Great experience with Millie Miglia! Will definitely be renewing my lease. The apartments spacious & beautiful! Love all the amenities including valet trash, gym, dog park, and safe dog walking areas! But my favorite is the personal touch of the entire staff! Ive never lived in apartments where all of the staff members remember the tenants names on sight! Also love the little extras like community events, weekly food trucks, & door decorating contest. Also just want to mention how promptly any maintenance issues are addressed. I havent had to wait for any maintenance issues to be resolved ever. They literally resolve your maintenance issues the day you put in your request!

I have to say this has been a great experience for my family and I. We moved in in May and switched units last month. The process from start to finish has been wonderful. I cannot speak highly enough of this apartment complex and their staff. I would 1000% recommend anyone to move in here!Specifically, Dyana, one of the leasing agents, is a peer god send! Their whole staff is caring, understandable to any situation that comes their way and makes the absolute best effort to help their residents and future residents.I recently became friends with a homeless veteran, as I am a veteran myself, and he found Mille Miglia apartments and wanted to check them out. At first appearance, most apartments would have immediately turned this gentlemen away but not here! They took him in, showed compassion, understanding, and provided support in order to help him move into an apartment instead of living in his car.Dyana provided this gentlemen with numerous assistance that he needed in order to get everything established for him to be qualified for the apartment. I have never seen anyone willing to go as far out of their way to help a person as Dyana did.Dyana is one of the most kind hearted and best people Ive ever met in my life and cannot speak highly enough about her.She ensured this veteran was properly taken care of in every aspect and moved the application process along rapidly, to where he was able to receive his apartment keys in a matter of two days.Thank you Dyana and Mille Miglia management. You guys are awesome human beings who truly care for everyone, no matter what their background or situation is; you will do your best to help them out.I cannot thank you enough for what youve done to help this veteran!If youre a homeless veteran or a veteran in a bad situation, dont be afraid to approach this place. From the first time I made contact I have been made to feel welcome and even like family. I never felt pressured and was always communicated with in a very professional manner. The assitant manager Monica was very helpful in answering all my questions via e-mail and walking me through all the steps after my application was approved. The complex itself is very nice, and the units are beautiful. I had an issue with my dryer and they were able to come the same afternoon. I would reccomend this complex to anyone looking for a safe and modern living place.

Dyana in the front office is absolutely wonderful. Since day one when I toured the property until now, being here for 6 months. She always goes above and beyond to help. She’s even helped clean out my storage while wearing heels because maintenance didn’t do it. She was the deciding factor for choosing this property and a large reason my time here has been pleasant. No matter what, I know I can rely on Dyana to get things done. She (single-handedly) is what makes Mille Miglia a great place to live.Overall, the complex is great. It’s quiet and an enjoyable place to live. They keep it interesting with the different events they do. Who doesn’t love being able to get a latte in the office!

We have lived at Mille Miglia for the past year and feel fortunate to have just renewed our lease for another year. We love our apartment, the well-kept grounds, the pool, and the community. The location is hard to beat. The staff are outstanding and really care about residents. They are always friendly, available, and on top of things. There are events for the community and food trucks come by frequently. Its a great place to make a home.

We are grateful to have him caring for our apartment home needs. He did an amazing job installing the bedroom fan in my daughters room yesterday. And just like other staff employed here, he continued going above and beyond in helping us. We appreciate you and your dedication Antonio!Mille Miglia is the most amazing apartment home community I’ve ever lived in. The apartment structures and amenities themselves are top notch alone but what stands out the most is the tenant relations staff. Leasing agents, and management are kind, honest, and thoughtful in their approach to assisting prospective clients and actual tenants. I both saw this and had the pleasure of experiencing it firsthand during our leasing process. Most notably with our leasing agent, Dyana. Monica and Kayla were wonderful as well via email and in person. But I must brag on Dyana! She has been a type of person who at times seems to be few and far between in life these days in business. That being her truly caring and genuine handling of our leasing procedures coupled with thorough hard work and real empathy for our specific situational time restrictions for signing. Dyana went above and beyond times a million and we couldn’t be more grateful for her. Not many humans slow down long enough to take the time with others needed sometimes to truly understand where they’re coming from and what they’re possibly dealing with in life at that moment. Dyana did just that, and more. Mille Miglia is lucky to have such a dedicated, and hard working individual on staff.

Lived here have nothing but an amazing experience. Apartments are super cute and updated. Let’s not talk about the staff there super friendly and helpful. Gym and pool are always clean. Apartments is very quiet. Maria is amazing she help me so much, Can’t thank her enough😊. Maintenance always show up the day you call them. Unfortunately I moved out of state. Everything is close by shopping market schools. Such an amazing place to live

To be honest I was apprehensive about moving here but the ladies in the front office especially Dyana made everything so easy. I thoroughly reviewed these apartments to ensure that this was a great place to raise my kids for now. I was concerned about many things. But the ladies address every concern and made the process smooth and easy. I personally feel maybe previous residents werent assertive enough to get things done with management. I have no issues thus far.

I had such a wonderful experience there! From the very first time that I called I got assisted right away with such amazing help. Dyana is truly amazing in every single way! She truly went above and beyond to assist me with my situation. She was able to help me move in into my new home even though my situation was a bit challenging. Her along with Kayla and the other staff did everything in their power to make sure that I felt valuable and that I could move in. I really cannot emphasize enough how wonderful Dyana and Kayla truly are. This is by far the best customer service experience I have ever gotten. Please if you need to move into any place this is it!!!! The apartments are very well kept. The place indoors and out is so beautiful. They have such a nice Italian flair to them. Dyanna and Monica! Absolute gems! They have been absolutely essential in my move in experience. They helped me set up my post office box, they helped me get settled in, do financing so i didnt stress over bills, made it so i could feel safe here, and genuinely did all they could to make me feel at home in my first week of living here. The front office is responsive and considerate.The only issues are the AC in the gym will often not work (or will turn off randomly) leaving the gym stuffy.I do wish dog owners would pick up after their pet more, but thats a tenant issue and not an office issue.

We moved in August 2022 and recently transferred to a bigger apartment. We ultimately decided to go to another place that was a better location for us, but from my judgement, I would recommend this complex as a great option in the Conroe area and they were reasonably priced.

So… I had lived here for 15 months and I absolutely LOVEDDD living here. It hurt my heart so bad to not renew the lease but due to circumstances with distance with a partner, I had to move out. I have only good things to say about this complex. Management is super chill and ready to help. Maintenance is amazing and cool people! My neighbors at the time were awesome and I never had a package stolen. It’s very lively around the complex. I wish the gym was bigger but it’s always clean! I would move here again if I could but if you are thinking of living here, definitely try it. They do food trucks sometimes and small events at the office where they offer food. There is ALWAYS parking. I never had any issues with parking if that’s a deal breaker for you. They have garages if you need it for storage. This place is amazingggg. The office people are amazingggg. If you’re looking for somewhere that is peaceful. You should definitely stay here. There is a police station right around the corner and it helps make you feel safe btw!

Beautiful apartments and superior customer service. Maria in the office is friendly and helpful and maintenance Adrian is wonderful and professional. He truly has been great to work with for the minor issues that I encountered.The other office staff I do not know their names, but they have been very helpful and pleasant as well.The reason for the 4 stars is due to the water leak in the laundry room and a few other minor issues that have occurred during my short stay. The leak has nothing to do with the apartments and more-so with the construction company, but it definitely did not make a good impression after I signed a 15 month lease along with the other minor issues.So hopefully after everything is taken care of I can finally relax and enjoy my new beautiful home in a new city.If you are considering these apartments, I say give them a chance. The location of the apartments is close to everything Conroe has to offer. Another perk for myself is being close to the police department.Update : It has been almost 2 years I believe since I’ve moved in to apartment and I’m still somewhat happy with my decision. The original manager and maintenance are no longer here and I have not had much time to meet the new team. Recently, met Diana and she was very kind and helpful. Thank you Diana!The biggest issue I have are inconsiderate neighbors and a lack of enforcement. People have large dogs without leaches , they allow their dogs to run up to you as if it’s ok. U have voiced my concerns and NOTHING has changed. I will start recording, documenting, and go to Conroe police if it doesn’t stop. Not everyone has good experiences with animals in the past , it could be somewhat traumatic ESPECIALLY having two very LARGE dogs run towards you on MULTIPLE occasions.I miss my prior upstairs neighbors also. The new neighbors have zero regard for their downstairs neighbors. Trust me I’m no complainer I understand that’s what happens with first floor apartments. I’ve lived in all levels. Oh no , it literally sounds like a zoo with wild animals stumping and running around all varies times of the day AND night.Other than that I’m ok with my experience. I have a while before my lease ends and I will re evaluate at that time whether I will stay or move.I still would recommend anyone seeking a pretty quiet place to stay. It hasn’t turned into an “urban community “as of yet , lol.

Love this Italian- themed community. The central clubhouse is beautiful! There is artwork throughout that accents the new decor. This is one of the few communities where the amenities include the use of a podcast studio for residents if youre in to that sort of thing. Cookies, treats and refreshments are maintained for residents. Multiple community events occur regularly. They truly have an interest in keeping their residents happy. A courtesy officer is on-site. The apartments are gorgeous but relatively small for us. No patios on the ground-floor units so, no chilling on your own private patio. The main entrance has a significant dip which is a city thing for drainage; no fault of the community. This may prove an issue of bottoming out or scraping for Corvettes and other low ground clearance vehicles. Worth a look to see for yourself! Wonderful staff, convenient location and a community that you need to visit, if youre looking for an apartment.

If you’re looking for a spacious apartment within a quiet community, look no further. I leased a 3 bedroom, for the same price as a 2 bedroom in Spring. The rooms are HUGE. The bathrooms are HUGE. And the living room? HUGE. Tons of space and lots of closets for storage. If I could give this apartment complex more stars, I would. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

Dyana was an excellent advisor with us from day 1 until the moment she handed over our keys. We are currently moving but her welcome and reception from the first moment was too good. We spoke little English and she spoke little Spanish, but she always made herself understood and made an effort to always give us clarity and took the time to find us the apartment we wanted, not the one that was only available.
