    One of the best customer service coordinators to work with and I love her smile. Anytime I come in and have a question about the apartment. She make sure she get it done. It don’t take one or two days. It can take right within 20 minutes after she put the order in and I think that is customer service and that tells her character about how she gets the work order done and care about her tenant. I’m well please and I haven’t been here but a month I am very pleased with everyone that works here so if anyone looking for a apartment try Metro 5514 you will not be disappointed. Thank you.

    Marivel was a ball of good energy soon as i stepped in the door and she made me feel welcomed , she greeted me with a smile and helped me every step of the way. she’s a 10/10 highly recommend !

    This review is solely for the new maintenance guy Roland. Prior to his arrival I have had several maintenance issues that only seemed to be temporarily fixed since most would reoccur. I had a crazy emergency over the weekend and not only did he respond promptly he even cleaned my bathroom to ensure I no longer had to deal with the smell and contamination coming out of the drain in my tub. He also taught me a few things I wouldnt have thought of. FYI- if the ticket I called into the office a week prior had been placed regarding a bad smell in my bathroom and laundry the emergency would have never happened. Communication with the office staff is also lacking at this property.

    Nice and quaint apartments. Very close to the Metro station making it convenient for a student such as myself to get to the University of Houston. Couple stray dogs around but all in all they do not cause trouble and instead are surprisingly quite tame. When i had had a problem with my A/C unit a few weeks prior the maintenance man Gustavo had not only let me know when exactly he would work on it, he did it in a timely manner which really made my problem more of a minor inconvenience with how hastily he had dealt with it. Overall a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here as an incoming freshman in college.

    We just moved in to this apartment complex and already we feel at home. Cristina the leasing manager was very friendly and very helpful. And most of all Gustavo the engineering guy saw us struggling with our furnitures helped us moved the couch and the table. This is the kind of apartment you want to live in. Thank You Lord for guiding us here.

    This rating is only for my experience with the maintenance tech on 4/2/2023, not the complex as a whole. Miguel was very professional, polite, and very caring about the upkeep of my maintenence care on the air conditioner unit in my apt. A BIG THANK YOU goes out to him because they are few and far in-between nowadays.

    I moved in last July, the rent is reasonable, the complex is well maintained, the apartments are spacious, maintenance is always quick and they always do a good job, the complex is proactive in upkeep, the only downside is the trains, but its a minor inconvenience wholly outside of the control of management.

    The over all experience by fair is smooth and pleasant. The units are very spacious, which was a plus. The reviews about the train were discouraging but I do not find it an issue. Sometimes it can get extremely loud but it doesnt bother me. Learned to turn it out. The maintenance service was overall pretty good. The staff was very nice and kept me updated upon my application. Neighbor is overall quite and everyone minds their business.

    Ive been a resident here for two years (about to start my third) and to be honest its a perfectly fine place to live. Its not the fanciest but its a clean and decent living space for a college student. Its cheap because there is no pool or gym or anything extra but the space is huge. Also in each unit you have your own laundry room. We dont have any serious bug problems, only once in a while Ill see a bug but thats Texas for you. Im not sure why other reviewers claim they had such a bad experience with the office staff. As long as you are friendly, they are friendly and helpful in return. Any time we have needed something fixed, maintenance has come that day and fixed the problem. The security is usually always around, there have been huge improvements since the new owners took over last summer. Neighbors and community is quiet except the train takes getting used to. Its right by the Metro that takes you to campus and downtown. Ive heard of worse places to live. Metro is pretty decent.

    I like my apartment. I’ve had minor issues since I moved here in August. Maintenance is quick! I just hate I’m on the third floor and wish they would change the outside of them. They look kind of dirty/dingy but my overall experience had been good!! I also hate that my water bill fluctuates really high sometimes when it’s just me in my place.

    The stove knob blew out on and shorted the power of the whole apartment. I left a messsge on the emergency line and maintenance showed up within 30min and got power restored. He, Miguel returned the following day to change the blown out knob. Miguel was polite, did clean and efficient work. Thankful.

    The maintenance may show up late but when they eventually show up they’re really helpful. No matter how many times they have to show up for the same thing several times, they’d eventually show up, especially Gustavo. He’s really hard-working and always shows up to help whenever we put in a request. He’s the real MVP!

    Roland, the maintenance man came and fixed the dripping with the sink and the dishwasher. When, we would use it water was coming out really bad, so we stopped trying to use it because of that issue but thanks to Roland the head maintenance. It’s now fixed, no more dripping or flooding of the dish washer

    My sister & her roommate lived at this apartment complex for about 2 years. You get the bang for your buck with this apartment complex. Large den, large walk-in closet, washer & dryer. Great apartment to have the much-needed space. Loved coming here! Thanks!

    Staff is really friendly and niceMaintenance is very responsive and fastSecurity is friendlyApts are really clean and quietThe only issue you I have is my actual apt, I have been having issue after issue since moving in. I moved in on Oct 17th and I have been putting in service request since my second day. I feel like they rushed the apt so that I could move in faster. I wish they would have done a more detailed inspection of the apt before allowing me to move in. Also pest control sucks

    Great environment to live in. Very quiet and people keep to themselves. A lot of students and some families. Loving pet community. Spacious apartments and maintenance helps with any request. Extremely friendly leasing staff who work with you when you need help. I highly recommend living here, especially for UH students, even more so for UH graduate students.

    Lived here for a year now. I go to UH, its 5 mins away. Units are really comfortable and very spacious. Washer + dryer in each unit is a big plus. Any time Ive had any maintenance issue its been handled pretty quickly.Couple people saying the staff wasnt friendly. I havent experienced this problem and I can only speak for myself, so Id say theyre pretty professional and helpful so far.

    Ive only been a resident for about 4 months now and I have little to no complaints. Im really just thankful for how fast and responsive the maintenance team has been for my work orders here and there. If its something they cant fix right away they at least let me know and thats major for me, so big thanks to them.

    I have been a resident for four days so I can only speak on my move-in experience. My leasing consultant, Brittany, is very professional, warm, and welcoming. I can see her soaring in the business. However, I was also able to obtain assistance and help from anyone that answered the phone. I am sure Ms. Roxanne was tired of my daily calls, but in a kind manner she was always available and up to the challenge. Upon my move in date there were minor issues with my apartment and maintenance came out the same day to ensure things were handled and also to double check the apartment for issues I may have overlooked. So far, this has been my best move in experience from a resident stand point. I would like to kindly send a hi-5 to the staff member of Metro 5514.

    Ive been here for 10 years. So Ive seen the good, the bad, the ugly, and the down right horrific side of this complex. But since the new management has taken over there is a great since of professionalism and care that we see now. The 24 hour security is a great bonus and the maintenance is great. Im glad they kept Tony he has been great for me since Ive been here and he is always willing to answer any questions I have or take a quick look at something if need be. I love how they have done the main office it looks more like a place to conduct business than an apartment. They keep me posted via emails often to stay informed. And the place is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN.... Ive been here from concords to metro 5514. And I can gladly say that I plan on being here from now on...The only real problem I have is Ive been here for years and not once was given a discount on rent or something. Its not a real issue but I understand that they have to appeal to new comers bUT what about us who have been here for years. We should have something for that. We know about move in specials but what about a loyalty discount. Its not a real problem just something to wonder about.

    I visited the Metro in search of a new apartment. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The visit allowed me to see what the property offered and if this was going to be my new home. My hopes is they can find a space for me. I really like the place and the people.

    Ive lived there for about 5 months and so far so good the office staff is very nice and always willing to help, when I call maintance or put a ticket in they come and fix what every is needed.. The security guards are always out and about watching out. Ive had no problems.
