    Good morning to all. I would like to give a kind and warm thank you to Esteban for getting us through our leasing process and into our new home in just a matter of a few days. Record time by my past experiences. He was a friendly and familiar face from the beginning and helped make us feel like we belonged and mattered. Everything so far has been splendid and can only look forward to what’s ahead.     Ive been living in this apartment for almost two years, and its been an amazing experience. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and safe, which was a top priority for me. The building is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly. The management team is professional and always approachable, making the overall living experience stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and secure home.

    If I could give this office staff more then 5 stars I would. Since the first day my Husband and I walked into the leasing office to get information on renting into McKinney Terrace. We were greeted by Esteban. He was very professional and polite. From showing us and detailing all amenities included followed by touring each apartment. He made sure to ask all the questions needed to help us find the best fit apartment. Communication by far has been great. Even though we have not decided if this is going to be our next home, we are very pleased with the treatment given to us!

    I moved in today . I got there right as they were opening . They helped me get all set up in less than 10 min later I was in my unit . My key fob did not work and one of my blinds were broken. I called Miranda and she had both fixed in less than a hour . The maintenance team was also very very professional . I am excited and happy I chose this location for my 14 month stay .     Mckinney Terrace is an amazing community with phenomenonal amenities. The leasing staff is very friendly and knowledgeable always greeting with a smile. The onsite manager has a tremendous repore with everyone on staff from the agents, maintenance, and the courtesy security officer. I would recommend anyone looking for an upscale living community thats highly affordable to consider staying here.

    UPDAT :: When I tell you McKinney Terrace come through we have at least three functions a month from dog contest to food trucks, pulling up to gift giveaways to ugly sweater parties. And the best is the Meet and Greets for Tennants.. I love that… We do it all here….and that is the best thing that I love about here is the Staff definitely interact with the tenants ❤️. There is always some bad apples in the bunch. But they know who they are 👍🏿 I Love it here it’s Clean Safe and full of Fun 👏🏽👏🏽AN WHAT COMPLEX YOU KNOW HAVE A FREAKING ARCADE YUP WE HAVE ONE AND ITS FREE NO COST TO MY GRANSON TO PLAY ❤️❤️and a pool to die for 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 And the Maintnance is so fresh. They are everything you want when you move into a complex they speak to you when they see you…They come to your request without hesitation. They respond ASAP and They let you know when they’ve been in your apartment. Thank you so much to the maintenance team here that’s doing everything that they can to keep this complex damn near 100 ………SHOUT OUT TO OUR MAINTENANCE TEAM PROFESSIONALS💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯…New -Tennant. I knew it would be something with me (who minds her business) I have not been here month and a half someone complained about my dog barking. It’s a DOG community. Everybody here just about has a dog and we don’t have to keep our dogs silent for other tenants the manager jasmine and the property manager have been really helping me try to figure this out my dog has never disturbed anybody at night and he doesn’t bark past quiet time on the property so I don’t know what to tell the people that are complaining. I spoke with management and they are working with me to help resolve this but it’s a pet community and they are going to bark somehow I feel like the tenant should’ve picked a community that doesn’t have pets .. sorry. The management here has been great about the situation…Thank you

    We moved in 6 months ago and love it here. Great location, great pool, great gym! We have a two bedroom and a wrap around porch. We haven’t lived in an apartment for at least 35 years but love our community. The staff is the best part of the experience - friendly and helpful! They respond quickly if you need help and seem to be on top of reminders and updates as needed. I use the conference room regularly and enjoy the atmosphere inside and out. I recommend Jefferson Park to anyone looking for an apartment.

    I absolutely recommend McKinney Terrace for your future home! The maintenance team are amazing and quick with service requests, the staff is great with communication, the pool is always clean and they have a food truck every month which is great for me when getting off work. If you’re looking for a place to stay I’d recommend MCKINNEY TERRACE!!!

    I cant say enough good things about McKinney Terrace! From the moment I moved in, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. For reference, I have been here about 3 months.The staff here is incredibly responsive and kind. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that all residents are taken care of. Any maintenance issues I have had were promptly addressed.One of my favorite aspects of living here is the peaceful and friendly environment. The neighbors are welcoming and respectful, making it truly feel like a community. I live in second floor and my neighbor on the first and third floor are so friendly. One time the neighbor on my third floor had her 7 years old birthday party and she makes sure that we are comfortable with the noise from her home. Communication is a key.In summary, I cant recommend McKinney Terrace enough. If you are looking for a place to live in this area, you have found it. The combination of excellent staff, well-built apartments, friendly neighbors, and amenities make this the perfect place to call home. I encourage anyone searching for an apartment to seriously consider The McKinney Terrace- you wont be disappointed!

    I came in for a tour and had a great experience! The leasing agent was very patient while dealing with a very rude person in front of me. He was very demanding from when he first came in and honestly don’t know how she kept her cool. Props to her! The apartments are beautiful! I’m waiting on a deal to close but this is definitely a great backup.

    McKinney Terrace Apartments are FINALLY back feeling like home. With the new management the apartment complex stays clean and gym equipment stays operable. When I am not cooking I am eating on my marble island. I love walking around the complex with my daughters or watching my dogs playing at the dog park. I even have a mini yard with a gate for my dogs to run around in. When I have questions about events the apartment complex host Carol and Jazmin are ALWAYS eager to explain or let me know the next event the apartment complex is hosting. Thank you McKinney Terrace Apartments for making me and my family feel safe and feeling like home again.

    I originally left a bad review because I was extremely over the parking situation, and the thin walls, but truly other than those things, this complex was a great place to live. We recently bought a house otherwise we would have renewed our lease. You can really see that the management is doing their best to fix the parking issue by sending messages out, it’s honestly the residents who are screwing it up and not listening to them. Although I’ve never seen a tow truck around…anyways, I think it’s awesome that the management does fun get togethers for the residents and provides food & drinks etc. they’re very nice and we never had issues with anything in our unit. Nothing ever broke for us and it was well kept. I would recommend moving here just be warned it’s hard to park and the kids are extremely loud but they quiet down after the sun sets.

    I’ve been living in this apartment complex for 1 year and I have been satisfied with the staff and the way they treat me. I also like the staff sponsored events that are held in the common area to bring the residence together. It seems they are trying to create a healthy fun environment for the residence. The addition of a pickle ball court would be great too…….

    Been here for 6 months now and still have nothing but positive experiences from the facility and the staff. Yvonne made move in to my beautiful apartment so smooth and has remained with me as my personal Concierge! Jefferson Terrace is so lucky to have Anna and Blake as well to show off these great new apartments and put the tenants needs first. Bryce and Amanda have welcomed me in this community being built by always doing the extra things. The maintenance team of Marty and Roger have been top notch in addressing any issue quickly and effectively. Thank you for making me feel at home.

    The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured an optimal living environment. This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and a peaceful community. Also, the location is perfect, not even a 5min drive to downtown McKinney which has shopping centers, restaurants, bars, they even have events every weekend and most importantly kid friendly. Highly recommend!!!

    We downsized and moved to Jefferson Terrace Apartments in January. We’ve had exceptional service from staff and maintenance requests have been handled promptly. The grounds are well kept and looking beautiful. The community here has been truly enjoyable. My husband loves getting coffee in the morning from the coffee bar and using their state of the art workout area. We have an incredible pool and grilling areas. We absolutely love it here.

    I wrote a review of the last management company giving them 1 star. After talking to the brand new manager. She addressed all of my complaints of the last management; zero return calls/emails, trash everywhere, stains on the concrete from the trash, etc. Within 1 day, I received 2 phone calls, which hadn’t happened in the last 10 months, and they already have a man cleaning the dirty, stained concrete and have a meeting to discuss all the issues with the trash valet man. I deleted my 1 star review and have given a 4 star review, just for the communication alone. I will re-review once all the positive changes Maribel assured me of have indeed changed. I want to love this place again….let’s make some positive changes!!

    Absolutely love the community. The location is great, and its right off the freeway. I have to note, the most pleasant part of the experience has to be Yvonnes service. She was extremely attentive from day one, and made sure she was on top of everything. From the application to move in, she exceeded any leasing professional I have ever worked with by miles. Yvonne plays a very big part in why Im so in love with the community. To know that you have such a solid team of professionals here to accommodate to your needs, is more than enough reassurance that this is an amazing place to live.

    This place is fantastic!! The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. Its got a fire pit area and several gas grills in addition to outdoor games (cornhole boards) and several different types of lounge chairs.Staff is amazing and responsive.The whole property is super new, only built in 2021.Furthermore its a safe, clean and quiet apartment community.They also have a coffee machine with different options and tea/coffee station in the residents lounge area, tons of comfortable furniture to lounge, read, hang out or work on laptop etc. Also free arcade games in the lounge area, plus large TV and pool table.Really fantastic community, I cannot say enough good things.The units are very nice, especially since theyre basically brand new. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, carpets only in the bedrooms and closets. Everything else is wood or faux wood floors (cant tell the difference, but theyre nice and easy to clean.)*But wait, theres more!Also this complex is friendly to pets and has a secure package delivery system. Its a bunch of lockers and you access the unit your package is in by logging into the app.Cant recommend it enough, if youre looking for a good family complex thats clean, quiet, nice, new and great management go here!!

    The best apartments in McKinney. I really like the welcoming behavior of the office staff especially Ms Blake Keen. She is a wonderful woman, generous, polite and professional. She is very quick in responding to us and assist us whenever needed. Moreover I love this place. It is very safe, well maintained, all amenities are wonderful. Its like a mini resort. If you are in search for apartments I recommend Jefferson Terrace apartments :)

There has recently been a change in management, and although there were a few community issues throughout the transition, the front office staff has been so kind, helpful, and efficient with addressing any concerns.     I am sooooooooooooooo glad that I took a moment to stop by this property. As soon as I walked into the leasing office, I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by Xavier. He made sure to go above and beyond during my tour and he provides WORLD CLASS customer service. He is such an amazing asset to this community and is tremendously great at what he does. Super thankful for the experience he provided me. Although I decided to go with a different property due to my commute to work, I will forever keep this property in mind due to the experience Xavier provided. If I could give 100 stars I would!

Upon moving in there were some neglected items that need attention through a future maintenance request (Dishwasher wasnt secured in the cabinet, missing blind faceplate, broken sprinkler line in the yard created a mudbath).Maintenance: N/A - Have not actually filed any maintenance requests so cant comment on this yet.Staff: 5 Stars - The staff has been incredibly helpful, professional, & responsiveManagement: 4 Stars - 4 stars here because of the trash problem. While I realize you cannot control what residents do or the trash company does, it is your job to fix the situation.Residents: 5 Stars - Friendliest group of people in the area.Overall - 4.5 Stars - Close as it gets to perfect!

    Yvonne has been amazing! She gave me a great tour and when I moved in & had small issues like my dishwasher missing a small piece I texted her and she put in a work order for me right away! The issue was resolved in literally minutes. Moving here has been a dream. This complex is gorgeous, amenities are insane(ly awesome) and Yvonne just makes the atmosphere and experience living here that much better!!

    Moving from another country was difficult to find a place but Yvonne made it happen! Very accommodating and helpful with all the paper work. Went the extra mile for me. Bryce and the manger were helpful as well. When Yvonne was busy with other clients if I had any questions or difficulties filing out the computer documents they were right there to assist. Great service and great apartments!

    Updated 5 stars to 4 stars.Great apartment units itself, hard working staff, nice amenities BUT the biggest issues I want to point out….The parking situation is getting out of hand, there are vehicles near Building 2 that have been there for a month already… hogging the parking spots to this day ! Just my two cent but the management needs to implement designated parking for the actual residents and a visitors parking area.The other issue …. this is a GATED community with a TRESPASSING SIGN ON IT… but the neighboring communities are crossing the street to our community to use OUR amenities such as the pool!

    We love the Jefferson Terrace apartments! They’re a brand new apt complex located near plenty of shopping/grocery stores. The community is beautiful & the prices are very reasonable w/promotional rates. Our move in process was seamless thanks to our leasing agent Ana! Would definitely recommend!

    I came to Jefferson Terrace a week ago today, I was greeted by Yvonne & Anna .They immediately accommodated me with asking me what I preferred in a apartment, wants/needs and date able to move in.I felt like I was the only person there, but they also had other people presently caring for and waiting .It was the acknowledgment & consistency of asking questions and the patience they took to show the apartments knowing other people were waiting.I didn’t feel rushed or unheard .I had been to 5 previous properties prior to Jefferson Terrace that day & it wasn’t ANY COMPARISON AT ALL!If I could give these women 10 STARS I would.They were down to earth & didn’t try to just lease a apartment & be done with it quickly.I felt the positivity and energy that was given out to me & that’s what made me decide to lease at Jefferson Terrace and call it home.Thank you so much Yvonne & Anna 😊

    I have been at Jefferson Terrace for a month now. Move in was very seamless. I worked with Yvonne throughout the process. She was super kind and responsive to all questions I had prior to move in and since my move in. The apartment is great and they strive to make sure the residents have what’s needed.

    6 month update, nice location and property, only thing that I dont like about are fees that I just noticed. Your rent doesnt cover amenities even though you pay a steep price on rent. The fee is small but the fact that your rent can be over 2k and you still get charged a fee for amenties which should be included in rent doesnt make sense to be seperate. Just got new management so things are changing. Front office can get a little fiesty but they just need to remember customer service = solutions not we cant or we are unable especially when it comes to the transition of management tht has recently happened that sometimes causes a headache for the residents.

    Ana helped my friend make a final selection on his new apartment. She hosted his tour today to see the unit he will be moving in to. I was so excited to see the pictures and to hear all about his new place. She definitely made the process easy for him. He is so excited to move.

    Really enjoy living in this complex. It is clean, well kept, issues are addressed immediately, and the staff are incredibly receptive and professional. Yvonne really helped make my move-in seamless and is always available to help.

    My husband and I just moved in! The move in process was super easy and Yvonne and the staff were very friendly and efficient! The apartment is just gorgeous! Very light and spacious! The complex and amenities are also wonderful!

    Communication, acknowledgment and response time are the keys to great service delivery in any business and Jefferson Terrace excels across the board in service delivery. The maintenance team is no exception. Rodger and Marty communicate in detail, acknowledge immediately as to course of action and response time feels like nanoseconds. We had a couple of minor requests and the requests were full-filled in what seemed to be light speed. Marty, always smiling and soft spoken, a gentlemen. Rodger, clear, concise and explains course of action with ALWAYS a follow up to ask if expectations were met anything further is needed a true leader.From the front office Blake helped such a smooth process, efficient and warm process of signing up. Yvonne one night at closing when we asked for a storage room and didnt need it for a day or two, had our access in minutes.Attitude is reflection of leadership and ZRS has hit a grand slam with the Jefferson Terrace team!—Farah & Nawaaz

    I came to McKinney from Nevada for a couple of days to find a place to live and luckily found Jefferson Terrace. Special thanks to Yvonne for spending alot of time helping me.     The apartments here are really nice, really liked the kitchen island. I didn’t end up leasing here but Jasmine was plenty of help in resolving any issues I had.

    Very nice club house, with gym, and pool area. Apartments are spacious and have stainless steel appliances. Prices are very affordable and everyone has been very friendly.

    Very prompt to maintenance requests - most importantly the attitude of maintenance team is very kind and warming - while servicing the matter. That is very rare to find these days-but PRAISE GOD we have it here at Jefferson Terrace. :)
