I recently moved to the Matlock Flats apartment complex, and I absolutely love it here! The application process took some time, but I truly appreciate the help, guidance, and patience of Ms. Sophia. She was very professional throughout the entire process. I’m also incredibly thankful for Ms. Shae, who took the time to explain everything clearly, and Ms. Garcia, who was also so kind and professional. I felt well-supported by the team at every step. Thank you all for making my move such a positive experience!

I applied a while back and cant wait to see something besides pending on my application process. Im praying 🙏 I get approved. This is what I need and hope to live there until I expire.UPDATE: The process moves pretty quickly once they finally get to your application. Everyone has been super helpful and nice. Thankfully I was approved and get to move in Jan 1st. ❤️

My husband and I moved in to Matlock Flats this month and we loveeee our new apartment! The application and move in process went really smooth and easy thanks to Alyssa and Shae! Alyssa is amazing at her job she was always ontop of everything and communicating every step with us. Shae is so so so nice and made us feel welcomed on our move in day. We’re really happy with our new apartment!

I moved in on Nov. 5. The process was quite tedious to say the least. Im giving giving management and the maintenance team 5 ⭐️s . I do wish some things were different, but I am so grateful. The young woman in the office are nothing but professional. Each time Ive visited the office they are always kind, smiling and even assisted me with finding places where I could fine monetary friendly products for my new home. Matlock Flats is very convenient in proximity to the Parks Mall, eating establishments, gas stations and more. Im happy with my new home. I pray that things continue to stay this way😊

I love being the 1st person to live in my New apt, the only two things I dont like is. Sometimes its hard to exist out of the front gates & the exist gate off Matlock Road doesnt work. Theres only one dumpster here for All the 7 buildings & on the wkends. Trash is piled up around the One dumpster and I think it looks very bad for nice new apts. I absolutely love the two ladies staff, but I wish something could be done abt the gates & dumpster.

Yes the office staff is very nice and professional theyre ready to help us at one we need help also the maintenance crew diagonal any work order real quickly and friendly and overall enjoy living here

I’m super excited about my move in date! I’ve lived in Arlington since 2017 and I have been living in the same apartment since 2017! This is a blessing to myself and family.Shout out to the ladies at Matlock Flats and I want to send a special shout out to Sophia!Sophia was very patient and over communicated lol She definitely went above and beyond.After awhile I know she was tired of me‼️ lol I’m forever grateful!Thank you!

Im so excited to move in my new residence....its been an odd experience...Ive never accepted a place to move in without seeing a model or a walk thru....the managers would direct us to the website for pictures but we only saw the kitchen and the outside...Im hoping and praying that I will be happy and that it fits my needs.

I can’t wait to move in!! Me and my husband talk about these apartments everyday and they are only 5 minutes from our current apartment. Is it possible to tour the apartments inside and out ? And when can we start to apply for leasing ?

I have been in the apartment application process for a month, unlike many people, I have had good communication with the housing staff. I understand that it is a long process since they are completely new apartments. Maybe it is a new process for the employees too. Here eagerly waiting for a response since I completed everything they asked of me.
