    I recently toured Marlowe Denton with Brooke, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She patiently walked me through the differences between the townhomes and apartments and provided invaluable insights into the area, which was especially helpful since I’m possibly relocating for work and unfamiliar with Denton. Brooke shared information about the community, fun local activities, and nearby conveniences, making me feel much more at ease about the potential move.The property itself is beautifully maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even offering snacks and beverages during my visit. The units are stunning, with high-end fixtures, in-unit washer/dryers, and unique features like an oven that can be preheated remotely—such a thoughtful touch! The community amenities are outstanding, including a 24-hour fitness center, office spaces (perfect for someone like me who works both in-office and from home), and trails along the tree preserve. They even offer fenced-in yards for pets, which is a fantastic feature.I feel much more confident about the idea of relocating. If my move to Denton happens, I will 100% choose Marlowe Denton as my new home.

    Beautiful community and an amazing office and maintenance team. I am new here but Mikhal made my move in process a breeze. Justin was attentive to all of my questions, I have not had any maintenance needs but they do an excellent keeping the community clean. The amenities are all beautiful and new. I love calling Marlowe my new home.

    So far Marlowe has been pretty good. Nice quiet complex and quiet neighbors. Updated amenities and appliances. Maintenance has been super quick to respond to any needs we have had. LOOOOOVE the smart features. Can’t wait to see what the year holds!

    We moved in to Marlowe Denton a few months ago and we love it! The staff is very kind and helpful and answered all of our questions which made the move so much easier. It has a very pretty and clean pool which we loved in the summer time! It’s a very cute complex with a dog park perfect for our pets. We’re close to everything we need! We love it here! So happy we found our home!

    I cannot say enough great things about ‘Mikal Reed’ From the very first day I walked into the leasing office in December 2024 until my move-in this January 2025, he has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He created a welcoming environment and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. No matter what questions I had, he was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist.I am truly grateful to have found a home with such a welcoming and supportive leasing team. If I could, I would give Mikal 10 stars! His exceptional customer service and positive attitude made all the difference. Thank you, Mikal, for going above and beyond! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a seamless and pleasant leasing experience at Marlowe Denton!

    We are set to move in December. Mikal has been really gracious and patient with my mom and I. Showing us any floor plan we had in question. He asked us the important questions of what we looked for and guided us to an amazing town home. I appreciate all the staff here for being so kind. I cannot wait to move in.

    My apartment is perfect. The floor plan is so spacious and thoughtfully laid out, and there is tons of storage. The community is quiet, the gym is well-equipped, and the leasing office and maintenance staff are very responsive.

    We have lived in the Marlowe Denton Townhomes for about 3 months now and absolutely love it. We were originally drawn in by the amazing amenities and units, but the real perk of living here is the leasing and maintenance staff. They are all responsive, helpful, and caring. They give the impression that they genuinely care about all of their residents and want them to have a great living experience. Everyone that I have come into contact with so far has gone above and beyond! As a renter for almost 10 years, I have not had this great of an experience with staff before.

    I toured this property recently with my niece, it is absolutely stunning. The location is great for UNT students. I feel like she will be safe in this community! U’Niq gave us our tour and was knowledgeable and very helpful! Needless to say my niece will be moving in this summer!

    The staff at Marlowe Denton is knowledgeable and courteous. UNiq was friendly and upbeat, and when she wasnt available, Mikal stepped in to assist without hesitation. The leasing agents are helpful and dedicated to resolving any issues residents may face.

    I moved into a 1 bedroom 18 days ago and have loved it so much so far!! The apartment is the perfect size for me, the lighting is spectacular, and all the amenities offered are such a great bonus!! Kayla made me feel so welcomed and made the whole process a breeze! I know I’ve chosen the right place to live!!

    I recently toured the Marlowe and it is a beautiful place with a great location. I plan on moving here once I sell my house. The leasing agent that helped me was Brooke and she was incredibly knowledgeable and delightful she was so patient with me showing me many different options there and I definitely impressed with the community and exceptional customer service I received.

    We love Greystar and their complexes. We lived in Elan Denton and loved it and are now living in Marlowe. Michael is our leasing agent and was our leasing agent for Elan and he is AWESOME. Ask for him if you are interested in checking out the place. Super professional and high end service.

    My partner and I came in today to tour the Marlowe after almost a year of anticipation waiting for the property to start tours. It is still under construction but we were able to see a model unit of their A1 floor plan. Mikal was our leasing agent and showed us the property and he was amazing! We fell in love instantly as the apartment was beautiful as well as the amenities. We can not wait to move in this summer and really appreciate the kindness that Mikal showed us today.
