Love that I can pay for rent with credit card, they have own app, it’s easy to move from one MAA complex to another one (they have a lot places) with small fee, personal is always helpful and part of them are living in same complex, which says a lot. And personal thanks for Lesley and Tonya!

Very wonderful, welcoming team we have on property that genuinely care about their tenants and empathize with our wants and needs. From the moment I spoke with Teresa I knew this complex would be my new home. Tonya and Leslie have also provided me with masterclass service and hospitality and just about everyone I’ve had the pleasure to interact with has been remarkably professional.

We went for an apartment tour and i couldn’t thank Leslie enough for being so accommodating that she gave us an option to schedule a tour twice! Would highly recommend Leslie, wonderful, approachable and she will answer all of your questions. The renovated apartments are great and have a homey feel to it. And just to make it clear, I am not a resident of this apartment so in terms of everything else i don’t have anything to say. My experience is only based on the tour i did with Leslie.

Tonya Wilson has been heaven sent to this property! Two years ago as I was looking for a place to stay to save money and feel safe at home. Although this wasn’t the best property visually it was what we needed. I have to let it be known though! Ever since Ms Wilson has taken over the property has felt night and day different. Big issues like leaking roofs and degrading concrete have all been taken care of since she has been in charge. It truly felt like management before had no regard for the living situations and scenarios that their residents are going through. The last few months that we’ve been able to experience staying here under her management have been transparent and concise. The proof is in the pudding the work she has put towards this property have shown and I wish her the best of luck in all her endeavors. MAA you can’t lose this one!!

Each and every time I come to MAA Valleywood I am taken back how beautiful it is and all the changes they have done and how wonderful the staff is. I’ve come here several times and each time they have an upgrade or change and it makes the property that much more Beautiful. Kudos to all.

Excellent community. I especially want to mention a maintenance worker. Mr. Emilio, an excellent person, is always there to help you, any problem you have in your apartment he goes quickly and fixes it. That definitely makes the difference of a community being good or bad. Thank you Mr. Emilio

I had an outstanding experience with MAA Valleywood Apartments, thanks to Tonyas exceptional service. My 22-year-old son is moving out of state for the first time, and the entire leasing process was incredibly quick and smooth. Tonyas professionalism and attentiveness made everything so much easier, putting my mind at ease.She provided all the necessary information and was always available to answer our questions, ensuring we felt confident about the move. After this experience, I am reassured that my son will be safe and well taken care of at MAA Valleywood. My husband and I have lived here for more than 5 years now, we absolutely love it and feel so at home. They are quick communicators, excellent staff, excellent maintenance, and have always been so kind. They are always making improvements to the area, such as landscaping, pool furniture updates, painting, lighting, etc. Close to The Woodlands, lots of restaurants, and an easy drive to downtown. 5/5 recommend!

Me and my friends just moved here. We love the area, there are trees everywhere and it’s very clean. The apartment looks great. Everything works perfectly. Also the staff, they are just amazing and always willing to help. Totally recommend it.

The apartments are solid but the staff are great! Jessica and Leslie are great at keeping me notified of anything happening in the complex and answering all my questions, and Esteban is very gracious at helping coordinate anything that needs to be done in my apartment with me and giving me plenty of notice! Emilio and Jose do a great job not only with any maintenance issues I’ve had but with keeping the grounds free of the smelly, little, brown packages some people just seem to not care about picking up.

I popped in to check out this complex while I was out shopping for a new place, and the lady working the front was so helpful! I think her name was Leslie....but she answered any and all questions I had without hesitation and definitely made this complex a top runner on my list for her customer service and knowledge. That girl deserves a raise!

Starting fresh here, living here has been a positive experience for me and my roommate. Both Natalie and Leslie have been super helpful from the start and are a lovely presence behind the desk. They work hard to gain an understanding of their residents and provide solutions when they can. The apartment space itself is amazing, and an ideal starter for those looking to move into their 1st place. It is definitely recommended, can be a good place for a fresh start~.

Overall, my experience has been great. My neighbors are friendly and the office/management staff have been very helpful and prompt in addressing any issues that arise. It is an older complex built in the 80s, so there are factors to consider such as noise from upstairs neighbors, the units inside need updating, as well as the outside of the building & grounds could use some refreshing. However, I feel very safe and secure at Green Tree Place - The Woodlands. Its a great location and I openly recommend it to anyone considering making this location your home.

The apartments, and staff are great Ive lived in 3 different apartment complexes in last 2 years and this one (green tree place apt) have been the best one Ive been to they have respected all my wishes, i dont want any one in my apartment while Im not present, they always replied to any of my emails Ive sent and they worked with me when iv been late on rent. they try and keep great care of the facilities and the grounds around the complex and it has worked out great for me.

While I lived at this complex Esteban from the front office was extremely helpful with any issues I ran into at the apartment and has even been a huge help after I relocated to another area; he ensured any important mail still sent there would be held for me until I could retrieve it! I have had a good time living here, my HUGE issue is that the parking doesn’t matter, you can park wherever, so visitors park in tenant parking and the apartments do not tow, I wish they did. Also, tonight I got a really bad leak from the upstairs apartment and so I called the emergency service line and then someone arrived in an hour and then said they couldn’t do anything in the moment but they will fix it in the morning. I’m glad it was a pretty quick response. All in all, my neighbors are really nice, and I like everyone because most of everyone is very friendly. Great place to live, could use some minor improvements.

Ive lived here for a year now. The only complaint I have is the mandatory cable (because I dont watch TV) other than that its fine. No pests, no loud neighbors, trash is never overflowing. And they send emails or paper flyers in advance, stating when something happens in the apartments so you can be prepared. Parking was once an issue but they got that taken care of. Office staff is friendly.

I lived in these apartments for about a year and a half from Nov 2018 to July 2020. My overall experience was a positive one. Apartment was decent, maintenance was timely and the office staff was always professional. I would recommend this community and would certainly live there again.
