I am a huge fan of this complex! The units are spacious with a lovely layout, the pool and gym are wonderful, and the security system for unit doors make friends visiting seamless. Also, would absolutely recommend anyone interested to take a tour with Rubi A. in the main office, shes fun, resourceful, and engaging... really knows how to sale the property and make you feel comfortable about your decision. Lastly, these are perfectly hidden and in a great location... right around the corner from numerous shops and stores.

This has been the best apartment of my life!When I move back to Houston, I really wasn’t sure where I was going to live. I had the Suspiria of finding an apartment, but it was really an easy process when Rachel the manager helped me out and she helped clarify all the credentials and everything that I needed it was a very simple process and did not need any hassle. She was really an All-Star and her whole staff. Takes care of the residence here and any anytime that you need a maintenance request service they come the next day. This apartment has been amazing and the staff and the employees here really work hard to Satisfy this treasured apartment complex with so many amenities and a nice trail to walk during sunset.Definitely would Recommend this apartment to anyone in the Houston area that is wanting to live close to supermarkets as well as stores and very good food options and is really close to the city about a 10 minute drive on The highway.This apartment deserves six stars!

Going on 3rd year here and it has improved greatly over last couple of years. I was able to transfer to an upgraded apartment and we love it! Property is well kept and the staff is always attentive and pleasant. I like the MAA properties and have no plans on leaving anytime soon.

I have lived here for a year and it’s been such a pleasure. The front office is always so helpful and readily available . Rachel and Rubi in particular have always made my stay go smooth . I would recommend staying here to anyone that is looking they ; they even have complimentary late fee wave that I feel everyone needs once in a while. A forever home for all homes.

New resident review! We have been here about a month and overall we have had a really great experience. Rachel the manager was so helpful when I was applying for the apartment and very responsive to the many questions and requests I had. Maintenance is quick to resolve any requests submitted. We are in a renovated unit and the new appliances are really nice. Overall our move in was seamless and everyone in the office/maintenance have been kind and professional.

I’ve lived here for over 4 years and it was a great experience. Front office team especially Rachel always are there to answer any questions and make sure your time here great. Maintenance always make sure they take great care of you especially Darryl Jenkins! Who’s always a great help since I’ve been here. Anybody who wants to still be within Houston but want more space and quiet, I highly recommmend it!

Been here a bit over a year. Attentive staff, maintenance is lightning fast when it comes to maintenance issues. Response is often the same day of request if put in early enough but always within 24 hours. Quiet at night, well lit as of recently the lighting has been upgraded which I am a huge fan of. Office staff does a pretty good job of sending out email notifications notifying residents of any work around the grounds being done. The majority of the residents are dog owners which is just fine with me since I am as well. My only real complaint other than dog owners being not very consistent picking up after themselves is the trash compactor. Can become unsightly especially towards the end of a weekend with all the trash just laid in front of the compactor. both of these issues can be common with any apartment complex which I get. Been a good experience thus far into my residence here.

My grandmother stay on this property and while I was over one day a maintenance worker by the name of Darryl stopped by to attend to a problem she had, and he was so professional, and kind to her. And I feel comfortable knowing that the property has these kind of hardworkers . He was nice and he didn’t rush her, he took his time with her while at the same time doing his work swiftly. I really enjoy living in this community and the office has been very helpful, for the most part, with our concerns and maintenance requests. The after-hours emergency office line is less than helpful, but weve only had to contact them for parking issues related to other residents parking in our reserved/paid for covered parking space. Another reviewer complained about a racketeering towing system - this is not true. I actually would appreciate it if a tower would routinely come and tow folks without parking permits. I can promise you that its not happening. Weve had to tell the person parking in our spot to stop and, thankfully, they have. However, this person doesnt have a parking permit sticker and refuses to park in visitors parking. LOL. Most of the people complaining on these reviews seem like the kind of people who bring the community down. You cant pick your neighbors so my only complaint is due to the people in the community. They dont seem to care about their speed while driving thru the complex. Children walk in the drive areas instead of walking on the sidewalks. Neighbors dont seem to care about their own personal property nor the property of others, but I suppose thats what you deal with as a renter. Ranchstone is still a great community regardless and I hope my good review doesnt make our rent increase. LOL.

I have been here for about 4 months now. Very quiet, I don’t have any complaints to date. Whenever maintenance is contacted they show up within a day for non emergencies. Guys are always cordial. There will always be a negative review or two. Some folks will never be happy. Misery loves company. SO FAR SO GOOD HERE! 5 STARS

Parking is absolutely horrendous. Maintenance responds fairly quickly most of the time. Melissa and Alexandria are very kind and have great customer service. The complexion general is very strict on the rules and doesnt give you any wiggle room on your lease. We wanted to move on 6/8 instead of 6/18 and just move the last day of our lease and we were told that we would be in breach of our contract which is understandable but still sucks none the less. They make no exceptions for anyone. Our current rent is $858 we put in for a move and they posted our apartment on the website for $778 but wont give us that price if we stay. Overall great quiet place to live. Really wish they would fix the parking situation.UPDATE: We moved out of our old unit to one that is exactly the same but on the first floor and it was cheaper once our lease was up!! They have adjusted the parking situation by having only residents in the gate unless they have a visitors pass. I look forward to these adjustments and seeing how it works out. Shout out to Alexandria and Melissa in the office that have maid this a smooth transition and have ALWAYS provided excellent customer service!

Im currently touring apartments so my review is based on my experience with the leasing agent Nicole T. Nicole was exactly what you want when you walk into a new place to find out if you might want to live there. She is warm, friendly and full of knowledge. Happy to answer all of my questions and followed-up with a call the next day to ask if I had any other questions. Ive tour 4 complexes so far and Nicole is the only one that bothered with the follow-up call. The apartments are beautiful and on the top of my list so far. Nicole is a definite plus for the complex.

My wife and I moved in at the end of August and are very happy with our apartment and even happier with the service we received from the leasing staff, Natalie in particular. Our circumstances were a little unusual, another apartment complex nearby did not have the apartment ready on our move-in date and appeared to be missing the revised move in date. We came over to Ranchstone and were able to move in very quickly. The grounds are clean, neighbors are friendly, and the location is fantastic. Very glad we chose Ranchstone!

First of all Id like to shout out all of the office staff as well as service and maintenance staff who work to make this community feel like a true home. I moved here to Houston from New Jersey, yes its a major relocation but the remote and quiet area makes it feel like home on the east coast. The staff is very responsive and great with problem solving solutions. Its definitely family oriented, pets and especially dogs, the front office knows our dog very well and gets treats every time we walk through. The grounds look great compared to many other communities. Youll get some loud cars and bikes that pass by on Ranchstone drive once in while, and couple of friendly children playing outside. But my girlfriend and I really love the area.

I have lived here for over 2 years and I am so happy here. I feel at home. The office staff is really nice and the complex is very clean. I am even more in love with the fact that there are NO BREED OR WEIGHT LIMITS on dogs! I own a large dog and I finally have a home for her. Alixandria is extremely nice and knowledgeable and willing to help with anything. This is definitely one of the few good ones in the area.

I have been living at Ranchstone Apartments for the past five years and I have seen multiple staff come and go and I must say that Mr. Darryl Jenkins who is as a Service Technician at Ranchstone Apartments, is one of my favorite MAA staff members I’ve met since moving here because he is a stellar Service Technician and he always exceeds my expectations with his consistent positive attitude and his quick, thorough and efficient service which resolves all of my service requests. Mr. Jenkins goes above and beyond and he will even give me a report out on what he fixed and any future guidance on the matter at hand; I really appreciate that. I pray and trust that Mr. Jenkins gets recognition and rewarded for his positive attitude and efficient work ethic; he deserves it!

After living here for a year, Ive seen that Ranchstone was a good fit for my family. I loved that it was quiet and kept clean. I loved being close to the surrounding shopping areas.I did notice towards the end of our lease, that it had gotten more difficult to find uncovered parking. The price went from 10$ for covered to 25$ a month.My biggest issue concerning the property is the fact that theres a trash compactor on the property but the residents get too lazy to turn the machine on once it has gotten full, so the trash starts to pile up over the weekend, leaving a foul smell and unpleasant look to such a beautiful community.Otherwise, its a great first place. The appliances are a bit outdated as well as the finishes to the kitchen, that doesnt really justify the price but if youre lucky, you get an apartment with updated appliances because the older ones finally gave out.

Ive lived here for just shy of two months now, and so far it has been great! I live in the back area of the complex, so parking is not really an issue for me. But, Ill admit I did research this PRIOR to moving in (like a responsible adult). The trash can be an issue of piling over on the weekends, but so far the maintenance crew has it cleaned up and spotless before I come home from work on Monday. The front office team has always been helpful and friendly, always answering even my dumb questions. My only complaint would be the sense of urgency when it comes to HVAC issues, as my AC was not working about 2 weeks ago. Luckily it wasnt summer, but nonetheless it got fixed and I havent had any issues since. The pool area is great, and there are rarely loud and obnoxious kids. So far, so good!

I’ve been living here for almost a year and I love it. I’m renting the Austin and I love it. I’m 100% scared of any type of insects and haven’t seen any in the apartment. They did change staff from last year and honestly I like the office admin. and receptionist, unlike they other management, they make you feel welcome regardless if your looking or your a resident.Tip! I would get the car port or garage!

Just moved in last week. I live in the large one bedroom. Apartments are nice and spacious with high ceilings. Parking is iffy. Didnt like the fact that I had to pay 250 in non-refundable fees in addition to the $60 application fee and also dont like the fact that I was forced to get Xfinity cable and internet through the apartment complex which is added on to my rent (even though the service is pretty good). So count on adding $86 to whatever they are advertising for rent.The fitness center is small but the equipment is decent and the dry sauna is definitely a plus. Pool area is also very nice. Dont move in if you dont like dogs because a lot of residents have them.

Ive been here two years and I like it alot. the apartments are nice, the office staff is very helpful, and it is generally a very quiet complex. I will say that lately there have been a few break ins and the trash and parking need improvement. HOWEVER, I personally have not experienced some of the stuff others are complaining about. Typically, when I put in a maintenance request, it is completed within two days. I have had roaches once or twice, but that was during the summer after rain and i had my garbage sitting for a while or something. Everybody experiences different things but dont let these bad reviews scare you away. Ranchstone is great in my opinion.

I lived here for one week. Though the apartment is old and something needs to fix, its not a problem, because they have fast service to fix it. I have a problem in my dish washer, they order a new one for me. Mr. Scott is professional and effective. Alixandria and other staff in the office are nice to help you. Also, they have a party to celebrate the Halloween. I wish they can keep being outstanding and excellent.

Loved living here! Employees were always super nice and maintenance were always extremely quick to respond to issues. Very clean apartment and friendly neighbors. Loved that our countertops were faux marble and cabinets were nice wood. Had luxury effect. Great community- Kroger and HEB are right across the street so anytime we needed groceries it was easy to quickly go and grab something. Great workout facility- used it a lot and not many people there. Great pool and hot tub- my fiancé and I barbecued a few times at the pool and hung out there in the summer. Overall, one of the best apartments Ive rented from!!!

Ive lived here for almost two years, they have had ALOT of different managers & people working in the office. NATALIE is AWESOME!!!! she is so friendly and If I ever need anything she accommodates me immediately. The maintence team is very awesome also, they respect privacy and I dont feel uncomfortable being a single mom living alone. The only thing I wish they had was a mail room, my work hours are crazy and I usually cant get my packages in a timely manner because the office hours. I feel very safe there. Thank you Ranchstone!!! I lived here for the last year, its very quiet, I have a little girl and I always felt safe, every time I put a maintenance order they come, I asked to change to a two-bedroom apartment and every time I go to the office they give me one different information, they showed me an apartment and 5 days later they told me a new, much higher price, they told me that they would notify me if they had availability and so far nothing, I thought that by living here I would be prioritized... but no... now I have to look for another condo to live.

Wonder place to live. The staff is always amazing and attentive, the apartments are beautiful and spacious. Plus, being so close to 290 and the beltway your in reach of some of the best food and all the great shopping Houston has to offer. Melissa is a rock star and you truly feel at home here.

I have lived here at Ranchstone for 3 months now. I believe I have put in three work orders since living here and every single time they have handled my requests the day of. It is evident that they prioritize their residents here and that they go above and beyond to ensure that they are well taken care of.

Great. Wonderful staff. Happy to take care of your issues &/or needs and everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. Thay want to help you enjoy your home!! Wonderful location. Kroger. H.E.B. Food Town. Aldi all a block away. Literally. Medical, bars, dining, fast food, hair salons, auto care.. too much to list, all a block away. Clean grounds. Clean apartments. So happy to call Ranchstone home!

This is a nice and quiet community. When it was built one trash compactor was installed, which was a mistake, considering the amount of units here. Trash overflows at the compactor. The streets have some garbage because people toss garbage out of the car window. I dont understand that at all.
