The Post Meridian Apartments is a very nice and an attractive complex, albeit it is showing signs of aging, especially the lifts. The apartment complex is an excellent location (within walking distance to most things youll need) and the rental rates are very reasonable. However, what I have found most appealing living at the Post Meridian is that the MAA staff are always extremely helpful. From their leasing office staff to the maintenance staff, the team has always been professional and attentive. I have found they are very accommodating and willing to help. Thank you to Zach, Corinne and Matt for your excellent service and willingness to help with adhoc requests. Much appreciated!

I recently signed a lease with MAA Meridian and honestly had no idea what I was doing since it was my first time renting on my own. However, with the help of Matthew Kinzer in the Worthington office I was able to complete it all and move in. He was extremely patient with my roommate and I and very helpful on all the things we were confused about. He made the move in process much easier and was able to answer all my questions.

Just moved out after staying here a little more than a year. Everything from move-in to move-out was handled exceptionally. Maintenance request were always handled quickly, and the staff at the office were extremely kind and professional. Highly recommend this property for anybody looking to move into the State Thomas area!

This location is in a great neighborhood, walking distance coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and more! The staff at Post are very friendly and work hard to fix any issues that come up. Post Meridian is an older building so every once in a while an elevator breaks down for a few days. But other than that, I am very please with living at Post Meridian!

Awesome service from the office, had an electrical issue and maintenance was on it, especially with Reina with being a huge help in getting me set up with anything I needed help with.
