Apartments are clean and spacious. The location is perfect and the area is not too busy. The office staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. This complex is a lot quieter than my last apartment in Lewisville, and a little nicer as well. They have a decent size pool and fitness center. Definitely worth the consideration.

I have been living at MAA Hebron for 3 months. MAA Hebron apartment complex is clean, and well manicured. The maintenance crew is professional, and handle work orders in a timely manner. My apartment is spacious and updated with no complaints. My complaint to the front office was noisy neighbors above me bouncing balls, and loud stumping that shook the light fixtures. I was told by the front office to contact the courtesy officer. I didn’t want to escalate the problem but simply wanted management to give the tenants a courtesy notice of the noise. The tenants eventually moved.I have noticed my water bill and sewage is high considering I wasn’t home much the last 3 months. Out of 12 weeks, I was home 6 weeks but the bill was still high. I’m not sure how it’s calculated. Trash Valet overall is good, but they did forget my trash even after I sat it out earlier than the expected time. I emailed the customer service and it was taken care of promptly. So far, I do enjoy living at MAA Hebron, it’s relatively quiet. I do enjoy watching the 4 legged animals come by for their daily walk. There’s a lot of animal lovers here but I have not run into any issues with them. MAA Hebron is a nice place to live, and close to shopping centers, fast food, restaurants etc.Fast forward to my 5th month at MAA Hebron. The only issues I have encountered since my last post are animal feces, and animal urine steps away from my patio. I frequently sit on my patio and use this as my exit. People allow their pets to do their business steps away. I sent pictures to MAA Hebron, and their response was this was a dog friendly community, but pet owners are suppose to pick up after their pets and are in violation when they don’t. This violation is clearly not enforced, because the same pet owner again was allowing her pet to attempt to relieve himself again steps from where I sit on my patio. She didn’t have anything in her hands to pick up after her pet. The smell is not only loud when I sit on my patio, but I’m possibly bringing into my home all types of disease and bacteria from animal feces if I step in it. Keep your eyes on the ground when walking!! There should be designated areas for the pets to do their business, and in my opinion that doesn’t take away of being a pet friendly community. Some people aren’t considerate of others, and that’s when you have to enforce rules with violations and make them pay financially. Maybe then, violators will adhere to the rules set before them in their lease.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences living here. The office staff is friendly, maintenance team is punctual, and the apartments themselves are beautiful. I’d encourage anyone looking for an apartment in Carrollton to put MAA Hebron high on the list!

I LOVE living here!! I have been a tenant for over a year, and the staff is amazing, maintenance is always very quick and friendly, and the facilities are great.There is a dog park, which was recently renovated with new wood chips. The pool also has had some work done and has completely new lounges and chairs. There are two gas grills by the pool and several charcoal campsite style grills around the complex, with picnic tables and trash cans by them.This place is very dog friendly, with several poop bag stations around the complex, and they even allow huskies, pit bulls, and other dog breeds that may be restricted at other complexes.I live on the third floor and my dog and I love the view! Its very convenient to have Sprouts, Strarbucks, and the public library across the street. It feels very safe here!

I have renewed my lease. It is so clean, safe and quiet here. If you have any pest, you brought them with you. Marlana in the leasing office has been the best. The leasing team is wonderful. The best place Ive lived since I moved to Texas.

We toured this property last Saturday! It was quite lovely and Ashton was great! A few of my favorite things were, the garden tub, the pool and the car wash. Also, if you have dogs, there are NO BREED RESTRICTIONS here! Thats hard to come by. The only reason we didnt move here is because we got approved for a house... Otherwise this would have been our new home.Thanks again Ashton, you are awesome!

I was really impressed with the spacious floor plans. The manager and the staff were above and beyond helpful through the application and move in process. They were knowledgeable and able to answer any questions and ease any concerns I had. As a fitness geek I was excited about the yoga studio and enjoy a good session. It’s a nice place to live and look forward to renewing my lease when time comes.

My wife & I enjoyed our year plus stay at MAA Hebron. The apartments are beautiful inside and out. The decor inside is one of the most unspeakable designs I have ever lived in. I was spoiled by having a keyless access to my place. Also, living in a gated community. The managers are super friendly. The location is centralized around restaurants, medical emergency centers, dental care facilities, grocery stores, Andys ice cream, and a public library. I wished we could have stayed, but we are focused on other things. So, we must continue on our journey elsewhere....

I’ve been a resident here for several years. The location is fantastic. The maintenance crew is top notch-they respond quickly and efficiently. They work very hard to keep the grounds looking great. In particular, the pool is always well maintained and a great place to go. The office staff has always been helpful, kind, and polite. The complex community is friendly, calm, and peaceful. It’s not perfect- but overall a safe place. Colonial Grand is a great place to call home!

*UPDATE* We have NOW lived in MAA for a year and have renewed to stay another year. I have changed my 4 star rating to a 5 star due to us not having any issues with anything for almost a year and that speaks volumes for apartment living! *END OF UPDATE* From the time we initially visited the property (my husband went in person and I was on video due to my work schedule) and Stacia was extremely genuine...to this day, I have not felt an offensive vibe from either of these ladies (Marlana). Floor plans are spacious and the grounds are well kept (some pet parents need to do better). I have had a couple of issues and the maintenance team as always corrected the promptly. One major ant issue last summer and let me just say ABOVE AND BEYOND...that I love it here! Now, there was a period of slow pest control/trash valet due to employee shortages but it was not horrible, to me. As far as rental pricing, we were BEYOND grateful...coming from paying $3000 in rent to under $2,000 was an entire vibe for us...the location is in Castle Hills backyard, literally sooooo 🙃

I’ve lived here for about a year now.Pros:-Really spacious floor plan-quiet community-quick and efficient maintenance team-good amenities-friendly and helpful staff-kept nice and clean-great location, walking distance to several places-smart home technology (convenient but has its downsides. I love not having to dig for a key)-good communication-pet friendlyCons:-most gym machines are broken-the dog owners not picking up poop-birds = bird nests = bird poop everywhere (I’m on 3rd floor)-only within the last couple months, there has been other renters ruining the amenities for the rest of us. It’s pretty frustrating. I really enjoyed not having that problem the past year-can’t change the code to the lock on your own/disable old codes-back gate doesn’t open with fob-no covered parking-expensive… why are the apartments cheaper now on your website than when I moved in last year?Otherwise, this has been such an amazing place to live and I’m so happy I renewed another year!Thank you MAA Hebron!

I have lived here for two years. The apartments are great, clean and the floor plans are nice, but the walls are really thin.The management and staff are really helpful and understanding. Samantha Sterling-Lynch is the assistant property manager and she is amazing to work with, her positive attitude and customer service is beyond measures. She makes sure that you are satisfied and happy in your home.

So far . . . so good! I have lived at Colonial Grand at Hebron for only 2 weeks. But, the 3 young ladies in the office have been very helpful, friendly and professional. The community is beautiful and well maintained. I love my apartment decor and layout . . . it is so comfortable and feels like home.UPDATE: I have now lived at CG at Hebron for 5 weeks. No complaints about the office staff or maintenance crew. The negatives: The resident living above me is ridiculously noisy. The residents that dont pick-up after their pets. The residents that drive way too fast in the community.

I waited a few days after moving in to leave a review. My 4 star review is mainly to acknowledge two things:1. There are limited pet restrictions, including no breed restrictions. This is vital for so many people like myself who can and will pay any price to keep their beloved furry friends. I hope more rental companies follow suit.2. Abby (Johnson, I believe--based in Roanoke) was a rock star on our move in date. We had agreed to rent a first floor unit with NO CARPET. When I walked in on our move in date--there was carpet. Abby, who was managing the leasing office alone that day, could have easily said Hey, I dont usually work at this location. Youll have to wait until Monday to talk to the regular leasing agents. But she didnt. She put in a work order to get the carpet removed and we had our beautiful wood-look vinyl flooring installed that Monday. There was also no washer and dryer in our unit, as their should have been, when we moved in. Abby took care of this for us as well. She turned a potentially catastrophic experience into a good one.Things that could be improved:Communication: The leasing agents seem spread really thin and thus its hard to get in touch with them. We felt like we were selling ourselves the apartment at times, and were worried that they might somehow lose our paperwork and rent out our space to someone else. The leasing agents are great--just too busy, and possibly experiencing internal communication issues themselves.Dog Park: The grounds, walkways, pool, fitness center and units themselves are BEAUTIFUL. So I was surprised to find the condition of the dog park to be subpar on my first and last (for now) visit. It is absolutely covered in dog feces. In the back theres probably a 4 sq ft area where there isnt a single place to step because of all the poop. Ironically, theres a bag and trash station in the park enclosure. Lazy owners for sure--but the complex needs to take measures to address this health hazard.

We have lived here just about and we live on the 2nd floor in a two bedroom and we love the whole apartment. Also the whole office staff they are excellent and John is a great person along with being with a great maintenance man. We are going to sign another year lease because we love everything about the whole complex. Pool is awesome

Grounds are well kept, maintenance requests are completed quickly and efficiently, staff does a good job at keeping up with us and informed, residents are friendly and courteous for the most part. One area that the staff could improve is in some of the messaging. Sometimes, messages meant for specific residents to address specific incidents are sent to all residents instead of addressing the specific residents directly. This is my only area of criticism. I have recommended Colonial Grand to others and will continue to do so.
