Is a great place to leave and pet friendly, just one bad thing they have… no floor in the apartments only carpet:( but that’s the only thing, I always had the idea that having floor is more clean and less maintenance. They need to change all the carpet to the next resident. But, We are really happy here. Great customer service and attention.

I recently visited your Grapevine location and I just want to say that Ashley Grody was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, accommodating during my tour. I must say she is a rockstar. Yall are lucky to have someone like her representing your company and property. Stopped in again to visit your location and spoke with Ashley Grody again and as always she has made our tour a wonderful experience and I will be leasing an apartment through her once I get my date to move here from my job. You guys are lucky to have someone who is willing to stop eating their lunch and take us another tour and answer all questions without hesitation. Once again I want to say thank Ashley for all your help in trying to make our transition easier.

I started my search early this year and already I was met with excellent service by the assistant manager Ashley who continued to reach out for the next two months as I contemplated moving . Once I decided the first person and location that came to mine was Ashley , MAA grapevine . I decided to make another trip and this time I was met by Brittany with , again stellar service. I began the process to rent and Brittany , Gustavo and Ashley all worked together to fit me in the right model, location , price while working to verify my info and income. They were so kind and professional but what I really appreciated was how they wanted to help get me in . They were helpful! I’ve since moved in and I love it . My unit looks brand new , appliances are new or close to it and carpet is fresh , paint, ect…..Did I mention the smart features ?Incredible , I can turn my lights on and off from the office , the air up or down and so on!My first maintenance call I made today as I needed help learning a smart feature . I was met by Daniel who did not make me feel stupid , instead he showed me how things work and quickly addressed another question of mine I had on the spot ! I have been living at MAA apartments for about a month now and I am very happy with my experience. The apartments are well maintained, I am very grateful to the management team and the young man Gustavo Ramos because he clarified all my doubts and is incredibly responsive to any concerns I have had and the maintenance staff at the place is always willing to solve any problems. The community has a pool, gym which is very convenient, The location is perfect for me, close to everything I need in the city of Grapevine, Tx.

I’ll say for my time here, they did their best to accommodate me. I did have an issue with the payment system but that’s more on the corporate level than a personal thing. I would say it’s good apartment if you don’t need all the bells and whistles. My neighbors were quiet and never bothered me. One advice, don’t have visitors park in regular parking without registration because they will tow.

I have lived at MAA Grapevine for almost 3 years and the only reason that Im leaving is to be closer to a new job (but Im still staying within the MAA Community). There are not enough words to describe how wonderful the MAA Grapevine community is. Ive never had any issues with my neighbors, parking, noises, other residents pets, etc. The community is spacious and very pretty with lots of landscaping and trees around. The community is in a great location, super close to several shopping areas, restaurants, gas stations, fast food places, highways, etc. It is extremely convenient to all your needs. There are 2 pools and a pretty spacious gym (which is rare for most apartments). The only time Ive needed maintenance, they were out quickly and took care of the issue immediately.The office staff has always been incredible and they do several treats for the residents throughout the year. Wine tasting, Easter Egg hunt, breakfasts, pool parties, etc. Every one that works here is always extremely friendly and they great you by name when you go into the office. You arent just a tenant, you are a valued resident of the community.I want to give a special shout out to Taylor. She has been absolutely incredible in assisting me during my transfer to my new property. She says that shes just doing her job, but I feel that she has gone above and beyond in helping me with the transfer and I cannot thank her enough.Im sad to be leaving the Grapevine location, but Im forever thankful that Im able to stay within the MAA family.

I have lived here for 6 years and this is an excellent apartment complex. Taylor and Brittany in the office are SO welcoming and helpful- they go above and beyond in helping the residents! Move-in is a breeze- I transferred to a larger apartment and the place was pristine upon move in. Any maintenance requests are handled extremely quickly. I highly recommend this complex if you are looking in grapevine!

Full disclosure: Ive only lived here for six days, but Id love to share my experience so far. It started about a month ago when I visited the premises for a standard tour. The leasing agent Taylor Hammer was SO sweet and fun to talk to! It felt like I had been chatting with a friend Ive known my whole life. When I decided to apply here, she walked me through the whole process - application and down payments, getting my ESA paperwork through, finding renters insurance, etc etc. She was in constant contact with me for any questions I had. I still havent fully finished my move in, but heres what Ive seen so far.The day of the move in was great. They gave me a welcome basket, which Ive never had any of my previous apartments do! It had some great standard things: hand and dish soap, toilet paper, air freshener, that type of things. While yes, I know thats something they probably do for every tenant, it still made me feel so loved and valued! Like Wow, Taylor cares about me and wants me to have a good first day here! Also, the welcome packet includes information on the surrounding area, historic Grapevine, some nearby schools, and grocery and more, which is super helpful as I am totally new to the area! Im planning on going through the list of local restaurants and checking them out and supporting some local businesses :)As far as the actual move in goes, well, there were the usual move-in issues that I feel everyone experiences regardless of where they live since they cant always be controlled by the front office. There was a broken pantry shelf, closed air vent, confusing bathtub knob, and just a handful of miscellaneous wear and tear that comes with a property having had multiple tenants over the years. I submitted several maintenance requests (sorry front desk, I swear Im not picky and high maintenance!!!) and within a few hours I had maintenance at my door ready to fix them! I didnt catch the mans name, but he was so sweet and kind and seemed like he just genuinely wanted me to have everything fixed so I could enjoy my living experience there! So while yes, I did have some issues, they were less of actual things that needed to be fixed and more him explaining how they worked (ngl I felt kinda stupid for that).Now, I cant speak for how consistent the quick maintenance responses or front desk responses are since I havent even been here a week, but its very reassuring how quickly they came by. I did just submit a pest control request because theres a family of wasps trying to settle down in my balcony by my bedroom door and Id much prefer if they didnt do that, but since its the weekend I have zero expectations that theyll be here today since the employees are people too and deserve to have time to themselves as well.The only true negative I have so far is that yes, there are bugs. Ive had a handful of beetles and gnats in my bedroom and bathroom area. I think this is mostly due to the nature of where we live, and I also suspect this is an older building. However, I believe in doing no harm, even to bugs, so I have just been able to capture them in a jar and set them out on the balcony. Bugs like these have never really scared me, so I dont really care that much (so long as I dont wind up with roaches, I dont fw those). If youre absolutely terrified of bugs, maybe this isnt the place for you; but we are in their home!Anyways, I know that was a very long review, and if you stayed this long, thank you! I think my biggest takeaway here is the genuineness of all the staff. They really do make you feel like youre a part of the MAA family and that they truly care about you and that you have a wonderful experience here! Every person I have interacted with, whether that be the leasing agents in the front, maintenance, or honestly even my neighbors, I have walked away with a smile. I am truly happy so far to call this place home, and I look forward to the next 14 months Ill be spending here :) Ill keep this review updated as my time here continues!

I have been living at the property for the last year and I must say I have really enjoyed this community, both the office and maintenance staff are super friendly, professional, and HELPFUL. They are always super quick to respond to inquiries or work requests for paperwork, maintenance requests, etc. The property is generally pretty clean, safe, and well-maintained. I also appreciate how quick the management is to send out email updates for any issues on the property, or just to notify us of special events that they arrange like ice cream trucks, wine mixers, etc. Thank you MAA Grapevine!

Wonderful apartment community. The office staff is really helpful and very polite. I had most interaction with Michaela, she is amazing and will answer all your queries. I still live here (3.5 years)and the property is nice, quiet and clean, my neighbors are awesome , the office staff and maintenance crew are amazing! It is an older property so normal wear and tear is expected. They worked around the clock to get the water heater issue fixed completely and any other maintenance request which have been minor have been resolved really quick! I would highly recommend this property to my friends, family and anyone else looking! Conveniently located as well!!! Thank you MAA 😊

I have been a tenant of MAA Grapevine for 3 years, and I have enjoyed my stay. Management and maintenace have been attentive, and the property and buildings themselves are nice. There is plenty of parking, and it is walking-distance to nearby parks. The complex is generally quiet, but kids can sometimes be heard playing in the afternoon, which never bothered me.The only cons I have noticed are that there seem to be occasional (but brief) water interruptions in parts of the community as maintenance is frequently being performed on the water infrastructure. However, my routine has never really been affected by these interruptions, and they seem to be fixed quickly.All in all, a pleasant place to live.

The office Staff at MAA Grapevine are so sweet and friendly. From the time you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and someone ready to help you. When I first went to MAA Grapevine, Taylor was soo nice and had such great customer service. I was able to tour an apartment and she was there to answer all of the questions that I had. When I finally made the decision to move there, everyone in the office, were very supportive and was there to help me every step of the way. My move in process was easy breezy and everything was done online through the online porter. The neighborhood is quiet and the grounds are always kept nice. Thank you to Taylor, Brittany and the Assistant Manager for helping me and for showing great customer service. If you are looking for a apartment, this is where you should be.Update: 12/11/2023Everything is WONDERFUL, we love staying here. My husband and I love MAA Grapevine. Came here about a month ago to view the apartments couldn’t move in due to financial reason, but wow! These apartments are amazing nice and spacious.. the office was nice and clean when I went the staff was nice and respectful! The one person who stood out was Tori, she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door! She was very professional, organized, respectful, loving, and energetic! She was able to answer all my questions and she was patient with me. Anybody going to view these apartments I would recommend them seeing her and I thank her for professionalism!

The leasing office consultant Alex Heuer was exceptional at making renting a stress-free process (thank God). She was very attentive and helpful whether in person, on the phone, through email, and was simply pleasant.The apartment itself is spacious and well priced. Management offered me a great deal even though I made it pretty clear I was already intent on renting as-is.The resident portal on their website makes it easy to keep track of payments, setting up rental insurance, etc. There are well priced Pet services nearby available as walk-in, ranging from getting shots to trimming nails it seems like an easy process.Dont hesitate to ask them questions, theyre quick to respond and eager to help (in my recent experience)

Service Technician Jose Palencia is so amazing. He removed my old dishwasher and installed a new one so fast without missing a beat. He communicated with me by letting me know what he was doing. I work from home and he completed the task without disturbing me. He made sure that my dishwasher was operating properly before he left. He was so polite and professional. He is definitely a great asset to the MAA Grapevine service team!

I have enjoyed living at Colonial Village at Grapevine for almost three year now. The location is great for my and an easy drive to both Dallas and Ft. Worth. You really cant beat the price and apartment size for the location.Any maintenance requests are acted on quickly and provide a follow up email. With an older apartment complex it comes with some normal upkeep challenges but the staff is always friendly and understanding to help when needed.

We lived here for about 1.5 years while saving to buy a house. The office staff were always polite and helpful from when we signed the lease to any time we called or came in with questions. We made 2 repair requests during our time there and they were both completed quickly and thoroughly. The area is great as it is close to a variety of restaurants and stores. My only complaint (which is not a reflection on the apartment as it not something they can really control) is that there is a real issue with people not picking up after their dogs. Be aware that if you have dogs, you should be very careful where you step when you take them for walks around the apartment! All in all, I think the pricing is fair, area is nice, and staff is great so I would recommend CV at Grapevine to anyone considering moving here.

I’ve been living here for more than 3 years and it has been a very pleasant experience since move in. The best part of this apartment complex is the maintenance team, they are fast and polite in every situation. I’m writing this review on a Sunday afternoon, on Valentine’s Day, it’s 16° outside with a feel of -2°, because two guys from the maintenance team just came to repair the heat. Lucas and Rafael just made our day!I am not going to say that there are no issues in the complex, the apartments are a bit old and in need of an upgrade, but it’s very clean and when they gave me the option to have a reserved parking space it really changed my experience.To summarize, a great location, good management team, awesome maintenance team and get a reserved parking space!

Ive lives here for 3 years now. Some of the reviews mention bugs and water issues. Im on the first floor so occasionally there are bugs, usually just crickets during what seems to be Texas cricket season. The complex is older so there are some issues with water, but the complex sends out emails to let us know when they are shutting off water to make repairs. When I request maintenance, its done very quickly. I feel safe here with my family. We love our home. The office staff has changed from time to time but they all have been very helpful. I definitely recommend these apartments.

What a wonderful office staff! Always incredibly helpful and positive! I absolutely adore this lovely, and peaceful property! It has 2 pools and a 24 hour fitness center. Not to mention that almost all of the apartments come with full sized washer and dryers! I can’t wait to live here!

I have been in this apartment for nearly a year. Every time I have a maintenance issue they come right out and take care of it. If theres a problem with the water heater we immediately get emails letting us know and their deepest apologies. I have had no problems with bugs loud noises or rude Neighbors. I can honestly say this is the best apartment complex I have lived in in the past 4 years

Such a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Everything is close by. Mica from the leasing office has always been kind and informative from the beginning. She’s always answering every question we have. Jose Palencia from maintenance is really helpful! He goes above and beyond to help out and quick to fix whatever problem we have.

I normally dont write reviews on apartments, but I felt the need to have to let people know how great this place is. The staff I have personally encountered and dealt with from the beginning have been great & efficient. The maintenance is phenomenal and my neighbors are more friends than they are strangers. I cant say enough good things. I am primarily moving out because my rent went up $150 if I were to renew after my first year. During that time I changed jobs. My job has moved to Dallas & I commute about an hour & 15 minutes to work and home daily. Both at rush hour traffic times. I am genuinely sad to be moving, which is a first for me. I live alone & come and go random times of the day & night. Ive never felt unsafe at all. I have not seen a bug at ALL the entire time living here. (I am very clean, so that helps a lot) I cant say enough great things about colonial Village. If you are considering moving here, dont hesitate! Its truly a great place.

MAA Grapevine is an outstanding place to live. I have enjoyed my time here. Mica and Pastora in the office are amazing humans and they listen to everything I have to say and give great feedback and help. Maintenance is amazing too! Josh is always so helpful and quick to get all orders I put in done, hes super cute to boot too 🙂. All in all I recommend these apartments to any and everyone!

My girlfriend and I have signed for our first apartment together here, and it’s been so long since I’ve moved and signed leases and set stuff up that I was so lost. Tori Giddings is the wonderful lady who helped us start to finish. No sketchy business, completely honest, and absolutely helpful. The day we came to finally apply she spent maybe 2/3 hours with us working on getting into the apartment and getting everything straightened out. No sign of being annoyed which is remarkable considering my girlfriend and I have not made this process easy as we tend to over complicate things. Anytime something has come up Tori has contacted us both immediately and is always just an e-mail away if we have any questions or concerns. She has made this process so much less stressful than I’ve ever experienced before. On that note, wonderful personality and very easy to talk to- who wouldn’t want to sign a lease at a place with such an amazing person working here? Wonderful experience all around, thank you for letting us call you guys home.

I lived here 3 years ago.. I’m leaving a 5 star review in hopes everyone can see this. This apartment was infested with roaches. I had them crawling on me in my sleep. They were crawling between my clothes. When I reported this to management they said they can have pest control spray chemicals to keep them out. This did nothing I had roaches smashed in the lining of my fridge assuming they were either trying to get in or come out and got smushed in between. Some were even frozen inside the freezer door This was DISGUSTING. Every time I came home there would be one or two crawling on the wall. One day I was sleeping and I hit my chest because I felt a fuzzy feeling in my sleep. I jumped up out of bed and turned on my light and searched my bed and blanket and sure enough smashed up in the sheet was the roach that I hit in my sleep. I reported this submitted pictures and told management I did not sign a lease to live in a roach infested apartment WHO CAN LIVE LIKE THIS. I ended up getting out of my lease after having to live like this for 3 months. Not to mention a pipe bursted under my closet carpet and left some of the dresses and jackets I had hanging on the lower rack molded at the tips. I had to sleep with loud industrial fans that maintenance left over night to try to dry out the carpet. These apartments need to be torn down they are very old and to be MAA apartments they have horrible customer service they don’t care about their tenants a BIG BIG roach problem and will say anything to get you to move in knowing it will be nothing like you imagined. If you have no other options move here but if you do have more time to find something decent and livable I advise you do so.

I think these are great apartments! Considering you are minutes away from DFW airport (and I am someone who likes to travel) its a great location! Also you are minutes away from Main St Grapevine with all of the wineries and fun shops and festivals.I read some of the previous reviews about the apartments shaking and dishes rattling when you walk, i havent experienced that personally, sometimes the floor will creak but that is it. ALSO keep in mind these are older apartments, its not like they were build last year so with older buildings you get little quirks.I had a big cricket problem when i first moved in, but the pest control fixed that right away, (i also sprayed with pesticide i bought from Home Depot just to give it an extra layer)--i havent had a bug problem since.The only slight annoyance ive had is that the dryers in the laundry facility have been broken for awhile which is frustrating because my unit doesnt have a washer/dryer in it.Other than that, i love these apartments! The community seems friendly, there is tons of parking, and the pool is also really great as well!

Had some confusion with move in dates but everything else has been a breeze. Have not noticed anything out of the ordinary, such as bugs or water shut offs. The are sometimes internet outages because of the location which is in no fault to the complex, rather the provider. Finally, work orders are handled fast and feedback is provided promptly.
