    I stopped in without an appointment to check availability and possibly see an apartment. I was greeted by Haley. She took me around to all the gorgeous amenities and showed me an apartment with the floor plan I was interested in. She was able to answer all my questions. I do love this property and talk about location, location, location!! It is a must see if you are shopping for a new home to rent!

    Been here about 3-4 months and love it so far. If youre considering MAA I would definitely lean on the side of putting in an application but heres a few things we have experienced living here that you may want to consider!1. I dont know about the lower floors but if you live on the fourth floor it can be somewhat loud because of the buzzing from the fans they have in the top of the buildings. Once we got use to it we didnt really care but when shes sick it drives my girlfriend crazy2. The area has a lot of restaurants in the area so the place always has people. This isnt really a negative to us cause it makes it feel safer/more welcoming when out late and the noise never really gets loud but if you prefer a more secluded/gated neighborhood feel this may not be right for you. The only thing that is gated is access to the parking garage and the doors to the buildings.3. Not everyone loves being this close to the highway! Its convenient for us though.4. The nearby 7 eleven is EXTREMELY convenient for late night store runs5. The apartments are not the nicest and we had a few things that were broken on move in day but they were clean when we moved in and the area itself seems fairly well kept. Maintenance was able to help us pretty quickly6. Smart home appliances/locks if you like those7. Building 2 is honestly the nicest in our opinionOverall, we have had a really positive experience living here. Nothing from the above is meant to deter anyone cause they arent really negatives for us but they are things we think people should know before moving in.

    Im starting my 3rd year here with, honestly, probably another 3 in sight if the housing market remains the same. I love my apartment, the maintenance crew are quick to follow up on requests and when they cant do something on the spot they make sure to follow up until its finished.Most importantly, the renewal rates have been decent in comparison to my friends! There are new apartments are coming up nextdoor, so Im hoping prices wont spike once theyre finished, but its a nice place that I feel safe to walk around at.Also, I realize I sound like some paid sponsor but I swear I just like it here 😅

    We have been living here since 2021. Absolutely love this place. We feel very blessed to have found such a great apartment complex. Maintenance team is amazing, they literally get back to us within the same day! Front desk has always been kind. Janitors do a great job keeping the hallways and grounds clean. Highly recommend!!!!!

    My first 90 days has been great. Beautiful property and apartment. Office staff is extremely helpful and kind when it comes to work orders. Downside is the make-ready crew could have done a better job. (Cracks in ceiling, paint chips on base boards and painted over what looks like wood that was once wet). Walls are extremely thin, I can hear every step the person above me makes. Hopefully you replace carpet with noise canceling padding.

    I love my complex. I don’t think I have ever had a complaint here with anyone. Every time I make a maintenance request it is done that same day if not that day the following day. Today, I noticed I needed to get my air filter replaced so made the request and within to hours there was Mr. Renato at the door. He followed my instructions in knocking before coming in and was very quick in getting it done. He was very friendly and such a nice pleasant person. I just had to give a review I’m very satisfied.     The office staff is super professional, responsive, respectful, honest and kind. Maintenance challenges which are minimal are handled very quickly and feedback on preventing the issue in the future is given in a comprehensive manner. Kudos to MAA training and development!

    Living here is the best. There is two issues I have. The first one is I can smell weed but that only on the halls. The second one Is once a month i see cockroach but when leaving a ticket in, the pest control come in the next day. The reason for cocktoaches I think because a new building is being built.overall its clean, restaurant are convenient, and realtors are nice.

    The staff at Eastside is excellent! I could always count on them to answer any questions or address any issue or concerns I had. They were very professional and courteous. Quite often they would bring laughter and joy to my day. You couldnt ask for a better community to live in.

    If youre looking for a fun, safe, upscale complex at a reasonable rent then youve found it. No idea why anyone would put fewer than five stars- I would put six or more if I could. Weve been living here for ten months now and weve loved every minute of it. Nice, large and relatively new apartments with hardwood floors and granite counter tops. Very nice and accommodating leasing office staff- we especially love Sarah. Highly responsive maintenance- dont think it has ever taken longer than a day to get our issues completely resolved. Theres a beautiful and extremely well kept little park in the center of the complex(theyre putting up Christmas lights right now) with tons of great restaurants within a two-minute walk. Best of all its SUPER pet friendly and they dont even charge pet rent, just an up front fee along with the deposit. Our dogs love everyone in the leasing office and they always have treats for them! Seems like theres a resident appreciation event every two weeks or so put on by Logan and Sheri along with the rest of the staff with free food and poker nights, they even brought donuts door-to-door one morning. Seriously this place is so awesome its ridiculous and well be living here for a long time. Highest recommendation!

    Had it not been for Darrius Prowell I probably wouldnt be a resident at MAA Eastside. This young man went out of his way, worked overtime(because I showed up late) and still catered his services and experience of customer service to me without hesitation! He went over and beyond his job title to make me comfortable and showed me other available apartments as options contrary to what i was looking for. I was seriously contemplating another residency heavily but ultimately made my decision based upon how i was treated! being a business man and owner of a well known Barbershop, i have high regards for cust0mer service and treating people how you would want to be treated! Kudos to Mr. Prowell for a job well done and adding another satisfied customer/tenant to MAA Eastside!

    I love the proximity and easy access to Hwy 75. I have several favorite restaurants on the property, Menas Mexican, Sakhuu Thai, Bawarchi and Urban Eatz. All are fantastic in their own right. Aday Cafe also has some of the best Ethiopian coffee to wash down their awesome crepes too. I got the most thorough exam at Gibbs Optical that Ive ever had. I also like the pet friendly atmosphere at Eastside.The property seems well maintained and theres an abundance of parking too. I love the fountain on the central greenspace.

    Ive lived here for 8 months and my living experience has been probably the best of all my last apartment living. Anytime I report that something is broken in my apartment they usually fix it that day or the next. I also enjoy the monthly community events they host! My neighbors are all pretty quite and very friendly. If my renewal rate doesnt drastically increase Ill definitely stay another year or 2.

    I went to Eastside looking for an apartment and I met Darrius. He was very polite and informative. He answered all my questions. I ended up applying after the tour. I had anxiety and he helped keep me calm during the process! I appreciated that very much. I look forward to moving in to Eastside! Beautiful apartment homes and it’s exactly what I been looking for.

    I have living here for almost 10 months, and I must say it is one of the most convenient, quiet, and comfortable places I have ever lived. It is in walking distance to tons of really nice restaurants and a 7/11. The parking garage connected to the building is also very convenient. The first floor of the garage has 3 hour visitor parking; which is great if you have company coming over. It is right next to highway 75 and is less than five minutes from highway 635 and President George Bush Turnpike. The management is very friendly and accommodating. The complex has tons of different floor plans and the price is very reasonable compared to surrounding areas. The apartments have stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. This place is so great I have signed my lease to stay here for even longer. This is the best decision Ive made since moving to Texas!

    I was a former resident for 1 year. In my honest opinion, it was a pretty uneventful experience living here. I had no issues with management. Loren and the entire team were helpful to me from day one. Maintenance was very responsive the few times I needed them. My neighbors, for the most part, were quiet and respectful. The area is very safe and location is convenient for business and/or pleasure. I found that the only negative experience of living here was, at times the upkeep of the property and facilities was poor. I understand that there are challenges that come with maintaining a property that big, however, I feel with a bit more effort this problem could be easily and quickly rectified.One final point I will make. I see a lot of negative reviews being left, but ask yourself, should those be taken with a grain of salt? A LOT of people have such unrealistic expectations, that ultimately result in them having a negative experience. Myself included. We as a society should keep that in mind before making someone elses job more difficult. How would we feel if someone unnecessarily made our job more difficult.?Nevertheless, I WOULD recommend this property. I believe it is a fine place to live.

    This is a great property, that is further highlighted by an excellent Leasing Agent, named Darrius P. I viewed this property several times & each time he gave a very informative & extensive tour. Darrius P. never hesitated to answer questions and was always readily available & extremely responsive via email or phone. I appreciate him for immediately scheduling tours for me, especially since time was of the essence. I am extremely thankful for his time and consideration with my apartment search--and any future resident will be too. Kudos, Darrius!! Kudos!!

    I had Darius Prowell show me the MAA community and was very impressed with both the community and Prowells help. He was very well informed and took his time to answer all questions we had. Seeing the apartment convinced me that this would be my and my companions new home!

    I honestly wish I could give this complex 5 stars because I have lived here almost a year now and cannot say enough kind words about the leasing office and maintenance staff. They are responsive, polite, and absolutely wonderful!! The only reason for my 4 stars is due to the other tenants who can be inconsiderate of their neighbors. Best examples would be leaving trash in the hallways and stairwells, or making too much noise after hours. This, however, does not change how beautiful these apartments are, and how great the location is! I would recommend this complex to a friend, as long as he/she is willing to put up with the quirks.

    We love this place! We have been here for almost 5 months now. Maria and Lauren are the best and always attentive, friendly and helpful. Any issues we have ran into were fixed lightening fast. The maintenance staff is friendly and treats you like family. Any time they have been in our apartment, they were professional, and discussed the issue and solution with us. They have personalities and experience unlike some other apartments!Neighbors are friendly, and it’s super convenient to get here and to get around Richardson/Dallas and the rest of the metroplex.

    Renanto is amazing! Anytime I put in a maintenance request he always does a good job! When he replaced my microwave he cleaned up after his self and set the clock on the microwave.

    Had a great first experience with this complex, area was clean and public areas and front office were well-kept. Darius is an extremely helpful and patient person, making sure our tour was thorough and he gave us all the information we requested. Completed an application for a unit here following our time with him!

    We have lived here since November 2015. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the grounds are nicely maintained. Any time we had to open up a maintenance request they are quick to respond. I feel very spoiled living so close by to so many great places to eat at and having a 7-11 so convenient to us, also a few hair salons. Love love this place and we just extended our lease for another year! So excited to live here. :)

    I love living here. The apartments are gorgeous and the maintenance staff does an excellent job on repairs.There was an instance where a few criminals broke into our parking garage and tried to steal my car, but our security cameras are monitored and they were immediately caught by police.Despite that incident, I feel safer here than I would if I owned a house even in a nice neighborhood.

    This one has large lay out bedrooms with large bathrooms. surrounded by lots of eating places and a good entertainment center also close by 24 hour fitness center. Seem to be very private but friendly peoples living there

    Ive lived here for about 3 months now, and I must say Im pretty happy. Any issues I ran into, the leasing office staff was super helpful and mindful of the situations. Most times when I go in Loren is the person, who is there or free at the moment. She is always attentive, super sweet and very helpful! I never leave without having all my questions answered clearly and a good laugh. Im a Louisiana girl, so Im BIG on hospitality and so far the team has shown it!Only negative I have is the crazy parking/reserved spots ordeal. Everything else is groovy!

    I will be the opposite to the last review given about Jennifer Burgess. She was professional and courteous and very helpful through the process of finding (and leasing) an apartment here. We were displaced from our home and needed a nice place for housing for a year. Weve been here a week and weve not found anything to really complain about. Dont believe all reviews!

    Post Eastside was my first experience living in an apartment complex and I have to say Ive enjoyed it. There are a few things that could be improved like broken dryers, gates not working, and cleanliness of hallways but those are simple maintenance needs. Ultimately, the location is great and the people are nice. Its just a little pricey living here.

    Been a resident for 5 months, no issues so far. Have put in maybe 3-4 maintenance requests and usually took 1-3 days to get to it based on the time of year but nothing serious. Lots of restaurants nearby to eat at and a convenience store as well. Only wish people who didn’t have a parking pass inside of resident parking would actually get towed but that’s doesn’t bug me that much.

    I have lived in these apartments before and the property is updated and has a great community. Mark was the leasing agent who helped my husband and I. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I am thankful for the wonderful experience I had with this property. I hope to move in Richardson in the future.

    We love it here! This apartment complex is safe and clean. The leasing office staff are courteous and very accessible. We occasionally have problems with noisy neighbors but this is rare. Overall we like living here!

    I had a very pleasant viewing with Daniel Garibey who was very professional and informative about the property. I did not move there due to deciding to stay in my rental home, but the property is wonderfully maintained and just an overall nice area. This is a great place to be and affordable.

    I have been here about a month and am loving it!! Seriously, I could not have imagined a more seamless move in process. The unit could not have been cleaner and the help from the office was very beneficial. Loren was there to help every step of the way and very understanding.Maria is also awesome! Highly recommend.

    This is excellent location. Been here since almost 5.5 years. Staff works proactively with quick turnaround on all requests and maintenance activities. Management/staff is polite and collaborative. Weve all restaurants in this locality to hang out. Good parking facilities. Thanks to Post Eastside for all diligent services.

    Love this place! Clean, quiet and in a good location! I dropped by just to check it out because it was just something I would see when I worked in the plaza. So glad I did! Walking distance to some great restaurants, 2 DART stations close by and right off the highway. I’m looking forward to staying here years to come.

    Location is perfect and convenient, so many different restaurants and shops nearby, and the complex does a beautiful job maintaining both the landscaping and interiors of the buildings. I’m very happy to be a resident, no complaints.
