    I recently signed up for a new apartment, and I had the pleasure of working with Destiny from the front office. She was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, Destiny made me feel welcome and at ease. She patiently answered all my questions and guided me through each step, ensuring everything went smoothly. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.     My move in process was a little tricky with the new smart home system but I can gladly say it was handle professionally and positively. Destiny was a great help and answered all my questions, as well as stay on top of everything for me. The maintenance gentleman who helped me was quick to try his very best to help the situation which gives me relief because I know that if anything were to happen I can trust the maintenance team will do their very best to assist. My apartment is beautiful I had minor problems but I expressed them and can trust they will be fixed soon. I’m very excited to live here.

    Even though we had some bad experiences with the crime🔪 raising every where, they had been great listeners, supportive🩵 and helpful even with precinct 4, trying to suggest more security and patrol from them around the MAA cypresswood facilities.Destiny and Allison from the management office have been super helpful and even explore with us options to make us feel comfortable, safe and after some personal reasons, we decided to stay thanks to the wonderful understanding and help from them.Thank you very much specially from us!Gragg FamilyCurrent Tennants

    Super friendly a staff. The manager Allyson will take her time and do what they need to within their power to help along with Destiny. Theyre the rock stars hold it down. Law enforcement is always doing extra patrol for deter crime. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Quiet community with long term residence living here. 5 out of 5.

    Destiny has been a great support at the office taking our question about parking when we have visitors and the correct area to park. The community is blessed with a food truck night and she has answered any question i had about it. I appreciate the office bringing the community together over good food. thank you

    Yet another excellent experience here at MAA Cypresswood (my second time renting here), Allyson and Destiny have always acted promptly and gone above and beyond to make sure my concerns are addressed. Unit maintenance requests are completed swiftly and suggestions about changes to the property are taken seriously and acted upon when within reason. Overall I’ve been very satisfied and would recommend MAA Cypresswood to anyone!

    I needed to find a place in a short time frame and called for information, Destiny was so helpful. She answered every question I had and set an appointment for me to tour the property the next day! The application process was very easy and approval was very fast. The move in process was super simple with Destiny’s help. The apartment itself is exactly what I needed.

    About to renew our lease! Destiny is beyond amazing, from the interest of moving in she informed my fiancé and i on the process as well as go through it with us to make us feel more comfortable about securing the appointment. Since then she has assisted us on the very few needs we’ve reported and it was resolved the next day!! Being here is so stress free especially having all of our needs and concerns assisted by Destiny!

    I have to brag on maintenance at our complex. Cesar is the BEST!! He always gets our requests completed in a very timely fashion, he explains anything that I may need to know about the repairs he’s done and he always cleans up any debris afterwards. He makes sure that our family’s requests are taken care of each and every time!!

    This apartment complex is amazing. Nicole in the front office is so kind. I walked in the office mid panic and she was so helpful. She solved my problem quickly and did everything she could to help me. The apartments are very nice and they get updated constantly. The dog park is so nice and the large grassy area is perfect for playing with the kids. I spend more time here than I do at my own house! Everyone is so nice and it’s definitely a close community.

    Cypresswood apt personnel had been real good to me. Always helpful and cordial. I’ve had the pleasure of always talking to Destiny De Leon who , by the way is top notch !!! She’s very attentive, respectful and patient with any situation I bring to the Office. Along with Destiny I can mention Allison Johnson who has been so helpful I left the community Last year 06/22 and moved to Florida, unfortunately things did not work out for me and I decided to come back to Houston and I remember my experience here at Cypresswood Ct apts. so u quickly called back and I found out that Destiny and Allison were still working here so I decided to inquire about available apartments and to my luck there was one available so I reserved it.My experiences has been so good,

    Just moved in to the apartment complex and so far, we love it! The office staff, Destiny and Allison, are wonderful and very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. The units are nice and spacious and there are a lot of amenities included for the price! I love that we have a washer/dryer hookup inside the apartment. Ive also seen no trace of any pest issues which is big in an apartment community. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment . You cant beat the value for what you are getting!

    I really appreciate Cesar, the maintenance man for Cypresswood Court, for his kindness and professionalism. He is always in a good mood, and he does what he says he is going to do. He is part of the reason Ive stayed at this location for all of these 7 years. I give him the highest marks.

    I love my apartment & it’s not what I looked at. Leslie was very nice & professional. Minor issues but it’s ok. I still love it. It’s clean, quiet, and not over crowded. Even the non renovated apartments (mine) looks new.I’ve been paying rent FAITHFULLY for 11 months and all of a sudden I’m late on a payment. And now they charged me $110 in late fee & won’t give my money back. These people are GHETTO and thieves

    Destinys a rockstar. I gave her a hard time as their was a miscommunication about my tour and I waited for over an hour but honey when I tell you her customer service wiped away any doubts/concerns.Weeks later, I applied and was approved in 48hrs. Also, I had loads of emailed questions (high maintenance due to bad experiences prior) she provided every answer, and she even gave me a virtual tour of another unit. I am so eager to be less maintenance and call this community my new home.

    I lived at these apartments for 3 years and loved them! They were my very first apartment post college, and also without a roommate thanks to their lower prices! They are not luxury apartments, theres no gym or anything extra. But that kind of stuff isnt important to me, Im happy with just the place to live. All the staff have been absolutely wonderful, from the front office to maintenance, everyone really made this place a home!

    Nicole was so outstanding today when i came with my friend to find an apartment. being fluent in spanish was extremely helpful since my friend is relocating from Cuba. This a really excellent experience. she felt safe and well attended too. like shes at home already. Very professional and attentive to detail. Love her so much!

    I am new to this community and have received nothing short of excellent service. Maintenance request are answered so quickly! The office staff is so AWESOME! The manager is so sweet and down to earth person. Her personality makes it so easy to talk to her! She was so very helpful and did everything in her power to find me a new apartment after mine caught fire. I truly appreciate the support I received, not only from the office staff but also from the community. As a single woman living by herself, Cypresswood Court is very nice place to live, I rarely see anyone hanging out or hear my neighbors. Overall I am very happy to call this place HOME.

    I would enjoy living here a lot more if they could get rid of those annoying and noisy weed smoking residents who think they can live here without having to go to work every day in order to afford their rent, which costs over $1000 per month for a one bedroom outdated apartment without a washer/dryer!I didn’t realize this apartment community allowed Section 8 housing.Got to go at the earliest opportunity, otherwise I am the one who is going to have to find a different apartment as my leasing contract draws to a close.

    This place really is a hidden gem. 2 pools and they actually open them. professional and very helpful staff (the office ladies are so so sweet) maintainence requests are filled in no more than 2 days, security is not only present and professional but highly responsive. common spaces are very clean, on top of that the price is great. 1200 for a 2bed 2 bath with private patio and washer dryer hookups. You really cant beat it. Do yourself a favor and at least take a look.

    The staff here is great. The property is older and as you would imagine there are some signs of wear. Melissa works diligently to keep the property clean and maintained. Last year she kept most of us dry during Harvey, she was a super hero for the families that lost their homes in the fire at building 13, she keeps us informed of impending freezes and impending construction and impending parking lot improvements and even calls to let you know you have a package. She has yummy beverages from the kuerig and treats for the your furry residents. She keeps the grounds meticulously clean and landscaped. I have always had quick and satisfactory repair requests. The maintenance staff is friendly and professional, the leasing staff is courteous and helpful. Tonya is on top of things in my account and just an all around nice lady. I have noticed some things havent been perfect, the comments about crime below are only half of the story. Melissa employed security guards and implemented a gates closed policy after dark to deter those elements that we dont want in our community from loitering in the parking lots. We have permits for parking now, which eliminates most of the parking problems. She even sends some poor guy around to pick up the dog droppings that are inadvertantly not cleaned up by owners, for whatever reason. I appreciate the staff all of their hard work trying to keep everyone happy all the time.

    Great apartment for the value; Tonya in the office was top-notch and was always quick to respond on anything I needed. Maintenance calls were always taken care of next day, hardly any neighborhood noise, and living on the first floor I hardly ever heard anything from my top floor neighbors. Highly recommend this complex!

    Cypresswood court is a place to be. Its calm and secured. Allyson and Deleon ( cypresswood court management team) are so nice. My moving out from the old apartment to a new one went on well.

    Moved here over two years ago when I first accepted a job at the IAH airport. The front office ladies are amazing very friendly and always accommodating to whatever I may need. Maintenance guys Work very hard to keep the community clean and in good repair. Very thankful to all the staff here.

    I had a beautiful walk through of the apartments by Vanessa. They were nice and very clean and fresh. My sister will be moving here in November when she leaves New Jersey. Its convenient to stores and shops.

    This place is very peaceful to live. Neighbors are very nice! Great pool for you or the kiddos to enjoy. They even have a dog park for your pets to goto and interact with each other. Great place to live if your going to humble 59 area or even I45. The manger and front associate are very informative and are always in point also they are sweethearts!!!

    I have lived here for a year and have had fantastic experience here. The complex is small but in a pretty good area and feels safe.Tonya and Destiny are great and really take care of you here, they are on top of it constantly. I would also say it’s pretty well priced as far as cost of rent, utilities and amenities.

    I love living here at the apartment complex. I am going on my 4th year here and I will most likely sign another lease when the current one is up. The only thing that could make it better would be if I had a screen on my patio and bedroom window that way I could enjoy fresh air throughout my apartment. At the current time, I can only open my kitchen window. Other than that, it is pretty much a perfect place to live

    This was our first apartment when my husband and I got married. We had a cute, small apartment with a chimney. We loved it here. It felt like a peaceful place that was patrolled frequently, maintenance was quick when asked to fix things, and management cared about issues you reported. Late one night our neighbors were on their balcony drinking and talking loudly, and the manager lady who lived on-site immediately came and asked them to quiet down or go inside. The only downside is that you HAVE to pay for cable ($45?) even if you dont owe a TV. This is an unreasonable agreement in my opinion! Non-television watchers should not have to pay so that cable lovers can get a cheaper deal!
