This property is so beautiful! I’ve been to many of the apartments in this area and this is one of the best maintained and well-run I’ve seen. The office staff is knowledgeable and friendly, Crystal is so welcoming, and Hayden and Khallese as well! The maintenance team is top notch, Rob and James are on top of things and get requests done quickly! If you’re looking for a great place to live that’s close to all the great downtown destinations, look no further than this place!

I picked Post 510 to be the first apartment I leased on my own. Great place to live. I work in downtown and sometimes drive or use the metro rail (a couple blocks away). Apartments are very spacious and modern. Staff is very professional and attentive. Maintenance requests get resolved fast. My only complaint is the parking!! Everyone parks inside the garage, I would say that 40% of the cars inside the garage do not have a parking sticker, they do not get towed like the postings say. Really wished the garage had reserved parking spots (even if it has a monthly payment). Other than that, this is a very nice place to live.

We moved here last month and I can say its one of the best decisions that my husband and I made. We experienced issues with our ceiling fan and microwave, Rob went to visit the unit and checked the problem. The very next day, James replaced both the fan and microwave rightaway. Customer service is superb in this place. I definitely recommend MAA 510.

Crystal and the leasing team are so warm and friendly and made me feel so welcomed. Crystal was AMAZING!!! From the first phone call I made to Post 510, to the tours, Crystal has been nothing short of amazing to my partner and I! She was not pushy at all. Really worked with in our budget range. I might have come in hot with a lot of questions at first but Crystal was more than happy to answer every single question I had! With her help and her patience, she was able to get us into a great apartment that I know we will really love! I HIGHLY recommend Post 510!!! Location is great! Traffic is traffic. Amazing property with the nicest property manager and team. The leasing team is amazing and tries to take the time to really hear and work with their residents. My partner and I just renewed our lease and Crystal Bradford (Property Manager) helped us every step of the way. The maintenance team is amazing and try their best to get your work orders done as soon as possible. Ive never had to wait more than a day for a request to be completed. The community is quiet and the leasing team coordinates events from time to time. They even have food trucks! I definitely have enjoyed my stay at Post 510 and look forward to my upcoming lease.

I moved to Post 510 in June this year and have nothing but nice things to say about this place. The leasing office and management is very kind, understanding, and communicates well. They often host events with food/drinks for residents.The amenities are very nice and are always very clean and kept up well. I feel very secure in the building because access is controlled with a fob system. When I moved in, the process was painless and the apartment was spotless!One of my favorite things about Post 510 is all the hard working staff on the maintenance team. Most times, anything you put a maintenance order in for is fixed the same day or next day. Juan and Rogelio are always friendly and make sure any issues are fixed quickly.

The Post 510 is a beautiful property- I went in for a tour over the weekend. I met with Hayden for my guided tour to check out the apartment complex and it looks stellar, the amenities are up-to-date ranging from gym, business center, the pool area from the hallways being well ventilated. The apartment units are consistent with being modern and sharing all the same features I deem very important because you will find in some properties that there are some units that have been renovated while others are still outdated. The community is gated too which is a big plus because while the location of this complex is wonderful for short drive distances to downtown Houston and walkability, there are homeless near the underpass of the highway and one that walked past the property during the day of my tour (just something to be mindful of). The property itself is clean and well-kept from what I say, no messes or odors that I came into contact with/saw which tells me this apartment complex is treated and maintained with respect.During and after tour, Hayden explained everything that I inquired and “must” know about the Post 510 (i.e. the homeless near the underpass, location of where we are in case something were to happen)- she is down-to-earth and personable when conversating, just a welcoming presence and energy to be around. Most importantly, what I will say about the Post 510 is that it just feels like home and that is something I did not really feel or resonate with checking other amazing apartment complexes that I could have done a lease with- shout out to Hayden! I also want to recognize Crystal, the property manager; after calling later today for a follow-up, she pushed everything through and now I can say am excited to call this place home and what this community has to offer. Thank you, Crystal, and again, kudos to Hayden for being part of an x-factor in my decision to come here!7/2/2024 – Note: These are impressions from visiting the Post 510, meeting with leasing office and their exceptional staff, and the property manager- I have not stayed here long enough to everything. I will be updating my review upon my experience living here- I value candid, thorough reviews for myself and others who want to know the ins and outs of the place you live in since it is a business at the end of the day. The apartments updated accommodations were unmatched when we viewed other places in the Montrose, Heights and Upper Kirby area. Post 510 is far and away the best apartment complex I have lived in. I have lived in 3 different MAA complexes across the US and I recommend them to everyone as a company. However, Post 510 exceeded my already high expectations. Crystal is so wonderful; she made moving in a breeze. The entire office staff really cares about this complex. They are always making amazing improvements to keep the common areas fun and inviting. They host monthly events for renters and often have food trucks and giveaways. My apartment was sparkling clean upon move in, and any issues I have had were immediately (and I mean within hours) addressed. I had issues with my dryer making a weird sound and maintenance had a brand new dryer ordered and replaced in my unit within 24 hours. If you’re wondering why this apartment complex has almost 5 stars while most complexes have solid 3 star ratings, it’s because of the incredible staff, clean common areas, amazing ammenities, lack of hidden fees, spacious and well designed apartments, and great neighbors. I feel so safe here: from the overnight security, to the curtesy officer on site, to the secure garage and entryways. If you are looking for an apartment, you won’t find a better location, price, and comfort than at Post 510. P. S. I NEVER write google reviews so you know I gotta love this place to make the time to write about it!

I LOVED my time here at Post 510! Such an exquisite, small community conveniently located in the heart of Midtown. The maintenance staff was always quick and proficient with taking care of my work orders, and the office team remained sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable from the moment I moved in. Great amenities, and very dog friendly! My tenure here only ended due to having to move to another city, or else this would still be home! The property manager, Crystal, is very good with communicating to all of the residents when something happens. She kept us up to speed and was always available if you needed assistance. Charlene has been kind and super helpful, and Alaria always greets you with a smile and was very knowledgeable about the property. What a great team to have assist you all across the board! I believe anyone who lives here will have an amazing stay.

Great service! I will say that my experience overall with some of the staff members have been exceptional. Alaria, is one of the best people there she was very professional, pleasant, and welcoming she explained everything that I would need to know about the place during the tour. If she is in the office which seems like shes there 24/7 shell ensure that my packages will get delivered to my actual apartment complex. My only complaint here are the residents not picking up behind their animals for the amount of money we pay there we should care a little more about the overall environment. However, the staff try their very best to monitor these incidents so it does not affect the overall experience for all of the other residents. The maintenance team is phenomenal Juan and Sonny were amazing!

The team and maintenance really maintained the building to the best of their abilities even if some of the residents didnt respect the building the most. I have been living in this community since 2018. And I have a very positive experience. The location is good and near places that I need: grocery (HEB, Kroger), University, Highway, etc. Before the pandemic, the monthly meetings were the events that I liked very much. They organized pizza, pie and other types of parties in the lounge room for tenants. One of the best thing about them is that when I was looking for an apartment, for proof of income, they asked for 2X the monthly rent of the apartment and not 3X. This is a great advantage, especially for people with the same pay level as me. :)The staff have been always been polite and considerate. Every time that something is not working (like elevator), they fix it quickly. They helped a lot during my move in and transfer from one apartment to another one in the building.The community is good, neighbors are good. Well, not everybody can take good care of their pets properly. So, sometimes we see things that should have been cleaned up by the dog owners.

This is the best place Ive ever lived. My last apartment was a cute little place in Montrose, and I loved it dearly. But the management was awful. I mean, really really terrible. But here, the management is amazing. Everyone is so helpful. Maintenance really does the best they can to get things fixed, Ive never waited more than a day or two for them to come. (Also, my cat loves them and they let her hang out with them). I really love pet of the month, I wish the residents participated more. The apartment itself is gorgeous. Its spacious and high quality. I love that the fridge has a water and ice dispenser. The granite counter tops are absolutely beautiful.If I wasnt moving to another state, I would stay here for as long as possible. I planned on it, but moving was unexpected at the beginning of the year.If youre considering moving here, please just do it. Its totally worth it.

This is LONG over due. My partner and I moved here from Seattle back on Dec 1st 2020. Starting the moving process across country was stressful and we had no idea where to begin. We started to look at some places and scheduled a FaceTime interview with a representative at Post510. Let me start of by saying that this company and apartment complex is BEYOND lucky to have Alaria Robinson working for them. She won us over immediately and was beyond friendly, professional and respectful. It felt like we had been friends for years and made the selection process for this place very easy. It is important to have apartment leasing agents make potential/future tenements feel like family and she made us feel that way right from the start; something we will never forget. We quickly got approved and began our move and it all began with Alaria. The customer service we received upon moving was just the tip of the iceberg for all the wonderful experiences we have had here so far. We got two months of rent for free, the parking garage is safe and secure and no assigned parking which is great; makes it really easy to park. The on-site gym is huge with up to date equipment and very clean. The maintenance workers are super friendly and helpful and take care of service request very quickly. We had problems with our windows upon moving in and they were fixed by the next day. I wish I could rate this place with more stars because deserves so much more. I know everyone will have different opinions and different experiences, so I can only speak on behalf of my partner and I and how great it has been. Can’t wait to experience the pool and other amenities this summer. Love love LOVE this place ❤️👌🏼

They just told me to wait for a call from a maintence representative. I sat on the floor outside my door waiting while my cat was meowing at me from the other side of the door. Luckily, Mr.Rogolio called me back in less than 10 minutes and let me know he was on his way, eta 20ish minutes but there was traffic. About 20ish minutes later, hope arrived! I like this apartment. I have lived here for one year and everytime i voiced a concern it was heard and dealt with accordingly. The carpets of the hallway were shampooed on request once. I honestly dont understand the poor reviews. Pool area and club house are very nice and the roof of the garage is a great scenic workout area. Gym is good too. Sure there are homeless people in the area but thats about the only downside. The building requires a key fob to enter so its a non issue. Ive only heard my neighbors once the entire time Ive lived here. Management has been very accomodating.
