I toured with Taylor a few different times, viewing different floor plans to meet my potential needs. She is more than helpful going above and beyond sending videos of the floor plans that I really liked and following up with me to ask about the ones I preferred. While I didn’t tour with Curtis he was kind and sent me updated information on a few floor plans I had toured with Taylor. Every-time I’ve been to M5250 the hall ways and common spaces always smelled and looked clean and well maintained which is very important to me, Iwitnessed staff cleaning while there in the early part of the day (vacuuming, wiping things down, mopping, etc). All the concierge staff is helpful offering drinks while waiting for assistance. I would definitely recommend working with the Taylor she is a gem! The manger is also helpful can’t remember her name. All the staff I’ve interacted with made me feel welcomed and were eager to assist when and where possible. M5250 is a great location in uptown close to shopping, and entertainment.

Moved in 2 month ago and love staying here. Working with Taylor has been an amazing experience she took her time in really finding us exactly what we were looking for. Views and pool is amazing best location in houston right across the street from the galleria. Leasing office has been amazing with handling any concerns and questions I have. If you are looking for a great place to stay in houston with good views and great customer service i suggest moving here.

I relocated to Houston from the east coast 7 months ago (April 2024). After viewing several apartments in the Galleria, Heights, downtown and the museum district I chose M5250 and I am extremely satisfied with this selection! I primarily picked it due to the price and the mixed reviews of Dominion had me nervous. M5250 had good reviews along with a great price and location. The property manager Merissa ensured a smooth move-in process which was greatly appreciated! 7 months later I am still very satisfied with no complaints. I moved from a townhome and I don’t feel like I’ve lost any space. The apartment is very open and spacious (I’m in a 2b/2b corner unit).Maintenance (Arturo) has been fantastic-prompt professional and an overall pleasant person to interact with. Concierge Max is awesome as well! If you are relocating to Houston or simply looking to move into a complex that takes excellent care of the amenities, no elevator issues, no safety issues, peaceful neighbors and BEUTIFUL views of the city - move here! I spend most of time on the balcony with a fan and pretend I’m on somewhere on the beach. It’s my happy place☺️The only “issues” I can report IF I had to think of anything is that the parking garage leaves a dusty residue on your vehicle and a few select tenants violate the no smoking policy. Both issues I don’t think management can do much about. However, overall (and I waited a few months before leaving a review to give my honest feedback) they deserve and have earned 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tenant for three years going on fourth. Best high rise in terms of views, cleanliness, location and price. Management goes above and beyond, Taylor and Firozah does a great job at meeting expectations and are very caring towards their tenants. Community members are chill, professional with a lot of entrepreneurs who are active in the communities, which is a plus if you are looking to network. Overall amazing living experience in Houston!

Hands down the best place I’ve lived so far. I’ve moved around a lot for work… The staff here is friendly, helpful, and informative. The application process was quick and easy as Curtis(my leasing agent) assured me it would be. He was incredibly professional and efficient, also his personality is just the greatest, I made me feel welcomed and at home during the initial tour. I got my keys within three days of completing the application. (The only thing I would mention is that getting them on the phone isn’t the easiest thing. They are usually assisting someone else if you can’t get through.) All emails/voicemails were returned promptly and answered each question or request. The concierge has to be the sweetest, most no nonsense, professional person I’ve ever encountered. She does her job perfectly! If I were not already in love with this place, and the leasing team… The amenities and services offered would seal the deal for sure! Weekly house keeping, Valet trash, concierge laundry, and dry cleaning services, 24hr coffee bar, fitness center, and the rooftop pool/lounge has a fireplace just to name a few of my favorites. 24hr concierge service/security limits the access unwanted guests have to the property. The garage gate is remote entry for tenants only and protects my car from the elements. Please keep in mind you’ll towed, and, or booted if you don’t register properly before parking. How could I for get this amazing view!! I absolutely love it here! I’m excited to renew my lease already!

This community is the best! The amenities and homes sell them self, but the office staff is one of a kind. If you are looking for a new home in the galleria area make this your first and last stop. Maintenance is super efficient and gets the job done on time. Neighbors are friendly, the greatest view and the location is the perfect. One of the best places I have the pleasure of calling home.

M5250 is a beautiful complex. It is located literally in the heart of the galleria. It has nice and up to date amenities, the pool is really nice too. Concierge is always professional, the gym has just about everything you need to stay in shape. I highly recommend it.

For starters the location is perfect for anyone new to Houston! The building itself is great! The resident are friendly and my dog get extra pets when we do an elevator ride. Lastly the staff is outstanding! Always friendly, proactive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’m extremely happy with the decision to live here as my first home in Houston!

I like it here. Everything is great. I definitely recommend this community. The only thing I have complain about is when I submit a service request the repair team enters the apartment without calling me asking for permission even when I put it in the order.Everything else is great!Reply 1/28/2019: Thank you for your concern about your customers. I know this option and I always select the option of calling me before entry, but it seems that the team dont see this option or maybe technical issue with website. However recently I had two incidents, one last week or so, I was setting inside my apartment and I heard someone knocked the door only one time then unlocked it and open the door, it was one of the employees, she said you requested a service, I said NO. and how come you open the door without calling me.Today another incident with my mother she was alone in the apartment and she was scary because someone knock the door for one time then unlocked the door to open it. It was the service guy coming to check on the work that was done last weekend but again no one should open the door without my permission. This is a serious issue and it concerns me a lot. I think you guys need to deliver the message to the team.Thank you,

Highly recommend living here. It’s the perfect location by the galleria yet tucked away on a side street making it so serene. Love the layout and vibe. It’s walking distance to everything! Today Marissa at the front desk and Arturo with the maintain team went out of their way to help me in my time of need. My battery went dead and my car and they did not hesitate to assist me with a jump. If you are looking for a great place to live I highly recommend staying here.

I have seen the good and the bad throughout the few years that I lived here. Over the past year, the building has made a lot of improvements for the better. The building doesn’t have valet parking and that doesn’t bother me, my guest don’t have issues finding parking. They do tow and guests have to use the app which can be a pain but it keeps those who don’t belong here away.The concierge had been a big improvement the office staff is nice and always helpful.The main maintenance guy showed me how to use the grills a few weeks back, they work fine. I thought they were charcoal but they’re gas. Who uses charcoal these days lol…The lobby upstairs has new furniture and there use to be a movie room but it was turned into another resident room. Pool tables TV and fuss ball table. My folks and I used it last weekend we enjoyed it.The pool is hit or miss somedays is crowded but much better than before. I just saw the new furniture, very nice 👍🏽. Concierge doesn’t play around they’ll kick you out of the pool if you’re disturbing others.I often work from home and I use their meeting rooms free of charge I wouldn’t give that up.Yeah, the arm to the gate gets hit but if dumb people would just follow the rules and not tailgate each other this can be avoided.Overall I’m happy, the maintenance always nice and on time for any repairs. My lease is coming up and I don’t plan to move, the location and the view from my apartment is a great prices.

Ive been living here 60 days so heres my honest review. This property is every bit of amazing. Its clean. It has plenty of parking. Package delivery is great. Maintenance request is done with 48 hours. Trash is never full. Hallways and elevators are always clean. Cons: visitor parking is only allowed on the ground floor which isnt many spots. So guest have to park on the street. Towing is heavily enforced. So you have to be careful. Per the reviews I read when I was searching for my next home. I have not experience. I park on level three and I havent seen any vandalism to cars. Concierge is always friendly.

Just moved here about a week ago. Me and my partner love the layout and the space that we get here. The most amazing views of Houston. You can see galleria, downtown, reliant, ship channel, and memorial city. Thank you Taylor and Lawrence for helping us decide on our home it was a good experience working with them.The reason Im only giving 4 instead of 5 is because my apartment was not cleaned upon move in. I had to put in multiple request for appliances, light fixtures and plumbing to be fixed. Im still cleaning from previous tenants as Im pretty busy.On a positive note, every one of my service request were done within 24 hours.

We have enjoyed living here and the entire staff from the Property manager down has been very quick to address all of our questions and concerns. The maintenance guys are friendly and efficient. To think one can live anywhere without issues is naive, living at a property that responds properly is the key. They have mastered the art of property management here at M5250.

Great apartment complex. Ive lived here for almost a year and Im about to move, but I enjoyed my stay here. For a high rise and its location being right next to Galleria, the price is definitely great. The view is fabulous, its my favorite thing of this apartment. Gym is a bit small, amenities are overall good, concierge are nice. Gated garage and key fob entry/elevator use made me feel safe. Recommend this to anyone that lives alone.

Great property in the perfect location, close to everything! The staff is fantastic. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the concierge who made me feel at home. The value is definitely here with great views, really high quality finishes on the interior, and the feeling of security. The management is very professional, helpful, and efficient. Maintenance is excellent I had a small issue and Elvis from the maintenance team repaired it immediately. Everything looks in place here around the clock. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a great place to live.

The apartments features, huge living areas, lighting in apartments are exceptional and the staff here is also extremely helpful and accommodating - from the concierge to the maintenance team - 10 out of 10! Bea, the leasing agent is a complete delight and a kind human being. She helped me out with all my questions - and answered all of them in detail. I highly recommend it if youre looking for a luxury high rise experience in Houston.

Loved my living experience here. Management and Staff made the leasing, move-in, and move-out experiences swift, easy, and painless. Decided to live here due to the location, quality, and safety of the building. Throughout my lease, these qualities were upheld and I could not have been happier with my stay.Pros:- Amazing Staff and Management Team who are very responsive and available. Never had a single issue getting into contact with them.- Great location, close to many shops, restaurants, and activities.- Exceptionally clean amenities / common areas.- Present security guard made the facility / garage feel safe and walkable no matter the hour.- Personally my hallway / apartment was very quiet and noise-free, albeit I have read reviews saying otherwise. This is a luck-of-the-draw as it is anywhere else depending on neighborly courtesy.Cons:- While the Staff and Management do an amazing job at keeping the area secure / safe, the parking garage is prone to rare break-ins. However, I have come to find this will happen regardless in Houston no matter the location. This was the one and only issue I had living here but Management has been proactive in doing what they can to prevent it.

Relocating to the area and one of the most stressful thing is trying to find a place to stay. Stopped by the beautiful property and was given a friendly welcome by Curtis. He answered every question about the complex and even the area. His attentiveness didn’t feel forced as other properties I visited. This is definitely on my top 3 to choose from

If you look closely at this tower, you will immediately notice that it was built in one of the best areas of Houston. If you are a traveler of different passages, clubs and restaurants, living in this tower allows you to go where you want in the shortest time. You also have easy access to most highways. Now let me tell you about inside the tower. Everything is very stylish and clean. The view of the units is amazing because there are no other towers around. Most importantly, the office staff is extremely friendly and kindling. Whenever something went wrong in my apartment, like a broken washer and dryer they repaired it in less than three hours. There are also people working on the front desk who are very patient and kind, especially Stephenie, who has described his politeness and behavior every time a party comes to me. In the end, I am very happy with my stay in this highrise for a few years, and if one day I decide to move, it is because of buying a house or I can not afford to rent. Of course, compared to other luxury buildings, the prices of M5250 are more affordable.

Because it’s not too often I interact with the leasing office (once you’re leased and have no lease issues, you have no need to interact), I don’t have too much to say about them, other than the job was done!Concierge is more of who I feel we get interaction with. Even if you don’t plan on interacting, they will GET interaction. Very mindfully, Bri will almost always say Hello if she isn’t busy helping others out. We do have quite a busy property, but you can tell concierge handles everything as best they can. They really make you feel taken care of (adds to the pizazz of the property). Bri has really been a star, and a great leader to her team. While respecting my personal business she’s great to chat with, as it’s actually the sweetest and most genuine interactions! Okayyy so Ive lived here for 6 months and I waited to leave a review so that it would be realistic. First I would like to acknowledge Curtis. He does a phenomenal job and pursues excellence. He made me feel understood and heard even when I was in the wrong. Check this... I thought somebody stole my car. So I went to the concierge and reported the incident. I was soooo sure it was gone. I had them check the cameras (the whole shabang). It was just on a floor where I never park. But at least we know the cameras work! Shoutout to Bri who no longer works here but she was absolutely amazing. Which leads me to my next point. Concierge. M5250 does a great job hiring trustworthy and attentive employees. I appreciate Chris and Al so much! They are so friendly but about their business. Theres just one of them at the desk so it can get a bit busy at the front. They probably need two people. Also, theres overnight security. Like real security. Top flight. Ya feel me?With every property there are going to be some cons. (not really a con but to be aware) Rent fluctuates because your bills are included. A con, we get charged for trash twice. The trash is included in a flat rate amenity charge and then again from the management company. Apart from M5250, If youre a single female, this dudes gone make sure you aint single for long. It feels like Im in undergrad again.Continuing on the matter of amenities. The game/movie room could use furniture suitable for a movie room and not just high chairs. Theres a nice clubhouse but you have to rent it out (CON). The pool and courtyard is just WONDERFUL. The jacuzzi could use a lot of work. It dont be jacuzzin... real dry even though its full of water.Oh! Anddd the studio is a decent size! Dont sleep on it! I comfortably fit a full size bed, 7ft couch with an oversized ottoman, an L shape desk, full size book shelf, and a dining room table.All and all I like it here:)

I absolutely love this building and the new Management. Jaime Sebastian is probably the best person I’ve ever worked in 20+ years of living in Houston high rises and has with and helped me move in to another Gables property a few years ago. Now, she’s been a Godsend to this property when we are moving again. I highly recommend anybody to go check out this property if moving to the Houston Galleria area. Jaime will make the craze of moving so easy. The property offers awesome floor plans, the pool is a nice 25m for swimmers like myself, and your gym membership can be canceled. The place is nice it isn’t Bowen or Aspire but it isn’t expected to be that in my mind. I got in the hot tub for the first time last week and yes it does seem to be not as hot as you’d expect but they’ve made vast improvements and they really do care I can’t complain at all. But valet would be nice.

Security is a high priority for me and rest assured that M5250 is almost impenetrable without a key fob. In the middle of the galleria area my views are truly great. I can see downtown, the galleria, NRG, and the Tx medical center. These are the best apartments in Uptown by far.

Your problem shouldnt become my problem because you think your Yorkie is amazing.The unit next door was an Airbnb and about 90% of the people coming in and out of that place were completely disrespectful. I paid good money to live there, so why should I deal with that? Also, why should tenants need security keys and background checks if management allows RANDOM people in and out of there for Airbnb? The issue was reported, but not dealt with accordingly by management. Everything else was fine though.
