    I can not be happier in my new home at Lucia Apartments. Special thanks to Dina for her professionalism and guidance at the moment I visited the complex looking for an ideal place to live, who made the process much easier for me. A beautiful and comfortable place, at Lucia Apartments you are always supported by a great administrative staff and a really professional maintenance team. Thanks everybody for the excellent service, and I would give you more than five stars if that wouldā€™ve been possible.

    First off, these apartments are absolutely gorgeous!! But I think the best part about this place is the staff!! It was such a comfortable experience professional and friendly as if I went to school with them!! I got the tour and everything from Kacey Nelson and she was amazing she made things easy to understand and really made me feel right at home. If you are looking for a beautiful place with a great community I would highly recommend Lucia Apartments!

    Its a good complex. Location alone is worth it. Management has really been great about creating a healthy environment and actively addressing things that need attention. The leasing office has had great staff since the day I moved in. Im going to be renewing my lease because Ive had such a positive experience.

    We recently toured the Property with Kacey and it was stunning! The location is ideally in Frisco and I loved that it is near the star, with tons of easy road access. The short commute to the Star is a nice feature and it also has tons of great places to eat nearby! This is a location that cant be beat and definitely at the top of my list!

    Lucia is a beautiful community and the property management has improved my quality of life at this apartment. I have lived here for 2 1/2 yrs and prior to Gables taking over the property, the previous management did not address concerns nor show active interest in providing solutions to safety, cleanliness nor policies.Gables and the new staffing have been active in communication, maintenance answers fast to my requests and they have improved the security of the property by having security presence as well as secured fob entry. I am current renewing my lease. I made the right decision for myself as well as my family to continue living here.

    Moved in a couple months ago and it has been great! Front office and maintenance team have been extremely nice and helpful. Property is well kept and surrounded by popular places for food and entertainment. Would definitely suggest moving here if youā€™re looking

    It has been a pleasure living here. The leasing, maintenance, and management teams communicate effectively and work hard to assist with any issues or concerns that I have. The office staff especially Kacey brighten my mornings when I grab my cup of coffee. Living here has been a great experience and Iā€™m glad I chose to live here.

    I just moved out of the Luciaā€¦.I think the front office staff of Kirstin and Kacey are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Itā€™s a beautiful complex. I appreciate the courtesy officer and Frisco PD for running periodic checks on the property as well. There were several times that I would get home late (work related events and getting home between 11pm and 4am) and I always felt safe going from the parking garage to my front door. The property is big but it is well lit and maintained in the common areas.

    I toured the property and this apartment community and they have beautiful amenity features. The staff was amazing with helping me navigate around. especially one staff member beautiful dark skinned lady with glasses she literally answered every question I needed to know and made me feel at home so thank you for that woman. They also are perfectly located to the main road ways!! Which helps me commute back and forth. I highly recommend!

    Where do I even begin? Without question, Kacey is the absolute best! I have never had an experience so smooth when it came to moving somewhere new. She was very helpful, consistent, personable and so much more. Iā€™m new to TX and I already felt so comfortable here because of her. You canā€™t find service and people like that everywhere. Iā€™m mighty fortunate for her and whatā€™s she done to make this a seamless transition. Also, she followed back up with me SEVERAL times throughout the whole process. I could go could for days about how amazing she is but in all, Lucia is it for me and I love it here. I recommended other people I met along the way this place and they all have the same sentiment: itā€™s beautiful here! Thank you, Kacey!

    What a beautiful property, the Sky Deck is such a lovely amenity to relax and enjoy the sunset. Love the closeness to Legacy Hall and the Ford Center. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

    OMG Kacey had the best hospitable service I have ever seen at an apartment complex. She was knowledgeable, engaging and made me and my sister feel so at home today when she showed us around. Her energy was infectious and as we were walking in the hallway she spoke to a neighbor by name (that was impressive). Just goes to show you Kacey is about relating to everyone that comes to those doors where they feel more than just a resident. Some of these other apartment complexes could take notes.

    We love the amenities. The staff is very helpful. The location canā€™t be beat. The view is the best. Itā€™s so close to shopping, restaurants and great access to the Tollway. We find we are always 15 minutes closer to everything verses our past home.

    Moving from out of state & called to inquire on upcoming availability. Kirstin was able to answer all of my questions and was so personable! It can be difficult to come across good customer service these days, so it was a pleasure to speak with her and refreshing to catch someone that genuinely cares about their job :) Definitely warrants a good review!

    I have been looking for an apartment for a few weeks now and have had poor luck with others. From the second I walked in Destiny greeted me and answered all of my questions. The complex is well kept, clean and very close to everywhere I would need to go. Would highly recommend Lucia to anyone!

    UPDATE:The new management (Gables) has been such much better than the old management team! They were so wonderful, we decided to stay and transfer to a bigger unit. Destiny has been wonderful during this entire process, answering emails and constantly being in touch with updates. The new management team has definitely changed our minds about staying and has made us feel like we can now call this home.__________________If I could truly give 0 stars, I would. We moved in June 2022 and found mold growing on our walls and baseboards Aug 2022. We submitted a maintenance request, in which their maintenance man put paint and caulk over the problem. They said it was caused from a water leak, in which our upstairs neighbors were leaking onto our ceiling and we were leaking down to our downstairs neighbor, and they also found mold on his ceiling. We never truly got the issue resolved until the end of September 2022. Johnny, the property manager did not provide us with any updates or communication to keep us up to date on the matter. He then told me to contact April, the regional property manager, in which she does not respond or answer phone calls as well. They offered us a $300 concession for our troubles, even though contractors and maintenance were working AROUND us in our home for a month. Because they had to remove our water heater, it attracted roaches, gnats, and spiders into the home, in which pest control had to be brought in. This is by far the WORST apartment complex have I ever stayed in. Management doesnt care to come to a FAIR resolution for problems like this and lacks the common professionalism to provide updates/communication to their residents.

    My wife and I just moved in. So far our experience with the new management company (Gables) has been very good. They have been more responsive and helpful than the last ones and very accommodating. We sent in a maintenance request yesterday for a few things that werent in great shape from the last tenant and Jr. came and helped us out. He was very friendly and quick with everything and took care of us really well, so we have had a great experience with him so far. No major complaints with the place. Its really nice and we are looking forward to staying here. Great complex in a great location. Will update if we have any problems

    Beautiful Complex! Units are new, clean building, nice amenities, and the staff is fantastic. Toured over 40 apartments looking for my next home and Natalie was by far the best leasing agent I worked with on all my tours. She was knowledgeable about the complex and area, listened to my needs and desires for a home, was not pushy, very personable and a great communicator via email/phone! First tour did not have a unit that worked for my needs, but she remembered everything down to the minor details and when a unit opened up that would work she called me back that day! Highly recommend!

    I honestly cant say one bad thing about my experience and visit to the property. When apartment hunting you never know if you will always be embraced with a warm and welcoming staff , but I have to say that this is not the case at all with Lucia staff, in particular Brandee. She brings such a vibrant, welcoming , fun and professional experience to this location. Very helpful , thorough, and inviting. I wanted to rent a home here just with my encounter with Brandee and watching her interact with residents. She had so much patience with me and even was happy to take me on a second tour with no questions asked. Not to mention the apartments and property are beautiful in a great location . Great property , staff, ambiance and location.

    I visited several properties in my search and they all had something that made me not want to live there, but the moment I stepped into Lucia I knew it was the place for me.     For the most part this is a great place to live. I donā€™t hear my neighbors above or beside me. The amenities are great and staff is for the most part pretty friendly. The only thing I donā€™t like is that I have no cell service inside of my apartment, when I tried to talk to the office the lady (not sure what her name is) did nothing to help and only said ā€œwell I live here and I have serviceā€. To be fair itā€™s probably a problem I need to take up with my phone provider. Overall a pretty great place to live.

    My experience has been nothing but the best! I looked into Lucia because my sister recently moved here with her boyfriend - they loved it and I fell in love with it too when I went to visit them.I worked with Brandon, who I believe is the Assistant Manager. Communication was great, I set up an in person apt with him and he showed me all around the property and I previewed 3 different floor plans. About a week after our meeting, I was still debating which option I wanted to go with, so Brandon personally went himself to one of the apartments I was heavily considering and filmed a full walk through video for me. That was the apartment I ended up deciding on, and I SO appreciate that effort.One of the biggest selling points for me was the fenced in yard. I have an 8 month old puppy and having quick access to grass is a must! Being on the ground floor I also have direct access to the street which made the move in process a breeze.The other thing that sold me was the resort like layout and amenities. I travel a lot for work and have stayed at some beautiful hotels - Lucia definitely offers 5 star accommodations. From the design and finishes inside of the apartment to the unique features like the Ride Share Lounge in the lobby area to DAILY Valet Trash and the stunning rooftop lounge overlooking 2 beautiful fountains and walking trails on property.. these were the differences that really make Lucia the next level of luxury for apartments in this area.Last note, some of the apartment have 14ft ceilings. WOW! I cant tell you the difference it makes.. it doesnt even feel like you are living in an apartment. It truly feels like a home.I couldnt be happier and I would encourage anyone to look into leasing here.Thank you again Brandon, you were wonderful!

    Everything about the Lucia is absolutely perfect. The amenities are great and kept very clean. The building is minutes from several grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. My apartment has a great layout and feels so spacious with modern appliances. The pool, outdoor furniture, and the grills are all kept so clean. It all feels like a resort here. The staff is helpful. The gym is modern. The package system works! Free coffee at in the lobby all the time. I couldnt ask for more!

    Brandee at the front desk was super helpful when I was touring the place.Ive been living here for months now and I have very little to complain about. I live on the top floor and its typically nice and quiet throughout the day. Sometimes I can hear people laughing and talking in the pool but its never too annoying. Though it is possible that I got lucky in choosing my apartment.My chief complaint is dogs. They dont DNA swab the dogs here so its fairly common to find dog droppings as you walk the perimeter of the property. Also its rare for me to go on a walk without being barked at by dogs left unattended on patios. Still, these are minor complaints in the grand scheme of things.Id highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

I love my new apartment. I love the waterfront view from my balcony. I love I get to call this place my new home. Come in for a tour. You wont be disappointed!

She had no problem taking me to tour the apartments, showing me all of the amenities, and this is a pretty big community. I had plenty of questions on different floor plans, and the community in general, and Brandee has been very responsive and professional.

    My fiancĆ© and I have lived here for 3 months now and have loved it! There are so many wonderful amenities and awesome shared spaces to use including the rooftop lounge, courtyard areas, 2 pools. With two big dogs, our favorite is the awesome and beautiful walking path around the large pond with fountains & spacious backyard! We frequently say how it feels like weā€™re on vacation anytime we enjoy what Lucia has to offer! Weā€™d recommend it to anyone āœØ

    I just moved in, and so far so good! Had a lot of back and forth pertaining to my move in process, but the leasing staff was patient and worked with me. Move in process was organized and easy, leasing staff had all of my keys/remotes ready to go upon my arrival. Thereā€™s a lot of construction happening, but the property is gonna be quite the eye catcher once itā€™s complete!

    I dont quite live here as of YET, but pretty confident I will be in the foreseeable future. My husband and I visited this property from Vegas, and we were BLOWN away. Aside from the state-of-the-art facilities, upscale amenities that are pretty standard across the whole property, breathtaking views, and its closeness to entertainment; they have a ONE-OF-A-KIND customer-centric approach and feel. Brandee was not only informative and VERY in-depth with what the community has to offer, but she was also very charismatic and honest. I HIGHLY recommend you stop by and give the property a good look; even if its not the right fit for you, meeting Brandee is an experience of a lifetime. :)

If youā€™re looking for a great community in an upscale area, Lucia is for you. I relocated to Arizona, but will always let Lucia in mind should I choose to move back to Texas. That said, you wonā€™t be disappointed in this amazing apartment complex!UPDATE: I still LOVE living at Lucia! Itā€™s next door to The Star and Legacy West - my absolute two favorite places to hang out in Frisco. Also, I have amazing neighbors. If youā€™re in the market for luxury living, PLEASE donā€™t hesitate to tour Lucia! You wonā€™t be disappointed. šŸ˜I absolutely love it here at Lucia! The apartments and amenities are top notch, but more importantly the staff is AMAZING! Josh was my leasing agent - he allowed me to see different floor plans multiple times until I made my final decision on my current apartment. Brandon made my move in so easy by giving me another detailed tour of the property and apps needed during my stay.     Recently had the opportunity to view the complex and hear about all the awesome amenities from Allison Mistler who did such a wonderful job of going over everything I needed to know in making a decision on if this was the place to live! Allison was very thorough and answered all of my many questions and was very courteous and so helpful. While Iā€™ve yet to decide on my next move, having Allison there is definitely a huge plus in making that decision!
