09/22/2024 UPDATE….A new management company has taken over & it has gotten so much better here, all the problem people are gone. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion & they actually answer the phone in the office now 🤎. There are still some minor improvements needed, but overall it’s good!!!!08/18/24 Review Update….It has gotten so much better here. There are things that still need to be addressed, but for the most part I’m okay now!04/09/24 UPDATE‼️ Wish that I could do ZERO stars…Where do I start, what do I say?! (Long Post)From Nov 2023 - April 2024 my living experience at this property has been absolutely HORRIBLE with all of the issues that go ignored.This is a gated community, “RESIDENTS” have an app to open and close the gate, sadly it either stays wide open or broken on a regular basis. What’s the purpose of the gate if it’s useless. Let’s not mention the recent incident that happened out here. That should be more of a reason to keep it closed 🙄.The office staff, there are so many things I can say, but I will leave it short and sweet. They don’t ever answer the phones nor respond to emails. Take that for what it’s worth and read between the lines.Maintenance, another short and sweet, they don’t Fix NOTHING and I mean NOTHING, when they do address things it’s months later.On the upside of things, I do love my unit and my space for sure, it’s the important things that DO NOT GET addressed that trumps this updated review.—————————————————————————Shelly & Kennedy made the entire application process very smooth.
