I’ve been staying here for over a year, and glad I found them. They keep monthly activities that keep my kids entertained. They are prompt about maintenance issue, if there ever are any. And the staff treat you like family. I mean we are right?! 😊 And I love that that have a fancy coffee machine. I have an option of over 10 ever morning. Keeps me from going to QT

Silvia, was amazing in finding me a place for us to call home! I was having some trouble when searching and came upon this place and it just feels so much better already. When there was a problem with a pipe busting due to the cold weather, the day before move in, she ensured we would still be able to move in on our set day and found another unit for us and got everything ready to go! I appreciate her kindness and understanding through out the entire process, and still getting us in on our set date. My kids and I love it here already.Thank you so much!!I went in today and Edwin with maintenance introduced himself and made sure I wasn’t having any issues! Thank you all!

This has been the apartment of my dreams! Silvia helped me from start to finish and was so helpful with the application and move in process. The property is peaceful, quiet, and everyone is so friendly. The apartment itself is so gorgeous. I happily told my boyfriend that we will never move again, I want to stay here forever 😅

Deciding to live at Longhorn Crossing has been the best decision my family has ever made. The office staff is always helpful and assists us with work orders or anything else we need in a timely and efficient manner. The property is well maintained and always looks clean. I just moved in earlier this month. I have the puppy play yard but it needed grass. I planted some grass seeds and have been pampering them with hand watering and keeping the puppy off so they can root and grow. Today the lawn service trampled my tender grass sprouts and broke one of my new solar lights. Things happen, especially with vendors. But it wasnt what happened so much as how the office handled it. I reported it to the manager this afternoon a little before 2PM. I received an email response back a few minutes ago. She has spoken to the lawn service and the situation is being taken care of. When you live in a shared community there will be issues that arise. It is great to know that there is a diligent, caring staff that looks out for their renters. I have had really bad experiences in the past with management at other complexs. The staff here have been a breath of fresh air. It is a comfort to know that they are so responsive. I truly appreciate each and every one of them. So very happy with my new home ❤

Absolutely love this apartment! The management and staff are amazing, quick to respond and always ready to help in any way. Edwin the head maintenance guy is the best. Edwin is extremely friendly & helpful, the office puts on consistent events to invite a neighborly environment, and the apartment complex is fairly peaceful. Maintenance is timely, especially when Edwin is on the job. Sylvia & Peyton are also very pleasant to talk to and ready to help.

I absolutely love living here.Great community, beautiful grounds and the best office staff and maintenance team.The couple of times I have had to put in a maintenance request, the issue was resolved within a couple of hours. Not at the end of the day but within hours!Ive seen Edwin working hard on the weekends answering emergency calls when I know they could have easily been put off until the next business day.Kiera, Bethany, Sylvia and Edwin (and his team) are friendly, gracious and so very helpful.The grounds are well lit and beautifully maintained.Plenty of garage and covered parking close to your apartment, as well plenty of guest parking.Its also very dog friendly with a huge dog park and even has a doggie spa!There are so many times I go into the office to say Hello and am always greeted with friendly conversation.Its a lovely, safe community to be a part of. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I have lived here since March 2019 and this has been an amazing complex to live in. The office staff wasnt the best in the beginning but since the new staff has come in they have been very welcoming and accommodating. Anytime I need maintenance of some sort, they take care it in a timely manner. The property is well-maintained and the apartments are beautiful. Im going to be sad when its time to get into a home. I have created many wonderful memories over the last four-plus years here.

Edwin was great. He came into the apartment and checked the issue and went out to get his tool, which only took him less than 5 minutes. He unclog the toilet. He checked it twice to make sure the toilet was unclog. He put the tool in a trash bag, so not to drip onto my carpet. He has an A+ in my book. Im still glad I live in Longhorn Crossing Apartments.

Can’t say enough about Edwin. Came promptly to address a minor issue I had in my unit. He was polite and professional when he entered. Left momentarily to get some supplies. Returned in a few minutes and preformed the repair. If I have any issues in the future I hope management send Edwin back.

I was having ac problems for sometime and instead of them brushing me off I ended up with a brand new ac system! Wont God Do It ! Longhorn you have my five stars keep it the great work! Tiana gave us the best tour I’ve ever had, the apartment was absolutely gorgeous, and the ground were so well kept. Was extremely impressed with the complex and the staff. We were unable to get the first unit we looked at, but the next day Tiana called us and said another unit in our price range became available and we filled out an application same day. Great place to live. Conveniently located to major freeways, yet being located in Saginaw, gives you a small town feeling without the hassels of living in a major city. Lots of good eating and shopping venues! I feel safe in and outside my apartment. The dog park is awesome for my furry friends. Although, I would love it even more if they could get the water fountains fixed. Many thanks to the management team, you guys are awesome!!

The apartment is a good size, the amount of the rent is in keeping with area and is a good price, the property is kept up nicely. Maintenance is always prompt, most problems have been taken care of in a timely manner. New management has been fabulous with taking care of my lease for a second year. I highly recommend this property

I ended up being served being an eviction notice, but thanks to Tiffany,Tiana,Brittany I was able to get the issues resolved and they above and beyond not only to get that taken care of but they also waived my late fee and added a credit on my account. I really appreciate them for looking out for my family and I !

Jackie and Luciano are fantastic!! Really went over and beyond for us when Encore had an issue with our meter. Finishing up our full year here and cant say a single bad thing about the complex. Their positive, energetic, radiant attitude is what makes Longhorn living different than any other place. They will go out of there way to accommodate their residence needs and complaints given 100% efforts and assures them it will be taken care of. They prioritize customer service before anything else. Their is a saying other before self, this describes Tiffany, Tiana and Brittany. Longhorn Crossing is not what is today if it wasnt for these group of ladies. I will give them 10 stars for their service and professionalism and most of all how genuine they are making you feel as part of their family.10 stars

This is a brand new well kept beautiful apartment complex and they have wonderful women such as Tiffany Thomas and Tiana Gaskill. They bring so much life and great energy to the community.. all the extra activities they do also is a Big plus.. everything is always clean and never issues with parking.
