The staff is super nice 💜 they always willing to help. I am supper happy of how they treat us. There is one person in specific that I want to mention because I feel like she deserve it. Her name is Jennifer Escobar. She is a lovely person and is always smiling making you feel comfortable and like you are in home.

I moved in to the little nell apartments 1 year ago after having a terrible experience from my previous apartments. The staff is amazing the property manager crystal is awesome and very helpful and understanding. I thought I was going to have to be moving out come this November due to the pandemic and my rent was going to increase. Which I wasn’t going to be able to make it. When I turned in my notice to vacate she called me the next day and asked me to come in an talk with her. Which I did she assured me an gave me assistance programs that would help me an was so understanding. So I got to resign my lease an stay with them for another year.. I am so thankful for all that they do. The maintenance man is great and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t have it any other way to call this place home. I am so comfortable here. An have no worries. Thank you all for what you do for your residents on your property..

Crystal is great, sometimes it feels like if she’s not the one helping me the issues don’t get resolved. I do love the quick access to beltway and the apartments are typically kept clean and are quiet. Big downfall that would probably be the reason I move is the gym and laundry area are only available during business hours, which makes no sense. Part of the rent is to have those benefits but they never get used because people work those hours. Something needs to be done about that because it’s unfair for working people that want to use the amenities.

I had a family emergency and Michael, lead maintenance, was amazing. He was responsive to my multiple after hours calls and was very caring with my situation. Crystal, property manager, was also very caring and aware of my situation when I had called the following day. I appreciate the staff at Little Nell and would recommend this complex.

I’m not the type to leave reviews but one of the employees that works in the apts cannot go unnoticed!!! Berenice is the ONLY person that went above and beyond to help me with getting my apt here. She was very consistent, understanding, professional, and caring. I can tell she cares about her job and she has been a blessing to my family. A person like her is hard to come by. She is greatly appreciated and I highly recommend her!!!!

I have been living in my 2 bedroom apartment for about 14 years at little Nell it’s been great every one even mantaince on point I love it here and plan to stay longer

I currently live there and from the first day I moved there I knew I made the worst mistake. My apartment couldnt be in any worse area. Theres always homeless people coming in and out through a hole in the back that was made and my apartment got broken into, and the office people could care less! They told me to move out next month and they would return my deposit because they are the ones taking ME out and now Nidia said they will NOT give me my deposit back because I am the one choosing to leave ! Like what????? Get on the same page. You as a supervisor should give your employees the correct information, so that they wont misinform there Tenants, besides that she was very RUDE. & would talk over me!I know my rights, & I know that what there doing is not right. BE CAREFUL they also tell you different amounts of deposit, they were charging me 500$ for a deposit on a 2 bedroom and told my sister in law it was 400$UPDATE: went in today 01/02 and Crystal the office manager was VERY helpful. She understands and is very nice in comparison to Nidia the supervisor, Crystal made me feel more comfortable and had time to go over with what we can do to get me living comfortably.Honestly how it had to be from the start Thank You Crystal.

I viewed an apartment this week at little nell. I was disappointed that they had no availability, but I will be back!. The young lady Nicole was so welcoming and she made me feel like I would be very happy. She is one of the kindest person i have ever met!!!!

I lived here with my grandma a few years back, its an alright apartment complex. Only problem Id say there is would be trying to get on the road without getting hit by a car, I find the location of the entrance to be inconvenient becaude of this.And last time I was there they had yet to fix the broken gate.But overall its a nice place to be, they have garages for your car as well.

Im moving from Parkside Point to Little Nell and I know its the best move I am making. Why.... Because Mrs. Crystal who once managed Parkside Point is managing Little Nell. If you have a problem no matter what it may be Mrs. Crystal will if its in her power get the job done. Shes a great manger that cares about her tenants and shell make sure all your apartment needs are met. Im happy to have you as my apartment manager one again Mrs. Crystal!!

What happened to the manager Rebecca Camacho?She was always doing events and helping the tenants. She loved the community. I want to rent again with y’all but if she is not there than I will not rent.
