I’ve been living here since April 2024 and I absolutely love these apartments! If your looking for a reliable trusting apartment agents and maintenance this id the apartment u should get! Every time I need something fix or replace they are on it same day and next day fixed ! 100% recommendation this property i absolutely love it

Came in town for work looking for a place for 6 months, this place caught my eye ,so awesome staying here but unfortunately my work is done here .The few maintenance issues I had were resolved quickly, office personnel are so nice and helpful,but really the views here are WoW!

My waterfront apartment experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Fishing at my doorstep is a dream, and the maintenance team is impressively swift. What sets this place apart is the accommodating and friendly management team. They make living here a pleasure. Its the complete package – scenic, efficient, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I wanted to thank Nate, Emily, Lindsey and Cara for making my stay here wonderful. Nate’s response time is appreciated. Emily and Lindsey have accommodated my needs. They called me with the good news. The complex is beautiful with amazing views. The people living here are kind and friendly. The pool area is outstanding. Walking the complex at night I feel safe with the lights and gates. Well done Lighthouse Pointe.

I have had the pleasure of living at this beautiful serene apartment complex since September. I cant say better things about the leasing staff at this complex. They make sure that your needs are taken care of and you enjoy every minute of life on the Corpus Christi Bay. They have held my hand during the entire process when I first called inquiring about the apartment, I luckily spoke with Emily on my first inquiry. Her expertise and patience she gave me for months reservations I had about not doing a walk thru and signing a lease prior to seeing the property( due to me not living in the area). Emily still to this day goes OUT OF HER WAY To make my life easier and always gives me the peace of mind I need.This is a new complex, and isnt completed yet. Emily and Matthew ( the other leasing agent who is kind and wonderful also) have to overcome the challenges a new apartment complex brings (construction delays that in these times are unavoidable) but hey - as well built and well thought out these apartments are, I literally dont even notice the construction. The incredible thing is YOU DONT! I have never once had my picturesque environment be interrupted once by a hammer or by anyone else. No disruption at all even b statuesque lighthouse that corners the property. The It is quiet, peaceful and in my opinion the ONLY place to live if your looking to have literal water views - when I peer out my window Its as if Im looking out of my room on a cruise ship.If you ever encounter a rare issue and you are in need of maintenance - Adrian is their secret weapon- a superstar with a hammer that is Bob Villas worse nightmare. He is incredibly efficient and prompt. They have a very effective system in place that ensures every issue you have is handled immediately.Emily goes out of her way to ensure I am Happy, feel safe and as if shes not just her job to take care of the tenants at Lighthouse Pointe but you are family.Emily deserves all the credit, praise and and Im sure a RAISE for all her hard work and dedication.If you are looking for a place to call home in Corpus Christi that is affordable, incredible bay views, and luxury living accommodations Lighthouse Pointe Apartments is where you want to be.

Matthew did an amazing job giving me a tour of this place. The apartment seems beautiful inside and out. However, I just wish and hope for a view of the water but waiting to hear about this possibility for myself to proceed with my moving process. Matthew has been taking very good care of me and keeping me updating.

Matthew, Emily, and Cara are a fantastic team that has taken care of every request I made, helped fix a few mistakes with the unit before I moved in and have made this my easiest move in 10 years of traveling the US.The community is still under construction as of this review, though it’s not really in the way or noisy while you’re here, and the grounds are clean and easy to navigate.Now I’m just waiting for them to add the private marina for us next year!

Lighthouse Pointe is breathtaking, but the real stars are Emily and Matthew. They are really great at what they do.They are pleasant and personable and have a positive demeanor. They are professional and genuinely enjoy their work. That always makes you feel good about being somewhere where the employees like being as well. Their patience with me was greatly appreciated. Go Emily & Matthew!! I wanted everyone to know how wonderful y’all are. Thanks !!
