Right from the start she listened to my needs in a apartment as I needed to move quickly and was looking for specific amenities. She acted immediately and had a great list of apartments for me. Stacy did all the leg work so my decision on an apartment home was effortless. Even after move in, she followed up to make sure everything was well and to see if she could help me with anything. I am highly impressed and will use her again if in the market for an apartment.

I planned a trip to Dallas for 2 days to apartment hunt. I had done research myself but didn’t know “apartment locators” existed. I got a hold of Lorre the evening before my trip and despite my extremely short notice, she quickly researched apartments and setup appointments for me and was checking in with me the entire time. She found me some great properties I had overlooked and made a very stressful process easier. I was so thankful that she did all of this with virtually no notice or lead time. Thanks Lorre!

I found Stacy Baker randomly while looking for help finding an apartment in Dallas. We were moving from NYC to TX and had to find an apartment sight unseen- Stressful! Stacy made things easy by sending lots of apartment choices and re-sending a list based on our changed preferences multiple times.She was on top of things but also waited when we said we needed time to make a decision and then contacted the manager of our preferred complex and gave them all info which made thing go smoothly during the process.Thanks Stacy!! This was my first time using an apartment locator and it was more than a pleasant experience. Stacy went above and beyond her customer service and found me a place to live faster than I ever expected. Whats more, she kept me updated every step of the way and even walked me through some difficult application processes.I thought it would be more difficult to find a place to live, considering I was moving from another state on the opposite side of the US. However, Stacy made the transition easy and affordable.If you ever have need to find a place to live, I highly recommend Lifetime Locators.

I was referred to Stacy by one of my co-workers when she found out that my husband and I were apartment hunting. We were talking about homes, and I said I was selling mine and that I had a binder full of apartment information from various websites, but wasnt sure where to start. So, she gave me Stacys contact information.I contacted her immediately - and I am so glad I did! Stacy is very professional, caring, and honest. She could have recommended places that would have been a bigger benefit for her, but she really listened to our needs (and wants) and lead us in the right direction that gave us the bigger benefits.Stacy was happy to review my rather long list, and give her feedback in addition to locating a few others that we may be interested in. She was so awesome in helping me (us) not get overwhelmed!We ended up renting at the first location we went to see that following Saturday. Stacy said that it was a nice place that was pet friendly with a few extra perks. All I can say is THANK YOU STACY!! Ive never seen an apartment management company be so flexible - most just want to charge fees for everything. But not here! Great management, really nice neighbors (except one who doesnt like dogs), and really great location.I highly recommend Stacy to anyone and everyone. Whether you are new in town, or just moving across town, Stacy is the person to turn to!

I hated apartment hunting until I discovered Stacy Baker.Id never used a locator before, so I didnt expect much. But she totally blew me away! Stacy is very friendly, professional, and made the entire process of finding and moving into a new apartment completely painless—the easiest its been for me so far, in fact!I checked out a few apartments on the list she provided me, and the second of the two is where Im staying now. I do not plan on moving anytime soon, and I feel comfortable saying that its my favorite place that Ive stayed in.If you arent using Lifetime Locators to search for your apartment, youre seriously missing out!

Lifetime Locators takes all of the hassle out of finding a new place to live! The best part about their service is that its free!! The owner Stacy is very friendly and professional. The locator I worked with was Whitney Whitsell and she is FANTASTIC! She took the time to build a list of places based on the criteria I was looking for. After I decided where I wanted to look she set appointments with all of the apartment complexes and drove me to each of them. It was nice to have her input and knowledge while visiting all of the different properties. Whitney is very funny, kind, charismatic, genuine, professional, and knowledgable. I highly recommend using Lifetime Locators! You will be lucky if you get to work with Whitney!!

Alyson Ray was absolutely great! I had to find an apartment fast that was within my budget. Day or night, Alyson tried to help me find an apartment and she was very friendly, understanding, and patient with me during the entire search even tho I was very stressed. I would highly recommend Alyson and I plan to go back to her to find an apartment if I stay in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

She also took the time with me on the phone to go over a few, as well as called complexes for me when Id asked-- even if they werent a complex she normally worked with. It was easy and helpful!

Wow- I cannot say enough positive things about LL, especially our wonderful locator Whitney! She was a huge help during our moving process. She knew exactly the type of place we wanted and needed, ultimately- steering us away from properties that would have been HORRIBLE fits for us! It was extra important for us to have her on our team since we were moving in from out of town and had such limited time to find our new home. She was always super responsive and advocated fearlessly for us no matter our situation- including when we thought we were going to miss our leasing window. Needless to say, we are SO grateful for everything she did for us!

I was moving from Boston to Dallas, and I had no idea what I was going to do about finding an apartment. Craigslist is great up in the north east, but you have to be able to see a lot of apartments and weed out the good from the bad. Because this was such a long distance move I didnt have the luxury of visiting a bunch of places.After perusing the r/dallas subreddit I found Lifetime Locators and gave them a call. I was lucky enough to work with Stacy Baker, our first phone call went over what I was looking for and what my price range was. Because I had no knowledge of the area Stacy spent time talking me through the different neighbourhoods, their amenities and how easy it would be for me to get to and from work. From there she put together a generous list of apartments in my price range and in the areas we discussed. I paired down the list to a my top few and she went out of her way to schedule some visits for me on a weekend I was visiting Dallas on vacation.After the walk through she helped me with the application process and I ultimately ended up in my new home happy and without any issues.

This worked out great for me. I was contacted by Alyson Ray and sent her an email with a list of everything I wanted in an apartment and she sent me back a list of apartments that fit that criteria. We were so stressed out when we moved to Dallas, trying to look for an apartment on our own while working new jobs. Im so glad I turned my search over to her. We chose an apartment within a week of receiving her help. We didnt even come across the apartment we chose while looking in our own and it is perfect for us. I would definitely use them again.

She was prompt and always followed through with what she said she was going to do. She found us the perfect place to live on our move from Austin to Dallas. Living in Connecticut, I had 2 weeks to find an apartment in Frisco, TX and was referred to Lifetime Locators. After speaking with them, I was given a multitude of options and was able to find the perfect apartment for a 7-month lease. I asked 100 questions and got 100 answers. I truly believed they had my best interest at heart while searching for apartments for me and that was the most gratifying part of the experience working with them. If I had to do it again there is no question the first and only option to use is Lifetime Locators.

Alyson Ray is an amazing person. She went above and beyond to help me find my new apartment! I never expected to receive so much from a free service. Im still amazed at how genuine and sweet Ms. Alyson is. I worked with multiple locators through my most recent move, and none of them worked as hard as she did to find the perfect spot. Even after what seemed to be 1000 different complexes, she never became frustrated or lost interest in my search and stuck it out with me basically holding my hand every step of the way. I would gladly work with anyone in this company simply based upon my interaction with Alyson, but because she did such an amazing job, I will be staying where I am for a while and wont have too!! :DAnd no, they do not urge you to leave positive reviews or give you anything special if you do. This review is based soley on my personal experience and I happily left this feedback.
