I think a lot of people have really high expectations as this apartment looks more on the luxury side but at the end of the day it is student housing. There have been hiccups with the WiFi situation where it’ll drop occasionally but nothing SO bad. Compared to other buildings in the area, I’m saving a lot of money by staying here (even though it’s pricey) and the convenience of being next to my school is unbeatable.Personally, I’ve had no problems with maintenance, security, or management. If anything, I’ve had only good experiences with them. One day I wasn’t home and was worried about my cat so when I called, Ty (works in the leasing office) actually went to my apartment to make sure he was okay and called me back to let me know.Again, this is student housing so keep that in mind. If you want the full luxury experience go across the street and pay double. Life Tower is a very nice building and I always feel safe so that alone makes my stay worth it. I would recommend it to others for sure.

Living at Life Tower has been a great experience! The location is super convenient, the amenities are great, and the staff is always helpful and friendly especially the front desk staff. Highly recommend for students looking for a comfortable and fun place to live!

Life tower has done me very well. The area and amenities are nice. It is very expensive and the money is pretty high for very little space. However, the access to things around is great. All the staff is wonderful as well.

My niece lives here and I feel so at ease with her being only a walk from TWU. The place is safe and in a good part of the city where there isn’t much crime. I appreciated the staff coming to our aid when we moved in, shoutout to Tyree and LaMesha for the help. Awesome support from Ms.Briana as well!

On the Saturday when most Rice students were moving in, they were down to 1 out of 3 elevators. Every trip to the SUV was a 30-minute wait for the elevator. Great first impression.On the other hand, the apartment is really nice.Update: They did have all 3 running later in the day. So the reaction was fast.

Was looking on their website and loved how big their floor plans are especially for student housing! Prices are reasonable as well cannot wait to see it in person!

Overall a great living experience especially for students since it’s so close to the college campuses nearby, it is a little more on the pricey side so just keep that in mind as well, especially if you’re living by yourself.

Additionally, the communal spaces like the rooftop terrace and lounge area are perfect for social gatherings or simply unwinding after a long day, 19th floor sunsets are the best!Location-wise, this apartment couldnt be better. Its situated in a the heart of the medical district with easy access to fast food, restaurants, and parks. Public transportation options are also conveniently close, making commuting a breeze.Overall, living in this apartment has been a delightful experience. The combination of a well-maintained living space, excellent management, and ideal location truly makes it a place Im proud to call home. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. Living in a studio was the best choice I couldve made.

I’ve been living at life tower this past year and love it! The view from the top floor over the city is breathtaking. The maintenance team is quick to respond and office staff very helpful with any of my questions. The noise is not bad at all, we live in the middle of a medical center so it’s obvious there will be sirens in the evening. Having the parking garage is a huge plus, and convenient dog park. Highly recommend to all!

Honest review from someone who will have lived at life tower for 2 yearsI have loved living here and am very thankful for an apartment so close to school that I can walk.Of course when the building first opened last year there were a lot of kinks that had to be worked out which described the low rating. But it’s the first year of a new apartment so anyone who lived in apartments before knows some issues are to be expected. It was nothing that made living here unbearable and all of them are fixed now. The construction in the parking deck was really rough and loud for a while but now that the deck is open it’s much better.I have loved having a furnished apartment with any amenity i could need and a great and nice staff who knows you by name. My only main complaint is that the bed is too high and I have to take a running start every night 😂The building is made really well where you can barely hear anyone in other units or even my roommates music when she is in her room.For people saying it’s cockroach infested, you just dirty because even in my messiest moments I’ve never had a roach. Only a few gnats during heavy rain seasonThe gym is great for your basic workoutI love the rooftop study lounge for when I need to get out my room and the fresh air area for a breakSecurity is sometimes hard to find because they do rounds around the building but I’ve never felt unsafe in the med center that often attracts homeless.If you are a medical center student you can’t beat living here for the price! I think it’s a great deal

This one goes out to Mr. Dipan the courtesy security officer, my car battery had died pretty early into the morning hours around three or four am to be precise. This man took time out of his shift to personally jump my car, I don’t know how else I could’ve made it without Mr. Dipan, it’s very reassuring to know there are such kind people like him working at life tower, truly a Samaritan!

I’m loving this place! The units/amenities are gorgeous and I didn’t have to worry about furnishing the place which was so amazing. There were a couple of hiccups in the beginning which is to be expected, but management was so attentive, specifically Victoria, and they were able to help me with whatever I needed in a timely manner. 5 stars for this beautiful place and 5 stars to the staff!!

I’ve lived at Life Tower for the last two years and I’ve never really had any major issues here! It’s safe, clean, located in the heart of the medical center and is fully furnished! I moved from the Midwest to the South and didn’t have much money for furniture so it was a plus when it was included. If I were to do it again, I’d choose life tower! They have extremely improved over the years and I only see them getting better and better. If anyone is looking for a place to call home I’d recommend life tower ! Shout out to the staff at the front for always being professional, friendly and all around great. My stay here wouldn’t be what it is without them ! 🧡

I LOVED this property! You get a hotel experience with the clean environment even down to the caddy’s that can help you move your things but still the comforting apartment feeling which makes it a great space for me. If you’re looking for a nice, safe and affordable apartment I would highly recommend!!

Its a delightful location, and the staff members, particularly Emmy and Briana at the front office, have been exceptionally pleasant. Their management and communication skills played a crucial role in my decision to choose this place. Although the parking seems to be a problem, they are trying to fix it. I havent had any bad experience so far in the past 4 months. The security personnel, like Mr. Patel, are also very friendly and provide assistance, even during late hours. Overall, if youre looking for accommodation close to your workplace, especially the medical center, this place is a great choice.

I think it has definitely been a great experience living here. I definitely appreciate all of the facilities and being able to have my own restroom. The sky lounge is a really nice spot to study and to gather with friends as well.

As a new resident to Lifetower. I am very excited on the decision I’ve made joining the community. The property is always clean and the amenities are amazing. All the facility and staff are very welcoming and friendly as well. Huge shoutout to a particular staff: Emmy. Emmy was one of the first staff that I met when I toured the property. She was very patient with me and my overload of questions and made me feel like a welcomed resident even before I came to my decision. Such a great person! Highly recommend this property!

I enjoy all of the amenities such as the gym, lounge/study area, and the parking garage. The staff have been amazing in answering all of my questions and attending to my needs. They are friendly and always greet me with a smile. The location is very convenient for school as well.

I Honestly love living here at Life Tower, the people are amazing here, the apartment is clean and well organized, the Maintenance people are always ready to help, the receptionists ladies are awesome and very nice, always willing to help with whatever is asked. In general I enjoy being here, and I’m grateful to be part of this apartment community.

Dipan Patel, Security Guard at Life Tower, is an incredible human being! Last weekend we had some emergency in the middle of the night and he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond his duties to help us in best possible ways. We also noticed that he was willing to help every customer/tenant of the Life tower to his max capacity. Life tower is lucky to have such a helpful and graceful human being...He enhances the image of Life Tower service!

The first few months of living in Life Tower have been really great. There has been some disappointments (with regards to noise of ongoing construction on the garage and wifi issues) but some of these have already been addressed and resolved (e.g. wifi issues). Communication with the property management team/life tower staff has been good. It doesnt take long at all for me to get replies to my emails and the replies are usually very detailed. Im really appreciating the staffs ongoing efforts to make this community a happy, healthy and safe one.
