    I have been living in the Lexington Apartments for more than five years. I love and enjoy living in this community. Location is perfect and very convenient. The entire Staff in the Lexington apartments is incredibly friendly, they are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, they always addresses maintenance issues promptly. Miriam (Property Manager) and Tyler (Assistant Manager) are absolutely caring, helpful and knowledgeable. The Gym and the Pool are well maintained. The Grounds are impeccably maintained.The community feels very quite and safe. After hours they have a courtesy officer for immediate assistance.The surrounding neighborhood are very quite and safe. It’s a controlled access gated community and 24 Hour on call emergency maintenance.

    I Lived in the Lexington for 8 YEARS, and I moved out (recently) in June 2024 only due to life changes.I received a full refund of my deposit!I very much liked living there and I suggest giving the property a try! Many of my friends have lived there OR have taken a tour.I never had problems with crime or anything like that.Many residents have lived there for 5+ years and I suggest getting to know them to enrich your stay at the Lexington. You’ll see them walking dogs, etc.They offer covered parking spots and garages, along with many other amenities.Most residents love the wooded ambiance and quiet atmosphere.It was a great experience.

    Lived here since 2020. Great community, Maintenance team handles Work Orders timely, leasing staff is also pleasant. Very much a family oriented area.

    Tyler is amazing! He is the only reason I leased here. Actually no there is another leasing agent there that gets an A+ from me. Im not sure what her name is, but she has silver hair. Both her and Tyler are outstanding. He made sure I received the apartment I wanted and I looked fwd to seeing him every time I came back to the office. You should ask for him if you are looking for an honest, good hearted, leasing agent!

    I’ve been living at the Lexington for more than a year and recently renewed my lease. Overall I can say my experience has been good- the ladies in the office are pleasant and helpful. The maintenance staff are all AMAZING! They are prompt about providing services and go above and beyond to fix any extra little requests. I love the community- it’s quiet, safe and very clean. I feel comfortable allowing my children to play outside and have no major concerns about their safety. Prior to moving in I read some reviews that made me a little hesitant but I have not had any concerns with roaches, rodents, etc. I enjoy living here and I feel that many others do too- I’ve noticed that many of my neighbors are long time residents (which speaks volume).

    I stopped by Lexington Apartments last week to tour the property. Driving into the property I noticed the curb appeal was very nice. Once I stepped into the office I was greeted by Ariana, the property manager. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She toured me around the property and showed me the two bedroom model. She took her time and answered all of my questions. I was there to shop the competition, but Ariana definitely sold me! I will be recommending these apartments to friends and colleagues!

    I moved into to the Lexington back in May and was asking my self where has this property been all along. This is an amazing place to call home and settle, you dont find people walking around, and the property is well maintained and the interior is nice as well, Tyler is very professional and knows his job, I dont see myself moving out till I move into my own home. I am not asking to go by my review, come see for yourself and oh did I mention the prices are fair and you do not have to worry about any water, trash, etc bill.. For me it is Lexington or Lexington......

    I just wanted to Thank Tiffany for all her hard work, and dedication, Over the weekend with the power being off it was heartfelt and helpful to see her in the office working with no power to answer questions from me and several other residents about the power being off she was polite,caring and understanding, Thank you Tiffany and keep up the good work.

    The Lexington is a great place to live. Im very satisfied with my apartment. The gym is nice and the maintenance men keep the property clean. Its quite and the residents are friendly. Lastly Miss Zalesha was a great help with my move in. Very professional and she made us feel comfortable with our decision.

    I just moved in and I am loving this place. I want to commend Tyler at the leasing office. He was awesome. He went above and beyond to make the whole application and moving process very fast and easy.The apartment is very specious, environment is very quite, Very good neighborhood to raise kids. Its been wonderful.

    I lived at the Lexington for 2½ years. Unfortunately I had to move but, the staff made the whole process easy. While living there I loved the environment and energy. The management and maintenance team were always respectful, kind, and curtious. I could tell they took pride in their work. I would definitely recommend this this apartment complex to anyone.

    ****Update****I am updating my rating because the one star didn’t reflect my total experience. However, I’m still displeased with the parking regardless of the response below. I haven’t had any real issues and if I did, Tyler and Pilar have made sure my request have been completed in a timely manner and both have remained professional at all times in my experience.Parking!!!! Love my apt, the complex is nice and quiet. But parking is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Don’t expect to have any guest, if you do your guest can only come in the morning, before 5. After 5 you can forget it! There’s only a limited number of visitors parking.. I’ve seen people park in visitors and leave the complex in another vehicle .. smh! I really hope they find a solution to fix this problem.

    The staff is beyond professional and extremely friendly! The location is perfect! It is in the heart of the Energy Corridor and right around the corner from some amazing restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is beautifully laid out. They utilized every space so perfectly. It has tons of character and isnt cookie cutter like every other complex out there. The staff is so helpful and their response time is unheard of. I have had two maintenance issues with my apartment and both times I was taken care of within the hour (mind you this is after office hours or on the weekend). --That goes to show you how helpful their staff is. Pilar and Trevor at the front office are amazing people to work with. I was truly blessed when I found this little gem in Houston. It was my sanctuary and really felt like a home. I am saddened that I will be leaving the state due to a job transfer/promotion but I am glad that they will be my last and fondest memory of Houston. I highly recommend this tucked away haven for anyone looking to move to Houston or is just looking to move out of their current apartments. This place truly is gorgeous. --Also-- I am seeing reviews about bug problems and I can attest that I have never had a bug issue whatsoever. Might be personal issues with keeping apartments clean, but I have never had any bug issues....

    Really an enjoyable place to live in my opinion. Usually very quiet and peaceful. Management is always nice and always helpful. Maintenance issue I had was fixed immediately w/ no noise or really any disturbances like I’ve had at other apartments I’ve lived. And my son is in elementary school and there’s a highly rated one two blocks away.

    4/5 stars because I absolutely love living here. No apartment is perfect but I find The Lexington to be the perfect balance of professionalism and homeyness. Most complexes are typically lacking in either or. After looking at tons of apartments we are so thankful we found the Lexington. Big, pretty windows, good layouts - minimal noise - well looked after grounds, really nice staff, and mostly great neighbors!The only problem for us is the parking. Ive never lived in a place that didnt have assigned parking and our experience has been horrid in that regard. We were towed right at the beginning of the pandemic due to a poor parking job. I can understand that, however, I quickly learned that its not a consistent enforcement. We noticed multiple instances where cars were parked far worse for multiple days and never got towed. I stay up late and noticed the tow company does not come every night - barely at all actually. We just had bad luck and I think thats really shady just because it should either be a strict policy or not one at all, especially because, while I understand this is a business, this is also peoples homes and especially with all that is going on.Its also one of the worst feelings to come home late at night after a long shift to not be able to find a parking spot, OR come home from a long road trip and same thing. I definitely recommend getting a garage or covered parking.Lastly, and I hate to say this, we had parts stolen from our car just while parked normally and its been in the shop for more than two months. Definitely get a garage if you can. Were constantly paranoid about our car. Theres no other bad things that Im aware of as far as criminal activity. Its a very family-oriented community and I love that.All in all, its one of the best complexes in the area and it IS the best for the price and quality of the apartments!

    I’ve lived here for almost four years and I LOVE it!!I was drawn in by the beautiful serene setting and very welcoming staff. It is so quiet here!! I see plenty of children and pets around the complex, but I never hear them. Neighbors are all very nice. Maintenance staff are EXCELLENT!! Buildings and grounds are always pristine! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

    The Lexington Apartments is a very nice and clean area. The managers Ms.Ariana and Ms. Pilar are very sweet and professionals. They make sure you are totally satisfied living here! Carlos and Jonathan are the best maintenance workers ever!!!

    It was a pleasure being a resident here at the Lexington for three years, the apartment was perfect for me with the manicured grounds, beautiful pool and 24/7 gym access. Loved the new security system for obtaining packages delivered without having to go into the leasing office, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful walking access to area stores, near bike trail and quiet environment.

    Pilar is wonderful in the office. She made my move in experience so great and so stress free..even in the middle of Covid-19! When I submit a maintenance request it’s taken care of that same day and Jay, one of the maintenance individuals, is a delight! He is fast, informative, and reassuring!..which means a lot when someone is entering your apartment. I have nothing but positive things to say about this property. Rent is greatly priced, beautiful layouts, and a cozy-home feel to the property!

    We are residence of Lexington apt. They are a great area and very well maintenanced. They take good care of the residence when ever there is an issue. Tony the manager is a very well asset to the leasing office. She has helped us explicitly since day ONE. Really recommend for a place to call home.     Tyler was absolutely amazing . He helped me every step of the way and made my move in process flow easily without the extra worrying and stress. He also answered all my questions and I had lots of questions lol . The actual complex is amazing . It’s very peaceful , quiet and just overall a relaxing aura . I love it here and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home seriously just come check them out you won’t regret it . I also spoke with Ms. Pilar a few times and she made sure I had everything I needed . I also enjoyed my move in gift fromThem , it was very thoughtful and cute 💗

    I am living here for the last 11 years and I am pleased to be here, Mrs. Pilar in the office is very efficient and helpful when any help is needed. Since she arrived many things have improved. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient, they respond quickly to any call. The maintenance of the complex is excellent.

    I hear a little kitten near building 9 around 7. I was scared and couldnt see anything so I just ran. I didnt know what to do. It was under the purple mini Cooper. The car has an oil leak. May some please get it?

    My friend has lived here for 2years and each time i visit her,i am always impressed with the environment and the professional staff...Zalisha sorry if I botched her name... was very helpful over the phone and even when touring the apt. If you want to be close to the major fwys like hwy 6, I-10 and beltway then this is the best spot to be. The whole management and maintenance team are phenomenal and you will not regret making The Lexington your home

    I was going to lease with Lexington, but I decided to become a home owner instead.My experience was very positive! I mainly worked with Pilar, but the other employees were also kind over the phone and always answered. She showed me several 1 bedroom plans, and I loved how the plans are unique and arent all just a boring square shape. The grounds, pool, and rest areas are absolutely beautiful if you like living in a wooded and quiet area. Lots of trees, trails, shade, and cute wildlife around to watch! I really havent seen any other properties as wooded and beautiful as this one before. This property can easily be missed because the office is located deep inside the gated property. They have been managed by the same company since they opened out of CA in the 90s, which says A LOT. They have amazon lockers, and plenty of parking from what I could see. Also a huge outdoor chess board. One of the best things about this place is the pricing. Their rates include all the fees and utilities in the price, so all you have to worry about is your cable/internet and electricity. This is actually the only really nice complex that still has rent below $1K for 1 bedrooms in my opinion! Which is unheard of these days. The area is a low crime area as well (check Trulia).The only things I didnt like were that since the office is behind the gate, it was hard to get in and be able to get to the office without having to follow someone in if you get lucky. They are a bit old fashioned and still require you to come in and fill out a paper application, which isnt very convenient. Also, it didnt seem like they were flexible with move in dates at all. You are given a move in date, and that is just THE day you have to move in from what I understood. My initial day was a Monday, and seeing that I work during the week, I felt it was inconvenient not to allow the tenant to pick up keys during the week then move in on the weekend; never had that issue anywhere else in my 10 year apartment rental history. Not a deal breakers by any means, just a few cons. Im sure anyone would be happy to live here!

    The lexington was the best apartments we have stayed in if your kind to the management they return the same respect. The manager Regina is amazing and will do anything to help. Love my stay here., I recommend it to to anyone looking for a nice safe place to stay. Also they have lots of trees and and a trail the community is family orientated and alot of them go on walks in the complex after dinner.Thanks for a great stay!
