I just moved away from Lenox Reserve one month ago to be closer to my office, but boy do I miss it! The apartment I had was so nice and I always had a positive experience with everyone in the office. The maintenance staff was always on top of everything. I really miss you guys!! Just wanted to pop on here and give a review and if you are thinking about moving here, do it. Its a great community.

I’ve been living in this community since June and have loved the area. I want to personally commend the maintenance manager Jorge for always facilitating the maintenance requests. Even if the part may not be available he assures to retrieve the item in a timely fashion.

The Lenox Reserve is a community with quality staff that follows through.PROS: We recently moved to Lenox Reserve and had a positive experience thus far. The leasing team - Brittney & Melissa are patient and friendly. Upon moving in, I noticed a few items that needed fixing and the maintenance team - Jorge - took care of everything the day after. He was super prompt!CONS: Parking and Trash are the only cons so far. Parking gets filled rather quickly, especially during the evenings. There is only one trash compacter and trash is often left piled up, but this is a con that is beyond their control.So far, Lenox Reserve is a great place to live, if you dont mind all the cons that they really cant control. I will definitely update after living here for some time.

Hello everyone! I just had to take the time out and express my gratitude to Ms. Melissa in the leasing office!, I was blown away by her treatment and promptness with a matter that I discussed with her! With her knowledge and expertise she definitely took ownership of the situation and made me feel extremely comfortable! I would refer this community to anyone that is looking for an apartment go to Melissa she will treat you in a professional way but also she is very kind. Unfortunately I did not lease because I had seen the same square footage at the competition and rent was way less, so when she explained the prices to me I didn’t even show her my DL, but just wanted to say she is AMAZING!!!!

We have been at Lenox for several months and Jorge, Head of Maintenance, has gone above and beyond with any maintenance related issues. Jorge is always prompt, professional and very nice. It is reassuring to know that Jorge cares so much about the residents here and maintaining the property at the highest level.

I want to say I really hate writing bad reviews, so Ill explain fully the only reason Im giving 2 stars is due to this apartments application company/process. Brittany was really nice in speaking with me but there was a lot of back and forth between their screening company Leasing Desk and them. Leasing desk flat out denied me due to credit history, since yes like most Americans right now my credit isnt the best in this economy which is being worked on and due to being in the middle of a separation Im trying to get a safe apartment for me and my daughters. The apartment and yard was beyond perfect and I loved it and all the amenities. Ive NEVER been denied an apartment and make way more than the 3X the rent qualification, but Im being told by leasing desk only the apt management can override a denial, and then when I go to them about it, theyre saying no only leasing desk can and the dispute process is 30 days to overturn it. Well I have to move in 30 days so that wont work. I was told conflicting things by both companies and leasing desk is very adamant that no, only the property can add conditions to a denial to accept a deposit and they cannot. Brittany even said due to leasing desks automatic denial it would not allow them to add conditions, but when I spoke to Melissa she is saying her manager said no they cannot add conditions at all and I would need to go through the dispute process, however again Leasing Desk said they can add conditions to a denial. So something is not right about this.I saw another review that mentioned the unfair application process, but ignored it thinking it was an upset person, but now I see maybe it is truly unfair process. They are really strict on the requirements and I find it hard they cannot overturn it. Especially when their application qualification requirements make no mention on what the credit score requirements are - it just mentions the basics of making the 3X the rent which I make way more than that. Just know if your credit score is in the mid 500s dont waste your time.I lived in a greystar community before who didnt use this third party company and was approved with no issues and my credit was even worse then, so its pretty disappointing. If they decide to make things right and help overturn the decision Ill update my review, but at this point Im out $75 and may have to just apply somewhere else since I need to secure an apartment for me and my daughters.*****I did want to update this review to say the manager did call back to explain their screening companies requirements and how they cannot override it and how it’s out of their hands and I understand and she offered to refund my application fee which was really nice to do - I will suggest greystar look into another screening company who isnt this stringent on credit especially when someone makes the income and has no prior rental issues I feel exceptions or asking for an extra deposit should be allowed in that situation. I appreciate the managers effort and offering to do that as she didn’t have too. Hopefully down the line this could be a future home.

Alejandro, Angel and Ingrid have been so great to my family and I. They made everything so easy and smooth for us. They responded to all my emails so quickly and professionally. All my questions and concerns got answered. I appreciate that so much! I’m also very impressed with the online services that assisted us in transferring our utilities, changing our mail, shopping for insurance, internet, allowed us to compare prices, all of the above all in one place with just a few clicks. That took away the stress of my long to do list by checking it all off all at once. They also gave us a welcome bag with move in essentials which was super cute. I definitely feel like we made the right choice by picking these apartments.

I really enjoy living at Lenox Reseve. The amenities are really nice and always clean. Management is attentive and easy to work with. I can tell they care about making sure their tenants have a pleasant experience living here. Service request have always been handled quickly. The apartment itself is gorgeous and it’s a quiet community. They have a dog park park and a dog wash station, which is a plus for me because I hate giving my dog a bath in my bathroom. They take safety seriously. I’ve lived in this area for 7 years now and these apartments have the lowest crime rate In comparison to others I’ve lived in. I can tell you that management is really trying their best to make sure our complex is safe. I highly recommend these apartments.*** I’m adding to my review to say that I’m going on my 3rd year living here and I’m still loving it. I just recently transferred into a different unit because I wanted to downsize. Junior has been great throughout the entire process. I appreciate his level of professionalism, attentiveness, and for making the process feel seamless.

I just recently moved into this complex and so far I have had the greatest experience here. Since the beginning the office staff has been nothing but amazing and tentative to my needs. Lexi and Angel helped me in everything from picking my apartment to getting me set up to move in and have been there for any questions or help that I needed. The complex is always cleaned and well kept and the maintenance manager Jorge is always polite and quick in responding when I have a maintenance need and actually gets things running and fixed. So far one of the best places I have moved to!

I walked in and the staff greeted and seated me. I was shown the various floor plans within my budget and a beautiful model home. This property is close to major freeways I take and close to my job. I really love how spacious the apartment is, has the right amount of closet space. The manager Lexi is so sweet and helpful.

Great place to live! Beautiful and well maintained with fabulous amenities. The staff was amazing to work with from initial application all the way through the end of my lease. Only reason I moved out after two terms was that I was purchasing a home. Management is attentive to the needs of the tenants, and service requests are always handled promptly and professionally. I continue to recommend this place whenever I know of anyone looking.

I spoke to Lexi the property manager and she was Fantastic. She provided me with a great visual of the apartment and the pricing was in my price range. She answered all my questions and you can tell she really wanted to help me find the perfect home. I set up a tour for Friday and I can not wait to meet her. Will definitely reccomend.

The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious. They also have great amenities that we cant wait to start using!! They have been other complexs that are dealing with crime, this company have went beyond to make sure their residents are safe and informed!

This property is amazing! I was super excited to renew my second year long lease. such a great staff that works closely with you making you feel combatable. Not only that but I commend all of their efforts and hard work during the pandemic. They really kept everyone up to date and had safety steps for all to follow to ensure social distancing. I was out shopping for an apartment I truly didn’t want to look at too many places but I knew the area I wanted. Lenox reserve was my second and last stop from the moment I walked in Junior was super helpful. He let me self tour and he even helped me back out when the Amazon truck block my car in. He gave me all the specs of the property. When I got home I immediately applied. I had questions and some road blocks and every one of them Junior answered and helped without hesitation. He kept in contact with me until my application was fully approved every step of the way. The property itself is so pretty it definitely gives garden vibes but hints of modern as well. I Can’t wait to move in and meet my new neighbors. Thank Junior

We had pipes burst in our apt one week after the winter storm. Jorge was on it immediately! Kept good contact with us letting us know when we should expect a crew to be in our apt and when we should expect everything to be done. We left for the weekend to get out of the way of the crews and came back to all of our clothes hung back in the closet (we had to put them in the living room in piles due to the leak) and the apt was absolutely the cleanest it had ever been. Smelled amazing!! Such a wonderful surprise to come back to after everything. Super impressed with Jorge and the housecleaning staff. Amazing.

Just move into the property I got to say very clean and safe property. They have cameras facing the main entrance and parking areas. I am very happy with the helpful and courteous staff at Lenox Reserve especially Ingrid Cruz who made this whole moving process easier. Overall wonderful community. I love the work and effortsthey put into making the dog park and dog washing station more enjoyable. The additions they’ve made to the dog washing station have been greatly appreciated, especially the blow dryer. Much to my Storm’s dismay, it has made it so much easier to dry her (not to mention fluffier).

The Manager , the front office staff and the Maintenance staff all are happy ,friendly and helpful people .Lenox is a very well kept community with friendly neighbors . Loved it so much that i asked my other family members to move in here too and Angel Ramos is now helping them too. :)

Notice all the negative reviews are from people who don’t t live here. Malayasia literally held our place and moved which apartment we wanted 4 times, for almost a year. Gotta get those new build deals! Moving in, we were absolutely stoked. The apartments have wonderful amenities. Like the pool is amazing, parking just fine etc. BUT, Its a typical focus on “luxury” finishes and skip the details place. The toilet is installed crooked, shower shelf slopes backward, doors dont swing right, cupboards missing support pieces, screws missing in the drawer rails, make SURE you note EVERY SCUFF when you move in. Because there were a million and we were the fist ones in this place. The fridge even has a dent in it. If we had moved earlier and got the first apartment we originally wanted, none of the next problems would have ever come up. We rented the place to GET a private yard. We showed up on moving day to discover our yard had not been fenced yet, (that was never mentioned) and it took over 6 weeks to give us a yard... but that was NOT the end of it. We have been paying for a private yard for 9 months, and asked for solutions, restitution, to move to another place... many, many, many, many times. We have recently been promised new grass....but it has 3 roof downspouts in the yard and it NEVER DRIES OUT. We live in a constant inch of mud outside the door with a million bugs and mildew, green mold on the mud, yellow slime mold, mushrooms, the works right out our door. The dog tracks it in: I wash her paws 4 times a day in the tub, and all of her every time it rains. The porch is filthy from rain splash on the mud... we are soooo ready to move apartments it ain’t even funny. We want another apartment in the same complex. But we are DONE With this yard. I recommend this complex. But look past the pretty counters and see the fact that the weren’t sealed right. The details were very overlooked.You will notice the owner has commented on every review except mine……
