Tyra Willer is a wonderful leasing agent, she was very welcoming and understanding of us. Assisted us with every detail of our move in process and ensured everything was taken care of and nothing was missed before we received our keys to the palace. We are truly grateful to be here in San Antonio and to be apart of Lenox Grandview apartments. I loved the entire tour and experience. Both Brittney and Kiya helped me on separate tours and I got amazing service and they were both knowledgeable especially for someone who was new to the San Antonio area from Miami. The amenities are amazing and a great bang for your buck. Highly recommend checking them out!

I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful property and I am in awe of the amazing amenities, the spacious floor plans, and all that Lenox Grandview has to offer. I was even more pleased with the leasing agents. Nikya was nothing short of amazing! She was very inviting, kind, patient and knowledgeable!

Brittany, Nikya, and Lena truly went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. They were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process.Brittany and Nikya were particularly patient with me as I explored various floor plans. They took the time to show me numerous options to help me feel confident in my unit choice, even allowing me to see the actual unit I would be living in. This level of care made a significant difference in my decision-making process.Each time I called with questions, Brittany and Lena were professional and helpful, providing prompt and detailed responses. Even though I initially decided not to lease earlier this year, they remained encouraging and supportive, ensuring I found the right unit this time around.The complex itself is absolutely gorgeous and impeccably maintained. I was impressed by the attention to detail and beautiful craftsmanship throughout the property. The apartments feature modern amenities, including ovens with an air fryer feature, which is a fantastic touch. I also appreciated the stylish color scheme options of white or grey cabinets.Overall, I highly recommend Lenox Grandview for anyone looking for a new home. I am considering relocating to San Antonio Texas and dropped in to tour their apartments.Always first impressions can be a deal breaker for me. I was greeted by Nikya Allen who showed me all the one bedroom floor plans. I toured and decided on the one bedroom with a bath tub.I cannot say enough about the positive experience it was to be greeted and guided by Ms Nikya Allen. Looking for to becoming a residentHere 😊.

This property defines the word luxury! I love it here extremely well kept and very clean. The maintenance guy Victor is amazing he completed my work order and walked me through the issue as well. The office staff is welcoming as well!

Love the property!!! Beautiful amenities especially the pool area. The maintenance supervisor Victor came to troubleshoot my dryer and was very respectful and ,knowledgeable. Definitely recommended you move here

There is this leasing agent named, “Kya”. She is terrible. She approves my clients and follows up too fast that I cannot even breathe! Definitely DO NOT use her if you want unfriendly service and assistance.5/5 stars.

This apartment is stunning from the spacious layout to the amenities and great staff. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a luxury apartment loved the kitchen and amount of storage you receive throughout the entire apartment. From the moment we toured Kya was very helpful and informative anytime we had any questions she was more than happy to answer them. I’ve been very pleased with the process leasing process even when we decided to change our unit to a bigger one they were so kind and willing to accommodate us. Counting down the days to move in.

I recently visited Lenox Grandview apartments. Brittany Cannan was very helpful and patient when showing us around. I really love their amenities: spacious gym, study room, and game room separated from the main lobby. The building and area feels very safe and clean. The apartment unit has a really nice kitchen, and a spacious bathroom and closet. The design is very modern looking. We are so excited to move in!

Unparalleled. The leasing office staff are amazing, pre and post move in, they are very diligent and beyond helpful. The amenities are amazing!! Very large gym with vast amount of equipments. Business/study lounge that is extremely spacious. Very cute and fun gaming center. Were in love with this place. This 5 star is for the staff and current amenities, cant wait until the remainder of apartment opens up! Feeling blessed to be living at a place like this!

The staff is very helpful and always answers out questions in a timely manner. They have made moving and finding a new place very easy. we had looked at many places before but couldnt find the right fit until looking at the lenox. The location and welcoming staff made it very easy to finally settle on a location.
