This is a very nice place to live. Considering the location and the surroundings, management does a great job at protecting all of the residents. The property is cleaned and groomed weekly. The staff is always helpful. The Dillo store is a great addition to the property. If you are looking for a nice place to call home. Come and take a tour yourself. Welcome and Enjoy!

I moved in February of this year, and Jessica was very informative and thorough. It is now May, and I have not had any issues. It was a little dirty when I first moved in, but I took pictures and sent them to Jessica. I do not have any problems with my neighbors, and on weekends, especially around holidays, people will be at the pool with their speakers playing music, but they will leave by 10 p.m., when the pool closes and people begin to sleep. I will say that I do not have a roach problem, but I do have a fly, which could be due to leaving the patio door open while I clean. So far, I am really enjoying living here, and it is far superior to my previous apartment.

Nice place to live. Always well kept Maintenance are there always on time whatever your needs maybe front office young ladies are always there when you need help with any questions you may have regarding your apartment. They have a beautiful pool area and convenient exercise area. They have community gathering for special holidays, which makes it a lot of fun we get to know our tenants.

I toured with Meghan, I loved the amenities, the pool is beautiful and the gym has 24hr access. I also like how convenient it is to 37 and downtown San Antonio. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to move in the area.

I moved in on december and I was so happy all tha appliances were brand new and the appartment was fully renovated. I appreciate how clean they keep the comun areas and the other day I broke something in the bathroom and it got fixed the same day, I cant wait for the summer so I can enjoy the big pool I have and now I can hit the gym without excuses because they have a nice one as well!

I moved in a year ago… I want to say how happy I am here. The office manager Kathie has been a blessing to us. She always has open door to talk to and voice any concerns I may have. They are always are helpful and resourceful. The maintenance guys are so amazing they always right on top of any hick up we may have. This has been the best decision ever. It is a quiet clean pet friendly community ❤️

I have called several times throughout the 4 years and have always spoken with Catherine and Jessica . They have been extremely kind , helpful and knowledgeable . They go over and.above to assist me always . I live in california and can honestly say the customer service out here is not like the legacy brooks Texas staff. I moved in back in April 2015 and so far I love my apartment. I understand that everyone has different experiences and I can only speak for mine. The office staff is always polite and very professional. I have only called the office twice for very minors things needed in my apartment and they completed my request the next day. I love the beautiful pool and all the amenities they offer.My apartment is just gorgeous and I love everything about it. I will definitely renew my lease when its time. I have recommended these apartments to another friend and she also loves it here.

Our general manager Rori is AMAZING, I had a few concerns and they were fixed immediately. Disregard the negative reviews left on here, those are no longer issues you have to worry about anymore.Our new assistant manager Xiomara is efficient and so kind, always willing to hear you out and help solve your issues, and I appreciate her so much for it. The apartments are so beautiful, both exterior and interior. Every apartment complex is going to have issues, mine have always been resolved in less than a day or two. I have lived at The Landings, Vantage and here, and personally I prefer these apartments over the other two here at Brooks City Base. The community is very reserved from my experience, everyone is minding their own business and the interactions Ive had with my neighbors have always been positive.

I just visited the Legacy Brooks apartments and wanted to say that out of all the places Ive toured Legacy Brooks felt the most welcoming. The manager I believe his name was Justin came out and introduced himself and thanked us for making legacy brooks a choice,as the leasing agent was touring us. The apartments are well kept and the pool looks amazing. This is definitely on my top two places to move. The only thing that is a major decision factor will ultimately come down to pricing even tho they are beautiful apartment Ive toured newer apartments with more space for less. But the hospitality the staff gives may be the reason I decide to lease here.

My fiancé and I have been living here for about two weeks now and we’ve had nothing but good things to say about the apartments, maintenance staff and our leasing agent Amanda. She was very kind to us and very quick to help us find what we were looking for. We had a few maintenance requests, we contacted Amanda and they were resolved within hours. The maintenance staff is very nice, respectful and resolve any issues quickly. I highly recommend these apartments to anybody searching!

LOVED living here - lived here for a year and moved to be closer to work. Maintenance and management was always very accommodating and helpful. No issues with my neighbors and the grounds/premise was always kept clean. Maintenance requests were always fulfilled promptly. Gorgeous pool and pool view too!!!

Been living here almost a year and will be moving out do to location of job. I loved it here great community and front office staff are very friendly and helpful. Sandra really goes above and beyond on helping you in the time of need. So if your looking for a great place to live legacy Brooks is it. Beautiful pool nice gym. Fast and professional maintenance people. Couldnt ask for more. Also apartments are well built so you hardly hear the neighbors lol. Thanks again legacy Brooks for having me yall were great!

Overall, I love Legacy Brooks! I love the leasing staff, in particular, as they work so hard to ensure that each and every resident is taken care of. Kristi and Jessica go above and beyond with every request that my husband and I have had. We’ve lived in many apartment complexes, and they’re honestly the most professional leasing agents that I have ever worked with.Justin, the manager has worked well with my husband and I in taking care of issues that weve had. I appreciate his work in his transition in his new role.

Loved living here for one year. Overall, it is a good experience, location wise, and moving in and out were very professionally handled. The area itself has some problems for cars parked outside. However, the management genuinely attempted to fix these issues, including security cameras at the gates. The pool has far too many people using it, and not always by residents. Having said all that, Id still live here again: the apts are brand new, great amenities, and very spacious. Not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for. A few minor things that may have been addressed already: the grills are not working, we had some wasp nest issues that were taken care of, maintenance can take a few calls/ requests. Still, they get the job done.

Apartments are clean and up to date. My one bedroom included granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, access to gym 24/7, nice pool, access to a computer and a printer inside the clubhouse, and pool table if your wanting to entertain your self in there.There was some miscommunication initially with staff (it appears they were transitioning into new management and hired new staff) but at the end of the day the new staff was polite, courteous, and very helpful in the move in process.

I just moved in about 3 weeks already , its my first time in apartments and I love it here! You cant really hear the neighbors I dont even know if I have any its too quiet , Im first floor so of course I hear upstairs foot steps but not to much, everyone keeps it peacefully the staff is very helpful and nice , although I had an incident where a family member accidentally parked under a car port that wasnt ours and they got towed automatically I was a little upset bcs we got no warning & if I knew they did I would of warned them . But basically just respect the rules and everything is great! I do recommend this place , has a very nice pool and good environment

I’ve gone through all the crazies who don’t want to get anything done or keep up with the apartments. Elsa and the staff are kind, caring and work fast and efficiently. While looking for an apartment, I always read the reviews... I notice most are old and seem to be off of past office staff. So I visited and the manager assisted me. He was very knowledgeable of the area which helped me since I’m moving from out of town. I want to be somewhere that has easy access to the freeway and places to eat and shop. So when I’m ready to make my move; I believe I will be submitting my application here.I believe in visiting and calling for myself. Some of these just seem like they didn’t get their way when there’s obviously protocols to follow.

I have been here for a year and a half now and overall Ive never had any issues, complaints or trouble with my apartment, the office or my car. I understand everyones experience is different so I can only speak on my behalf. People have complained about having only 2 guest passes for the pool and thats because too many people from the surrounding neighborhood (not tenants or guests of tenants) have been coming to the pool and they ruined the guest policy for everyone. And about the maintenance wait, sometimes they get overbooked and cant make all the rounds needed right away.. So theres my two cents. The only reason I dont give them 5 stars is the lack of answering my phone calls. I realize theres only 2/3 people working and theyre usually busy but maybe have someone answer the calls and take down their number to call back so I dont waste my time redialing every 5 minutes.

I hope someone I know move into one of these apartments a few days ago and they looked very upscale. For the price they were paying I would have expected a very tiny apartment with not much a comedies with in the whole area but I think my friend got the better end of the deal. Not only is there a pool but there are a bunch of really good restaurants in the area. There is also a park right next to the apartments. The apartment itself was relatively big for one bedroom and the only problems were with the previous owners as it was very clear that they had dogs. There was nice porch with outside storage as well as very gracious storage inside of the apartment. A washing machine and dryer were both included as well as a whole kitchen filled with a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a very big sink.

Every time I visit family in this complex it’s always so nice and clean. Beautiful property! Maintenance does an amazing job to keep it that way. My husband works in the maintenance industry and I know all the hard work these men put into apartments. You must have a great Lead Maintanence that leads a good team!

Most of these reviews are from people who have never lived in an apartment before complaining about residents and blaming management. If you owned a house and your neighbors were loud who would you blame then? The staff is excellent and the apartments are really nice. The rules are a little strict but it comes at the cost of chaos from people who would otherwise ruin a great place to live.

My BF & I called Legacy Brooks home for about 2 1/2 years. We just recently moved out & it was a very bittersweet feeling. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to move into the area. The location along with all the amenities makes it an ideal place to live. The entire time we lived there we never had any issues. Neighbors were always nice & kept to themeselves. The property also has two really great dog parks with a doggy wash station (which I’ll miss the most tbh)! Our apartment was the A1 floorplan & it featured a great walk in closet, full size washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances & a spacious patio. The move out process was very easy & Sandra went above & beyond to help with any questions or concerns I had. So I have lived here going on a year. The staff and the property are not to blame. It’s the residents, a lot of y’all are just GHETTO. Like y’all weren’t taught manners growing up. A lot of y’all don’t respect the other people who live around you. Some of y’all that live upstairs sound like y’all should be on the show “My 600lb life” when in reality yall are just rude and inconsiderate for the people that live underneath you. If you are going to have a pet, DO NOT leave them on your patios, pick up after them after you take them out. I swear some people disgust me. So the next time some of you guys want to complain about something around here, about the staff, sit back and think of yourselves. Are you the most amazing resident? Or the ones ALWAYS complaining and paying your rent late? Like sis, if you can’t afford it here, move back to the slums that you came from and stop the complaining!

My son just moved in here as his first place of his own. The units are just gorgeously beautiful, with swimming pools, laundry facilities, a gym, and plenty of parking. Easy access to Interstate highway 37, and short walking distances to fast food joints, an HEB, a Wal-Mart, and its only 2 minutes to Mission Trails Baptist Hospital. So convenient.

The maintenance manager Mike is pretty amazing one of my 5 cats got out and he went looking for my cat Star and he brought her back safe. Okay so obviously the bad comments are out of hand i been here for 3 months already and havent had a problem, they are not over packed i always have parking i never worry about it. also they do not let anyone move in here, your credit must be good and if you have ever broken a lease before you are not able to lease thats what happen with my brother . i dont see roaches or anything like that dogs are around but never had a problem with any of them, i just tol my gf recently i would consider living here another year i love it here, its also quiet. im not trying to tell u to lease but dont bash my apartment rating cause you work else where. thank you (:
