Kacey Wells is the most amazing Locater I have ever used!!!! She changed my life. She is knowledgeable in her work. Kacey has excellent rapport with past and present colleagues. Everyone she refers me to is professional. She captured my needs and immediately went to work finding my new home. During this pandemic no one wants to work. Not Mrs. Wells! Despite being under the weather she nailed it. Totally awesome!!!

Being in need of a new place to stay I was blessed with the opportunity to have Kacey wells as my apartment locator. She is the one of the most diligent locators and is so dedicated to her job. From the time I told her that my family and I were misplaced and we’re in desperate need of help she worked with a great sense of urgency, and managed to help get us a place even despite the impromptu notice we gave to her. She was nothing but kind, genuine, and honest to my family. Kacey Wells is amazing!!

Kacey Wells is a realtor extrodinaire! She is dedicated to her clients and always goes the extra mile to find you a new home. We were stuck in an impossible situation as far as renting was concerned. We had kinda “flirted” with the idea of using Kacey previously but never really committed. Once we did, she showed us exactly how dedicated she was to us and worked tirelessly to find us a new home! She pulled off the impossible for us and she will do the same for you! We love her and even though we just moved in, I can’t wait to see what she finds us next! She is definitely our realtor for life!

I had the pleasure of having Kacey Wells as my apartment locator and she helped me find a great apartment home that I ain’t going lie I was hesitant about but she walked me through it the reviews were good she knew I was starting new and over and the place on the inside looks AMAZING! Kacey was AMAZING!!! We arrived in Houston to find that the apartment we were promised wasnt ready and were left without a home with our 1 year old child on a Saturday, when everything was closed. We met Kacey a day later, and she not only found us options within our budget within HOURS, but found us exactly what we both needed and wanted in a better area than our original lease, at two different properties! We were afraid of becoming homeless on Saturday, and Kacey had us in an amazing new place by Thursday. If youre looking for a new home/apartment/townhome to rent, I cannot recommend Kacey enough, we owe her 1,000 thanks and will be asking for her specifically when were ready to find a new place (albeit hopefully in a calmer way!) Thank you thank you, Kacey!!!

Kacey Wells is Amazing! I had been looking for an apartment for over a year, the second chance apartment people wanted$199 just to get started then $1100 to them plus my rent and deposit them another monthly fee for the term of my lease. Needless to say that is alot of money, Ms.Kacey found me an apartment right by both of my jobs, my deposit was only $250 and I got $200 off my first months rent. She texted me frequently to see how the process was going and called to congratulate me once I was approved. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new place to call Home!

Kacey was amazing. Apartment searching is such a pain. I explained my needs, and what I like the most is she didn’t e-mail me a list to go through. She called and said she knew of a property, connected me with the right person and I got approved in 48 hours. I’d recommend her for sure.
