Management and staff were very professional, especially when they were super busy and had lines of people out the door. They made me feel like I was important and constantly told me that they would be happy to help as soon as they were available. Nakeiya the manager of the property was especially helpful, with trying to find the right apartment to fit my needs. She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for with a price range that I could afford. I will recommend this property to everyone I know and tell them to look for her if they want the friendliest and most professional help.

Maintenance and team are super friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help and kind. Iztli and Rylee are so helpful anytime I need help they are always friendly. I love how they are having resident events and I like the monthly news letters.

I have stayed here for over a year now and extended my lease because this is a great place to stay at. The maintenance crew always give the best service and have taking care of every issue quickly.The office staff and especially the manager Aaron has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. Any incident that may have spontaneously happened, she and her staff always made themselves available and had resolved every incident immediately. I really appreciate them all, and they are solely the reason why I am giving this review 5 stars.

A brand new property - nice and clean. Not quite finished with total build & construction, but units are available to lease. Staff is excellent and helpful. Disappointed they dont have carports (although they do have detached garages available to rent).

I love the Leander Park!! Rylee is so sweet and helpful! I have a friend who used to live here and recommended I come take a look and I love this location! There is a fishing pond right around the corner and it is such a great distance to 1890 ranch, N Highway 183, and I-35!!! I definitely recommend this place!

Ive lived here for over a year now and absolutely love the complex and the office staff. Every person in the office demonstrates a level of professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to apartment tenants. Taylor is always quick to respond with any questions I have, whether it is through email, phone calls, or in person. Ace and I love living here!

The new team at Leander Park have been so amazing and attentive!! Rylee and Nakeiya are very warm and welcoming, and the maintenance team; Tyler and Colton are always so helpful and quick to assist with any work orders. I love calling this place home!

The leasing staff and maintenance personnel are excellent and very friendly! The apartment complex is kept clean, very quiet and family friendly environment. If something needs to be fixed or taken care of the staff ensure it taken care of quickly.

I recently had a tour with Rylee, she was so thorough when touring and going over everything the property had to offer. I was ready to apply, but got word that I’ll be relocating for work. If I ever come back to the area, I will definitely come back to Leander Park.

I moved here end of May 2021 and recently renewed my lease because the rent is cheaper than those of other places. Keep in mind though that with cheap rent comes cheap material. While the apartment is beautiful, the material is so cheap that a simple tug of your chair can leave a scratch mark on the floor. My windows weren’t installed correctly and I can easily and completely pull off the bottom half. The doors are not properly sealed. I have about three pieces of weather stripping dangling from the top of the door since the first week I moved in and one dangling out at the bottom. The heater and AC are super loud. I always have to turn up the volume on my TV and I feel bad for my neighbors downstairs when I do so, or even when I’m simply just walking because the material is so cheap. Nonetheless, if you’re only looking for a temporary stay, this apartment is not terrible. It’s tidy, the maintenance team is wonderful and quick to respond even though they did an awful job on my door’s weather stripping, and communication with the office is 1000x better with the new management team. The last one, I never got a response no matter how many calls or emails I sent, but this team is on top of it.

I moved in at end of May (Two months ago). The apartments are new and well-managed. The staff here are nice and friendly - each of them whom I have interacted with so far. They took quick action when I reported issues. Last week I reported a minor issue to the management office regarding my walk-in closet. Just around two hours later, I received an email from the management office informing me that the maintenance staff has stopped by my unit to resolve the issue. And this week, they followed up with me to check if the issue has really gone away and was resolved satisfactorily. Great community, great people!

I visited Leander Park two weeks ago and wanted to make sure that I highlight how great my tour was with Jan. As soon as I entered the door, Jan was very professional and extremely positive. She was interacting with the residents that were there and I could tell that they appreciated her help and presence. As we went on our tour, the golf cart broke down but Jan didn’t let that phase her positive attitude. The facilities look just as they do in the pictures and the residents we passed by were friendly.Though I decided on a different location for my new home, I wanted to make sure that Jan was recognized for her amazing customer service, professionalism and just being a joy to be around!

Awesome place to live for long time with family, it has brand new apartment units. I love the amenities provided gym, swimming pool, business place, printer, morning drink etc. I like the responsiveness and excellent service of leasing team.

This is for now the only apartment community on the east side of the cedar park/Leander border that is considered Leander. There is a new construction development that is in the early stages of construction but to the best of my knowledge is an over 55yr community. Welcome to a newly expanding and growing community where construction is a common sighting everywhere you go the more Leander expands.Anyway, as far as Leander Park, we have lived here a year now. My overall experience has been positive with no real issues. Apartments have nice open concept floor plans, good size patios, balconies, pool area is kept clean as with the other amenities.The hugest positive for me is flat out this. A lot of apartment complexes lately have the tendency to just occupy their apartments with a heart beat and that proof of that initial coverage of rent at move in and out the blinders on what’s really infront of them signing that lease if you catch my drift.This community is filled with working families and or working class people. School buses pick up here and neighbors take pride in the community.Let’s talk about the staff. The staff at front office gets it done. I have never had to ask twice for something, and they are very attentive to maintaining communication with the residence via email. Maintenance crew has always responded promptly with minor to “major community problems” even a simple “we are out of propane tanks for the pool grills, they take care of it asap.Parking : whoever measured the parking stalls when bldg forgot to measure the size of what most Texas vehicles 🚗 are ex: trucks, suvs but then your compact cars. The stalls around community are tight but there is enough parking to go around. Work with your neighbors to understand the parking on the line and give some space common courtesy.And the towing rules - only opinion on that is revise the tow rules on property to only tow between certain night time hours because it is inconvenient to add a car to the list every time a guest my visit or stop by for 15 min or couple hours during day to and have to put their car on the list to avoid the petty tow.Bottom line, apartment living is apartment living. Unfortunately the new builds, come with cheap throw up the bldg and rent mentality so walls now a days are thin and drawers may break easy.Hope this helps if you consider moving to this community.

I LOVE IT HERE!!!! This is by far the best place to live in the area! The staff is incredible! Regina & Sam are especially always willing to help organized great communicators and on top of things! The maintenance team is always quick to respond and deal with task efficiently! Love our community finally found our home YAY!

I have been living here for awhile and my husband and I are loving it here. There is a great view, 24hr gym, a nice pool area, a cool mail box area, and a lot of places to take your dogs and dog bag areas. It is also very quiet. The people are so nice.The staff are also very kind hearted and helping. I have yet to have a bad day. If a package is sent to the wrong place or person they will call and let you know and will help to get it to the right destination.

Leander Junction is the best apartment community I’ve ever been in! My family was actually on the way to an appointment with another rental property when we passed by and saw the signs for Leander Junction. On a whim, we pulled over and spoke with the office staff who showed us around. I’d so glad we stopped! The community was so clean, and we really liked that we were the first family to ever move into the apartment we decided on renting. They still have plenty of brand new apartments if you are still searching for one! They host resident appreciation days, contract food trucks, and unique activities (like cocoa and cuddles with miniature goats). Kaeli, Courtney, and Mandy are easy to get in touch with and really work hard to make everyone’s experience a great one here. We’ve also met some very cool neighbors in our building. There’s a dog park for your furry friends too! I can not recommend this place enough.

I work in the area and had the opportunity to see this place get built from the ground up! I checked it out with my spouse, decided to move in. We got a great move in special and free pizza coupons!Full amenities and awesome build quality! Close to shopping centers and toll road. The staff is always friendly and any maintenance issues are handled promptly. I would definitely refer this place to a friend!

The office staff is great! The apartment complex is very clean and gated. There’s a nice clubhouse, pool, dog park, trash valet service, gym, and onsite security at night. They have a monthly resident breakfast and other events. Best apartment we’ve lived in by far! We are glad we moved in here.

Ive had a really good experience living in this apartments, near the apartments situate the good school. My experience with the manager Kaeli and the rest of the people that take part of the team running the apartments are amazing, Ive had a great experience with them, theyre friendly and overall helpful when it comes with maintenance situations and others.

When I moved there was a mistake with the model of the apartment but the manager was very attentive and helped me resolve, I am now in my new apartment, the model that I saw when I visited the residence for the first time. Beautiful and clean. Happy in my new home🤍
