New , secure. Roomy, beautiful park with grills, pet friendly wonderful office staff hardworking maintence. I honestly dont think you could find a better home even if it is temporary. You really need to come see this place even the fitness center and community room are the latest. The pool is great they even have corn hole, tic tac toe and checkers along with shuffle board and a piano that okays by itself? Well worth the move. Love it here !!

I don’t personally live here but I do work here for Valet Living & I have to say out of all the apartments I service by far Lat is the cleanest, all around from door to door, I would assume if the outside is clean the inside is even better.

My family and I absolutely love it here. Raven was the best at showing us around and getting us moved in quickly. Any issues and there really aren’t many were handled immediately. Brooke went above and beyond for us and Bianca was also extremely helpful. On belhalf of my family and I, thank you Brooke, Raven and Bianca for being helpful and making our townhome our home.

Sydni and Brooke have been amazing through the whole move in/settling in process. The community does a great job addressing any concerns (great maintenance team) and has constant communication with its residents about events and get togethers. Town homes are beautiful and spacious with a backyard and are very pet friendly. Zero complaints about this community!

Thank you Sydni for all of your help today you were awesome and very patient with us….We had a chance to walk the new construction today and we signed right away! Lots of amenities and a well thought out design inside the home! Oh and the coffee machine is a wow! See you on move in day in a couple of weeks.

The leasing process was very smooth, the townhomes are amazing, everything is brand new, and all the staff knows you by name. Amazing place to live!

Kind management that know you by name, great amenities (fresh cookies & coffee & so much more), and brand new townhomes (great space, only minor hiccups that come with new buildings).
