This property is the best property I’ve lived at. It is organized, quiet, the staff is friendly, and the maintenance is TOP TIER!! I have lived here for almost 7 months and so far the experience has been great. The office staff are always doing activities and give aways, especially during the holidays. The maintenance is quick to respond and are very friendly, especially Jose. I have never had such responsive and friendly maintenance!

I love this complex. I especially want to shout out Jose the maintenance man. He does amazing work, is so quick, and so professional. He fixed my shower and cabinets in less than 10 minutes when I was scared it would be an all day affair. People like Jose make Latitude Magnolia an awesome place to live!!

Jennifer has made life the absolute greatest while living here. Genuinely the best leasing experience in my life. I genuinely get emotional over how much she’s helped make my living process seamless. There’s been so many bumps in the road and she helped smoothed them sooo much. She may never know the amount of gratitude I have within my heart for her. I’ve been here for about 2 years now and I will continue to live here for as long as possible. Not only was my stay here wonderful but my transferring into another building was also very smooth as well. Very grateful for the kindness everyone in the office has shown towards me. Highly recommend living here.

The front staff is busy but if you go up to the office, they are always friendly and helpful.

Apartments are modern with an open floor plan, appliances are all provided: washer, dryer, and refrigerator. All appliances are made by Frigidaire. Maintenance is pretty quick on repairs. Staff is Great! Stephanie is very sweet and Joey is extremely helpful! Everyone there has really good energy.

Ive lived here for over a year and just renewed. I love it here, so I wanted to give a shout out to the team. The maintenance is always on top of my work orders with no issues. They let me know if they had to wait on a part, so I appreciate their communication.I have the best neighbors so no complaints there.The office has always been friendly and helpful. They always send us texting updates like ice cream events.

I haven’t moved in yet but my experience visiting the property was great. Nick was very helpful! I’m definitely looking forward to moving in soon ! 😊Edit: I’ve lived here a little over a month so far and I love it! Great location and feels very safe. They have a lot of amenities and small yards as well if you have dogs. If you’re looking for an apartment in this area I definitely recommend them! The staff is great as well always super helpful and nice if I have to come to the office or have any questions!Edit Again: I’ve lived here a little over 2 years and it’s still been amazing I actually transferred to another apartment in the complex when there were some things that needed to be fixed they responded to the maintenance requests within a day or two. Hernan was extremely helpful and always has been when it comes to fixing anything in my apartment. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet, and friendly place to live this is your place!!!

My family and I came and toured this beautiful property! We are relocating back to Texas to help my dad whose health is failing. During our time of need we met with Joey who was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. We will be coming back to sign a lease when the apartment that our family requires becomes available. Customer service was over the top great! I came in without an appointment and was still treated with respect and professionalism. The leasing agent, Joseph, was very helpful with all of my questions regarding leasing a unit at this property. He even offered to show me a unit despite not having an appointment. In my search for a new home this property has definitely moved to the top of my list. Customer service is key at the end of the day, in my opinion, and it seems like they are on point with it and with knowledge of the property. These apartments are so nice! The office staff was so welcoming and made sure I was taken care of and got all my needs for my apt here. Jennifer was who approached me and became my favorite leasing agent by far in all my years of apartment searching. The apartments look fantastic, they are located around a great neighborhood. The gym equipment on site is brand new so I don’t need to spend money and time on a gym membership. Utilities in the apartment are new, love the provided washer and dryer 👏🏼 Staff was friendly and prompt. Got me all the information I needed and were flexible with my move in day. Definitely give this place a view if you’re looking to escape the ever expanding human mess of the city while still living in luxury lol. Thanks for helping find my new apartment Nick.

Property looks nice , we have lived in another of their properties in the past its good management company.

Update: The staff swiftly contacted to inform me that there has been a recent change to management and they are working hard to resolve residents grievances from past management. I really appreciate the follow up and look forward to the improvements the new staff will bring to the community. Thank you for reaching out to me and thank you for walking me through how to avoid the $50 convenience fee when paying online!Currently living here and the management is soo bad. The payment portal is ALWAYS down. The management waits until the last minute to inform residents they need to bring checks into the office. When most people work during office hours, waiting until the day before rent is due to inform residents of the issue, creates so much hassle and inconvenience for the residents. They also charge, at times $50, for a convenience fee for paying bills online when the online option is available. The front office is so unorganized. Defiantly not Luxury.

A friend of mine lost her dog, so my husband posted on our neighborhood Facebook page and someone commented that Latitude Magnolia had found a German Shepard. I called literally two minutes before they closed, Stephanie answered and said that someone was on the way to get the dog checked for a chip and that she would call them and call me right back. She followed back up with me and the dog and parents were reunited, all thanks to her! The fact that she stuck around and called me back after closing really shows the care that she has. Thank you again, Stephanie!!

Had an amazing apartment tour and met with Lua she was absolutely amazing and made me feel at home immediately so after months of apartment searching, and going back and forth, I ended up leasing right then and there after my first tour! The property is well looked after, there were even people there cleaning the pool and grounds while I was first visiting. I was able to see the unit I’d be moving in too which was incredible so I am so excited for the rest of the year and many years in to the future! The application process was fast and easy and the next thing I do is move in! Woohoo! Thank you again Lua!
