I’ve been living at Lantana for a little over a year now, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The leasing office staff is incredible, and I want to give a special shoutout to Lizy for always going above and beyond to help. Whether it was giving me a ride in the golf cart to bring packages from the package room to my apartment before I had a car, or even catching a scorpion for me lol, she has been amazing.The staff as a whole has truly made my time here enjoyable. My building is quiet, and I absolutely love the abundance of trees and the beautiful views from my apartment. While I’ve come across reviews mentioning safety concerns and break-ins, I was genuinely surprised since I’ve never experienced or witnessed anything like that, even after getting a car. I feel completely safe in this neighborhood and have no plans to move anytime soon.

Office staff is super friendly and maintenance is always on top of it. Usually have repairs done within an hour or so. Most recently JR came and replaced my thermostat immediately upon submitting the maintenance request. Are the appliances a little dated and utilities bills kind of high because of that? Yes, but I knew that going in and for me the pro’s significantly outweigh the cons here.

One of the best places weve lived - twice. Leslie, Lizy & Christina in the office are caring, polite, friendly, and very professional. I see them everyday getting coffee. They always acknowledge me with a smile and HI Lee. If not busy, they will ask how everything is. Just wonderful from day one. Great Team!The maintenance team of JR, Jeremiah and Edgar is awesome. Fast, friendly, with a smile. Immediately get to work orders. Answer all concerns patiently even when baking in 100+ heat. All 3 have become my surrogate diagnostic mechanic team. Just Good people. IF I have my hood up, they always stop and ask uh oh. Whats up Lee? JR - you THE MAN! Probably the coolest team in our 30yr cross-country 25+ APT trek.The Complex itself is immaculate & Beautiful. Very maintained. Neighbors are respectful. Everyone weve encountered is friendly, smiles, says hi. Especially when out walking every night. Gates always work. No loud parties (that weve heard). No constant barking dogs. Although many residents here have them. Noise from neighboring walls is very minimal. Lantana Ridge is very peaceful. Has a laid back vibe. Weve always felt safe. Its been one of our favorite stops across the country.Thank you Leslie, Lizy, Christina, JR, Jeremiah and Edgar for all your patience and kindness. The staff is friendly and helpful, making move-in a breeze. They host great social events like pool parties and breakfast on-the-go, to christina, leslie, lizy, and team. Any issues are quickly resolved, thanks to their responsive assistance. Special thanks to JR in maintenance for his prompt help. The property is clean and well-maintained. Im loving my stay here!

The staff is what makes this place amazing! Big shout out to Lizy and Leslie for thorough communication and going above and beyond with their service! The maintenance team has also been quick, efficient, and a pleasure to meet.I love my apartment! We have big windows with an abundance of natural sunlight and gorgeous views of the hill country sunsets. Our dogs love exploring the trails. The garages are convenient and don’t cost you an arm and a leg.

I’ve lived here over three years, and I really appreciate how prompt and thorough the whole team is at Lantana. Every time we pass them they always smile and wave. We love Leslie, Lizy, and J.R.! They are all gems. We love having J.R. over and chatting with him when he is here to fix something. He is very kind and knowledgeable.It is so nice to put in a maintenance request, and have it almost always have it taken care of same day.Every single time we have ever had an issue, the office is eager and extremely prompt to help. Recently I had to go on a wild goose chase to find a valuable package that was mis-delivered to the wrong apartment by FedEx. Lizy and the office staff went above and beyond to help me find it. Honestly without them I would have been without hope, but they truly saved the day!I even have friends who have lived here for YEARS previously, and mentioned how much they loved the property, the office staff, and J.R. I have met many people who have lived here for 7+ years. Personally I think that says a lot for the overall living experience at Lantana.Thank you to the Lantana Ridge team! This community was great! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the friendly office staff and felt very welcomed. The office itself was beautiful, with great amenities. I really enjoyed the mature trees and landscaping of the property. Christina was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took her time showing me several available floor plans. I recommend 100%!

Having been a resident of Lantana Ridge for two years now, Ive had a consistently positive experience. The community is maintained well, peaceful, and has great amenities.The management and maintenance team provide exceptional service to the residents with service requests being answered promptly.The two ladies in the front office deserve special mention. Their friendliness, helpfulness, and dedication truly enhance the sense of community here. I sometimes go to the office just to hang out with them!I definitely recommend Lantana Ridge for anyone looking for a comfortable living environment and outstanding staff.

The property is well maintained. Improvements to the property are done as necessary. Dog park, EV stations, beautiful pool area just for starters. This is a beautiful place to live.

Living at Lantana Ridge for the last three years has been a pretty good experience. I moved here due to proximity to my Son, and now that things have changed Ill be relocating away from Austin. The staff and maintenance team have always been very helpful and kind in the many interactions Ive had over the years. Anytime theres been an issue, the maintenance is very diligent and quick to resolve the matter.The community is mostly quiet and has very courteous residents here. Having the option to get a garage to store stuff was a really nice perk and something a lot of places very seldom have. Within the last year they have updated the leasing office as well as the buildings receiving new paint and updated outside cosmetics.I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking in the area of SW Austin and wants a lot of amenities close by. With the rental prices in Austin still high in my opinion, Lantana Ridge has balanced the price (I believe) as best they can. Adios Austin!

Weve lived here for around 18 months and have no complaints. Its very quiet and the grounds are open and spacious compared to most other communities Ive seen. The maintenance team here is top notch! They are fast, friendly and always so polite. One day, I was carrying in groceries and one of the guys ran over and helped me carry a load = made my day!

Visited a friend to help them move in. The apartment complex layout was rightfully design to preserve trees and landscape.My friends 2/2 apartment was spacious with an excellent view.My only complaint was that the air conditioning was intentionally plumbed to drip in the guest bathtub.They have valet trash service, plenty of parking, scenic views and seem to be a quiet apartment neighborhood.

Its been pretty good living here, there was an ac issue but they replaced the entire thing which was nice. Its quiet, the pool is amazing, lots of space, decent pricing, the kitchen is updated for the most part and the ceilings are high. Maintenance has always been quick and the staff in the office are always super helpful. One person from the front office even helped me jump my car once! My roommate and I wish we would take this apartment with us (moving due to job locations) I highly recommend this complex!

Liz gave a fantastic tour and if I wasn’t sold on the amenities and atmosphere, I am completely sold on the kindness and genuine feeling of being welcomed by this lovely young lady. I’ve really enjoyed my time so far at Lantana Ridge. As soon as I pulled in I was impressed with the rolling grounds, the luscious foliage and the stunning vistas. The resort style pool is sparkling clean and I really have benefitted from early morning workouts. I’ve also loved working on my computer in the lobby and have found Sarah and Lizy to be both friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to the new gourmet coffee machine and brunch this Saturday!

This review is specially for J.R., the man in charge of maintenance here at the complex. Ever since I moved in, he has been SO prompt with all of my maintenance requests. As this is an older complex, I do feel like I have run into a number of small things that needed fixing, and thankfully, every single thing has been addressed promptly.Realistically, whether its often or not, everyone is going to run into submitting maintenance requests at an apartment complex, and with the reliability of J.R. and his efforts to go above and beyond, I have confidence that any maintenance work here will always be taken care of - thats a rare find. Thanks for all that you do, J.R.!

I really enjoy this complex, its mostly quiet in my building. sleeping hours are quiet, so I cant really complain. The office staff have been great. They do follow the lease to the letter, but they have been very nice, helpful, and thorough. The grounds are kept clean. The maintenance staff respond appropriately. The amenities are great, the neighbors are polite. The cabinets are a cheaper material with resurfaced faces, but they are structurally sound and look nice.

Beautiful grounds, plenty of parking and shade, dog-friendly. The trails around the complex were great for my dog. Floor plans offer enough space and storage. My unit had a decent sized backyard that backed up to trees, so I had some privacy. Other units have incredible views. Good sized patio. Spacious bathroom and garden tub. Great location! Getting in and out of the complex is easy because this part of William Cannon doesn’t get a ton of traffic. Love going for walks along this street in the evening or morning. Nice views of the hill country and downtown Austin once you reach Southwest Parkway. Easy and quick access to hwy 71 and mopac, so I can get downtown in about 12 minutes. Great nearby shopping, restaurants and an H‑E‑B. And the staff is amazing. Always very prompt in responding to a request and very friendly yet professional.

I dont have any prior experience with apartment complexes, but I cant imagine that there are any better managed than this one! The maintenance guys are fantastic, fast and friendly. The office people are AWESOME (shout out to Brandon!). Ive live here over a year, my rent did not increase after the first lease. Everything is beautiful, clean, mostly quiet, and well maintained.

Ive lived here nearly 3 years and truly couldnt imagine a better place to call home. Location alone is a huge factor. We are nestled in the country among trees and nature, but still close to shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. The staff is fantastic- both maintenance and office. Each employee is kind, intelligent and very helpful. They seem to truly enjoy what they do, and that translates to great work. Prices are fair for the area and the apartment upgrades are beautiful. I especially love that full size washer/dryer come included in each unit at no extra charge. Overall Lantana Ridge is a gorgeous property with wonderful staff. I love living here.

Excellent location. Quiet and close to places to shop for everything that you need. Lots of eateries nearby. Great pool and fitness center. Helpful and kind staff. Grounds are kept clean and well tended (not too many dog bombs in the grass). Apartments are clean and sized pretty well for the price. Wish the cabinets and pantry were a bit larger. My only other complaint would be that if you have a roommates situation its just a little complicated with rent because partial payment is not allowed in their system. Otherwise this place is GREAT! 9 out of 10! Love it.

Lantana Ridge has been my home for a year and a half, and I can easily say it is the best complex Ive ever lived in! It is lovely, the amenities are wonderful, and the community is peaceful, charming even. I moved here to be close to my son and because so many places I need to go are close by, some walkable. I am extremely happy here, and I intend to make this my home for as long as I can afford to stay.Lantana Ridge is lovely! The grounds are kept clean and manicured, there are abundant trees (including some gorgeous blooming ones), a sweet little nature trail through the complex, picnic areas, and an outdoor gazebo by the pool for grilling. The pool is amazing! It is vaguely lagoon-style, and it looks like it belongs in a resort. The fitness center is a bit small, but has most of the weights and machines you need, and people are very polite and cooperative. The amenity I see being used the most is the dog park, which is ample, and subdivided for large and small dogs. Ive never seen any problems there, and I walk past it a couple times a day.I live in a three bedroom unit: it is luxurious (for me, anyway) and gigantic! This is the only complex Ive ever seen where the rooms are actually bigger IRL than they appear to be in the floorplans and virtual tour! My apartment has a gorgeous sunset view of the Hill Country (even-numbered apartments have the best views), a large, deep balcony, a fireplace, modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and enough space for a small family. The walls are extremely thick, and I almost never hear anything except noises through the front door and the occasional cupboard slamming in the neighbors kitchen. In general, noise levels in the complex are quite low. In 18 months I have heard exactly one party: on a weekend, fairly quiet, and did not last long into the night.This complex is ideal for people working in tech: the whole Oak Hill/ Southwest Parkway tech area is within a short distance (although traffic is notoriously bad at the Oak Hill Y). The residents appear to be mostly in their 30s or 40s, probably most work in the tech industry. There are many small families just starting out: children are mostly pre-tween. Many many residents have dogs, and most owners are very considerate about keeping them on leash and cleaning up after them.The staff at Lantana Ridge is stellar! I have never had such a good experience with apartment maintenance. They are super friendly, very understanding and accommodating, and very effective. Whats more, I dont think Ive ever waited more than one business day for an appointment!One concern I do have is the cost. It is competitive with other nearby complexes... although Ive been told many of those are newer and slightly more fancy. As with everywhere in Austin, rents are rising, and I was faced with a 25% increase in rent last time I renewed. They were kind enough to cut me a break on this, which allowed me to stay.In short, I cannot recommend this complex highly enough. It is not perfect, but no apartments are. But it is a peaceful, gorgeous little corner of a gorgeous little area, full of positive energy. It might be less attractive to the younger crowd, but the 20-somethings Ive seen seem to be enjoying it just fine.

Moved in April 2018 - Maintenance staff is always super quick and leave a detailed note of what they fixed. The staff up front is helpful and kind, and they have late hours on certain days which is helpful. Pay your rent online with no fee if using your bank account number. The pool is beautiful and we always have a great time in the summer. Its a good mix of people there (families and younger people) The complex itself is pet friendly and they have doggie bags and trashcans all over the property, along with hiking trails. The office hosts on meet and greet and special events from time to time which is nice. Honestly I dont see how anyone could not rate this place a 5 stars.

We’ve been living at Lantana Ridge for almost a month. We loved our last apartment about 10 minutes closer to the city BUT we really wanted more space and the added few minutes to our drive is barely noticeable.Paige quickly greeted us on a busy day while the rest of the office was helping numerous other people. She was incredibly sweet and ready to show us the complex and a few units after we discussed what we were looking for. When you walk in to a new apartment complex’s main office and they actually greet you and are ready to help, it makes a big difference! I can’t tell you how many places we looked at where it was the exact opposite. So far, Lantana has shown they have a really great team!Paige answered all our questions and showed us around. We knew almost right away that we wanted to move here. Paige and the rest of the team made the move in process smooth & seamless. Maintenance quickly took care of a few minor things upon move in. They’ve all been super accommodating & have helped us with anything we’ve needed, including the logistics of moving in some of our larger furniture pieces!The apartment itself has been very well kept up with and it’s we’ve really been enjoying it so far. The complex is similar to our last in that it feels secluded but close to the city, and has also been well kept up with.

We are loving Lantana Ridge! Management is spectacular - Lizy and Kyra are so kind and helpful! It is nestled in a quiet area between the city and Bee Cave. Our drives are short and have the ability to have a city day or nature day or even suburban mall day! Its nice and quiet which is a big deal for us with lots of trails inside the apartment location.

Moved from out of state without seeing the apartment complex before hand, and was relieved to see that it really is just like the pictures! It was extremely easy and fast to secure an apartment online here. The staff was so friendly, thanks Kyra! The community is nice, gated, safe and well kept. The amenities are actually really nice too, unlike many other apartment complexes. They even have the fancy locker system for your mail to be delivered. Its a quiet area, and the location still keeps all the desirable austin attractions within a short drive. My only wish is that they had elevators, it was no fun moving up 4 flights of stairs. A jacuzzi would be nice for the cooler seasons too 😎. For the price and value though, I would certainly check this place out if you looking to move in the area. The lease terms are really flexible too, we did a 6 month lease which was only about $50 more per month than the year lease 👍🏼Overall, its been a great experience for us and would gladly recommend this place.

I love Gables Lantana Ridge so much! Its by far the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. The apartments are gorgeous and spacious and full of light, the complex is maintained and feels fresh & clean. The office staff are always friendly and communicative...Brandon and Kyra are lovely. Maintenance is timely and clean (no maintenance people leaving the space a mess after fixing something 💜). There are always wonderful little events going on--they kept us up to date with information, hydrated, and fed duing the Texas Snow Storm of 2021...Today is Earth day and theyre giving away herbs and succulents to residents! How cool is that?!?! Honestly, Im going to be heartbroken when my time here comes to an end. I couldnt recommend this place highly enough.

The good: property is very quiet. apartments are in reasonably good condition. plenty of parking. maintenance is usually carried out within 1-2 days.The bad: the traffic at the intersection of 290 and William cannon gets very backed up during rush-hour times (Especially trying to turn left onto 290 from William cannon). You could end up waiting 15-20 minutes at this one intersection. The appliances are a bit low-end (fridge and dishwasher, specifically). Thermal insulation does not seem very good. The AC/heat run pretty consistently in order to keep the place at a good temperature. Can make the electric bill a bit high.Overall: a good apartment if you value quiet and updated units. Just find an alternative commute route if you need to get to 290 in the morning.

Today was my last day after calling it home 6 wonderful years. I will love and cherish this place for the rest of my life. The staff is amazing, the pool is beautiful and your neighbors are kind and quiet. What I will miss the most is the natural landscape from the birds chirping,frogs,grass hopper at night to the rabbits and coyotes that come by. I hope the neighbor apt complexs do not cut more trees, as this area in oak hill is gem and should always remain that way. Thank you Lantana and apt 912 for 6 amazing years that I will never forget.

We recently moved to Austin from a 5000 people community! We had been to 4 other apartment complexes then hit this one on the way back to our small town. SOLD the moment we arrived. The staff was amazing!! The apartment was grand for the price!! The community just seemed perfect! Clean, friendly and most importantly homey!!! Been here 7 days and am in love with this place. Its perfectly placed just outside anything. With short driving distance to everything. We most definitely suggest checking it out if you looking for GREAT!!

My husband and I have been living here for almost exactly a month now. Even before our move-in, the staff here at Lantana Ridge have been INCREDIBLE in helping make our transition from Oregon to Texas as easy as possible. In particular, Taylor Tilinghast has gone above and beyond in helping support us in our transition prior to move-in as well as any issues that occurred after moving in. Taylor has provided us the best care and has been the MVP for us. The whole leasing office team has been supportive, warm, and kind even when an item was sent to the wrong apartment unit; they navigated solutions for us and made sure the package got to us quickly and easily! The best part of Lantana Ridge is hands down the office staff.

Lived here for nearly 2 years. The apartment complex is great, affordable and close to NXP, AMD, ARM and other companies. It is quiet, has excellent amenities and people in the community are friendly. I was never once worried about security here. The ladies at the front office are wonderful. I mainly interacted with Kyra, Jessica and Paige. They were always helpful and quick to correct anything brought to their attention. One of the best apartment complexes to live in, if not the best, in Oak Hill.

Moving into Lantana Ridge was a particularly challenging task for me. I was recovering from COVID-19 while trying to move a SUV full of belongings, my cat, & I (on my own) from Wyoming at the end of January. That said, the customer service representatives associated with Lantana Ridge truly minimized the stress for me.Specifically, Kyra Minnaert has been a blessing from the moment we first spoke on the phone. I had quite a few logistical types of questions, but she had a way of knowing what I was thinking & preparing/explaining information for me accordingly. Since meeting, Ive had a couple questions & concerns. Kyra has proven to be an accommodating, responsive, & supportive community manager. Hands down, the best management interaction Ive experienced in ~10 years of leasing a handful of places as I pursued school/becoming a vet.After living here well over a month now, theres one negative I cant leave out because its been significant:Since my second day here, the unit above me regularly blares a bass (which is difficult for me to understand -- why would any considerate person even have a bass in an apt unit with neighboring units whom are in close proximity/on top of each other? Its pretty obvious that it would only result in disturbing those nearby...) I am a music lover through & through, but I dont even hear a melodic component -- just thumping/bumping & the person yelling WHOO! at the top of their lungs every so often with the bass. It scares my cat (she hides) & it gives me headaches, so obviously thats not cool. It temporarily stopped for about a week, after I brought the issue to managements attention, which was nice.As a veterinarian pursuing specialty in neurology, Im acutely aware of the science behind how dysphoric/disturbing noise can negatively impact overall health; its a source of stress & can trigger malevolent reactions in the mind & body. I absolutely do not expect silence living in an apt complex, but I do expect neighbors to be respectful, decent, & considerate.If it werent for that, Id give 5 stars! Kyra M. definitely deserves 5 stars for being such an approachable, informative, & perceptive manager who communicates kindly & beautifully!!

Great place to live. Leasing office members are very diligent and nice (Jessica, Paige and Kyra). I lived here for about 9 months. The service staff attended to any maintenance request almost next day every time.

I moved from Oregon to Texas and did not have time to visit Texas to look for apartments. I work in housing so my expectations are rather high. I have worked with Kyra since day 1 and I have to stay it has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I just moved in and my apartment was clean and ready. Kyra was responsive with my many questions over the month leading up to my arrival. I will update further after living here longer.

Everything has been amazing since the day that I drove in to see a model apartment. The office staff are all wonderful. I love the parcel pending service that is offered. As well as the front door trash pick up!!! It has truly been a marvelous experience and I couldn’t be happier!
