    🐾 Lakeside Row is a doggone good place for us dogs. I like to roll around and play in the park. The leasing office gives me many treats and I must run there daily to get my fix (sorry about the drool on the ground). I applied for leasing agent, but I don’t have opposable thumbs to hold a pen, so they didn’t hire me ☹️. I recommend this place to us dogs. Convince your owners to move here.-Scarlett 🐾 🐕

    We moved into Lakeside Row in early December of 2022. We lived in the townhome section and loved it! Vaulted ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors and beautiful amenities. The team at Lakeside Row, started handing out wristbands for the pool in order to ensure that only residents used the pool, as so many other people were sneaking in to take advantage of the beautiful paid amenities. This was a major help and kept our pool just perfect for us tenantes. The community at Lakeside Row really benefited from the wristbands that Patricia and her team spearheaded. Whenever our family had an issue Madison, Alyssa, Patricia (and the rest of the team) were incredibly responsive and helpful. There were always fun events for the humans of Lakeside Row and even for their furry friends! We loved our time at Lakeside Row!

    If youre searching for a temporary home in Bridgeland, I highly recommend stopping by Lakeside Row to meet Kylie. She was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through all the available floor plans I wanted to explore. The apartments in Bridgeland are stunning, making my decision quite challenging. However, it was Kylies genuine care and kindness that truly made a difference in my choice. I feel confident that my family and I will be well taken care of when we move into this beautiful community in the coming days. Thank you, Kylie!

    Wonderful community with wonderful people!My fiancé, English bulldog and I adore this property!While there were initial issues of residents not cleaning up after their dogs, and leaving trash after throwing parties. The property has done a great job cracking down on this inappropriate behavior!We plan on staying here for the foreseeable future!

    I went to take a tour earlier today and Emily & Gabby were so sweet and helpful! They answered all my questions, informed me well on the area, and were so welcoming. Their energy was amazing and Gabby is still new but she was crushin it. Give these ladies a raise!!👏🏾👏🏾

    Lakeside row is a beautiful community. Ive only been here two months but its very peaceful. The leasing office is constantly fulfilling residents needs while also going the extra mile to provide us with opportunities to win fun prizes.     Friendliest front office staff weve ever encountered! Our lease application was fast and furious as we had to relocate from a different city for work very quickly. Very thsnkful for how smooth the process was and how welcoming the community is to our two dogs!

    A great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is awesome and is rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. Also, when I don’t have time to make coffee or go to Starbucks i get to make the best coffee at our club house! I love the convenience of the elevator too aswell as living along a neighborhood with parks and trails.

    Great place to live in a great area. I really appreciate that the common areas are always clean, especially the onsite grills. The staff is on top of everything. I love the outdoors so the nearby trails and parks are a huge plus. It’s convenient that you can access the lakeside trail from the complex.

    I have lived here for 10 months. Great experience with amenities, nearby parks, and the people I met. The sense of community has been the most impressive and appreciated part of living here. However, my experience with lease renewal/moving out has not been great. I recommend having clarity and simplicity in the process and communication.

    We came from overseas to Houston in an intercompany move and found on Lakeside Row the best place to live. Since the first contacts pre-leasing until now, living here, we didnt have any problem. Everything ran smoothly. It´s a very familiar atmosphere and the staff is always there to help you if you need. We recommend 100%.

    I would first like to start off by saying that Lakeside Row deserves 10 stars if that were possible! I’ve had such a pleasant experience thus far! The entire Lakeside Row staff are truly angels sent down from heaven! I have never lived at a place so quiet and welcoming. I also must add that the maintenance crew does a great job at keeping all the residences happy. Anytime I need anything fixed, it gets done! I’ve recommended several family and friends who are currently looking into making this their new home! My 5 month old Yorkie has made quite a few friends at the dog park and is having the best time of his life! If you’re looking for heaven on earth with also a “resort feel,” this is definitely the place to be!

    I have not moved into this apartment yet, but I will be here next month! I just wanted to comment about the grounds and the whole experience from the tour to signing my lease. Long story short, the grounds are BEAUTIFUL!! Like nothing else you’ve ever seen here in Texas. Yes, the units are rather small, but I also feel I’m a bit bias since I’ve been in a house the last 3 years. BUT the amenities make up for what they lack in square footage. The pool is so serene and that view is only something I’ve been able to get in Austin and now it’s right downstairs from where I live. Not only that, but the playroom in the workout room…😳🤯🤯 that is what sold it for me! Well that and how AMAZING Madison was!! She was so friendly and welcoming that I immediately went home and applied for the apartment. She hands down has the BEST customer service and makes you feel like she wants you to be there. She was honest about all of my questions and even toured the property with me a second time days later so I could be 100% sure I was making the right decision for my family and I. Chris was also a pleasure to work with via phone and was very accommodating in answering any and all of my questions or concerns. Overall it has been a great experience so far and I can’t wait to move in!!! I will update after I have moved in if anything changes! 😊😊

    We really like it here, everything is nice and clean. The only issue we had with the place was the recurring false fire alarms but those ended a while ago and we’ve had no other problems at all!Editing to say: We are renewing our lease again! We want to thank Chris for helping us make that possible. My husband had a great call with him where he was extremely helpful and polite. We’ve had no issues and the community here is outstanding, I’m so glad we get to spend another year here.

    Love, love living here at Lakeside Row, Beautiful area, lots of amenities to enjoy. Our “smart” apartment is very nice and modern, we love it. Great customer service from all of the staff especially Yolanda who helped us with our transition from day one and was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns we had prior to moving here from California. We were new to the area, and were very pleased with the fact that there are several options for shopping, dining as well as other services within just a few miles from here. We are very happy we chose to reside here at Lakeside Row- The Residences.

    This complex is great! The common areas are perfect for gatherings with bbq pits and seating. The pool is next level with the lounge seats in the water. Everything is always well maintained and so clean. I highly recommend this place!

    I love living at Lakeside Row! First of all the amenities are fantastic! Its always clean and quiet here. The best though is the location- I LOVE having access to walk around the lakes in Bridgeland. They are always having fun activities here. For example, Im attending a spa night next week- how fun is that?! I definitely recommend Lakeside Row Apartments!

    I love this apartment complex SO much. It’s not like any other apartment complex in Cypress & doesn’t even compare to the other apartments in Bridgeland (which I recently lived at). The location is very safe, which was my #1 reason of looking at this apartment complex. I fell in love with everything when I first toured.Everything is brand new, modern, and super clean. The community center is amazing! I love the library area and the gym is very clean and decently sized. They also have a Pilates room and kids room attached to the gym which is awesome if you have kids. The outdoor games are a lot of fun & I use the outdoor kitchen every weekend to grill my meal prep.A huge plus was that moving was a breeze with the elevator. Everything fit- including my queen mattress and couch!Daniel & Taylor are both amazing at their jobs and are always a pleasure to talk to.I don’t think I’ll ever regret moving here. I am so excited to go home everyday!

    Wow! Respectful, professional and humble. Jay Hernandez such amazing customer service. You go above and beond to make one feel at home.     By far one of the most beautiful properties I have seen. Great amenities and the renovations are worth the wait! The staff at the leasing office are awesome. I toured with Tayler R. She was very informative and answered all my questions during my tour, plus very nice and fun all around! Everyone at the office as well is really awesome and the resident parties that they offer for the community are a blast!

    My husband and I are so excited to make Lakeside Row our new home! The lakeside row staff is exceptional! Especially Taylor Duncan! She has been with us every step of the way! From touring, to picking a floor plan she has been so helpful and patient with our crazy flip flopping schedule! We are counting down the days til we move in!The unit we picked has everything we have been looking for at a reasonable price from the upgraded countertops to the back splash and stainless steal appliances, everything is top notch.

    Amazing! Amazing ! Amazing! Resort feel like homes, with such great amenities, pool table, swimming pool, corn hole and the different land marks to watch your favorite shows or sport on the big screens. Also has a gym with a kids room that caters to the kid’s themselves, like Disney plus , coloring books board games just for the Kiddos, that’s something you don’t see. I love it here and I’m all ready making plans to extend my lease and I just signed not to long ago lol... definitely a must see property!

    I literally was shopping around for weeks because i am really picky. I honestly almost renewed my lease downtown until my tour with Jasmen. Very professional, transparent and honest. She made that experience very easy for me and honestly the idea of being able to rely on someone like that when it comes to my day to day living concerns is something not so easily found. Trust me, I’ve been under some terrible management.

    Discovered almost accidentally while searching for Cypress-area apartments to tour, Lakeside Row was not only the first I visited, but it remained at the top of the list after comparing it to two other good candidates.Beautifully designed, the property evokes images of a large estate or high-end hotel from the distance. Located in what will be, upon completion, the very heart of the master-planned community of Bridgeland, its just under a mile away from the Grand Parkway... close enough for quick access, but far enough to minimize traffic noise.Its hard to give credit to any one aspect of why I decided to lease here, for there are so many. First of all, my leasing agent, Taylor, has been a trooper in helping to answer many questions and work out a few kinks. The well-designed and thought-out amenities from the pool to the clubhouse to the multiple outdoor meeting areas are great, the elegance of the apartment design and higher-end appliances are a plus, as are the fiber internet and high-tech throughout. The adjacent Josey Lake and its beautiful landscaping and endless trails are definitely a plus, as is residency in Bridgeland including full access to its parks and community amenities.Come check it out. If you like nature, elegance, and the latest in technology all in the same place -- you wont be disappointed.

    I haven’t moved in yet because I am waiting for a 1 bedroom to open up but I just want to say the staff here have been so nice and even though I’m not a resident, they have been trying their best to make me a resident ASAP. They reply to emails and let me know if something becomes available, such as a one bedroom with attached garage. Unfortunately I’m not looking for a garage but it feels good to know that they are still trying to help. I read some of the reviews and I just want to say that the one star reviews seem to come from people who have tried to work here and didn’t get the job. Very unprofessional and not classy at all. I’ve had nothing but good experiences since I’ve been in contact with these guys. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

This the best customer service I’ve received a in looong Time, and He was not only super special with me and my Family, but He was by himself in the office on a Sunday and I witnessed the awesome service that He gave to the other 2 families that wanted a tour Also, we waited about 20-30 min for our tour (while He was showing the property to another couple) but he made sure that we understood why we were waiting and gave us property brochures and unit floor plans, so we can have a better idea of the property.Once tour stared, He listened to our needs, Specially having a super active 4 year old lol! who likes to move around and jump around the house! He showed us many options according to our conversation and the space and accommodation that we were looking for. privacy but freedom for my son also, we felt that He really care about us, thanks to that our transition from a home to an apartment will be easier! Thanks Daniel.PROPERTY: The location is AMAZING, Being part of Bridgeland gave any tenant the opportunity to enjoy a great community, schools are excellent and super close to the complex.The apartments are so luxurious, spacious and have many great amenities, some of them with amazing views and other with the convenience of having your own garage or your own small back yard, the one we liked is locate on the second floor NO neighbors down just our garage with no neighbors above either, yay! Just what we were looking For !!!Common areas like pool, courtyards, and walking trails by the lake are beautiful, and the club house is separated from the leasing office which is really unique, and provide a more private experience for tenants,Plus the fact that all the units are Brand New makes it more special.With all of those amenities and more, I would say the price is very competitive and fair.I can ‘t wait to move here and update my review as tenant, which I’m sure we’ll have great experience living at #lakesiderowtheresidence

    My wife and I moved out here early Jan 2020. Daniel and Taylor were super helpful in accompanying our needs and making our move special. They are truly special in customer service. Definitely recommend moving out here. The location is epic with multiple trails and the lakeside view.

    Very nice! They are luxury apartments! They have a rule that you can’t smoke on your patio. To me I think that’s crazy because you’re spending a lot of money to live here and should be able to do as you please.

    I love it here the place is nice and secure its beautiful from the inside and out I been here since 2020 and every staff member I have seen and go is amazing all the staff in that office are good people I advise this place to any body looking for a home
