I have lived here for 6 years: before I lived here for 4, so I have been thru all the management I can say with my experience with Erica, Marilyn, and Lacy all are very nice and will talk any issue out with you. This has been my experience. Have had issue with my apartment but Erica was on it, and helped solve all issues. Pretty quiet in the space I am,hear a few dogs barking but not noisy, our neighbors all respect each other. Any issues I have so far has been taken care of. You have to give everyone a chance, they have worked with me and so I will work with them. The location is what works for me, they really are nice people in the office, never experienced any rudeness from them.

The staff here at Lakeside apartments is incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and quick to answer any questions you may have. The community is safer than ever, and I truly couldnt be happier living here. Over the years, I’ve had no issues at all. I used to live at Lakeside Apartments a year ago and I want to give a shoutout to Marelyn, the new manager! She was a lifesaver, helping me sort out my past due balance and even getting my full deposit back from months ago , which I thought was lost. Marelyn is super attentive and always on top of things. I really appreciate how she answers all my questions and follows up quickly. If only everyone could be as helpful as she is! Highly recommend!

Lacy is great to work with and extremely responsive when your becoming acquainted with the complex. She answered all of my questions and met with me twice to tour.Ive lived here for a month and overall the complex isnt terrible and its not luxury, however, for the pricing and location its great. The renovated units are very well done. The original ones are still pretty good themselves. Ive experienced drainage issues, appliances not working, ants in my closet, maintenance requests going unanswered for nearly two weeks.After contacting via email they got the ball rolling and had nearly everything taken care of. Erica has been amazing at following up and ensuring everything is taken care of in a timely manner which is greatly appreciated. Given its under new management Im hoping theyre working through the issues they have been left with to make the complex better for all residents to make this truly a great place to live.

Tbh it has not always been the best experience living here since 2020, but I must say it has drastically improved! The office management and maintenance team is awesome! They communicate effectively and everyone on the maintenance team handles work orders efficiently. They are all super nice!Unfortunately, we recently had to move because we needed more space, but if they had 3-4 bedrooms we definitely would not have gone anywhere. The location is great.I think they should do some nice landscaping and paint the exterior though to brighten it up a bit.Lastly, shout out to Cindy who has kind of been there since we moved in and she is very caring.

The Property looked very nice and welcoming when I drove in. When I walked in I was greeted by such an amazing/ welcoming person Mrs. Hernández. She answered all my questions that I wanted to know, and was very helpful and professional. The Apartments are a great size and very affordable. Mrs. Hernandez helped me out when I came in search of an apartment. She was very helpful. Im definitely looking forward to move in to this beautiful complex.

New management is great. They are professional and understand the needs of residents who have lived there for a decade. There are alot of resident parking (depending on the area) as well as visitors parking. It is easy to get visitors parking as long as you follow the instructions that are posted throughout the complex apartments.I wish they have more events like in previous years, under old management. These were fun gatherings in the clubhouse that allow residents to get news in a monthly manner and a good way to meet neighbors.The entering and exiting of the property could be dangerousal at times. So, becareful when driving. Although there are stop signs, drivers do not stop and keep driving at high speed. Improvements will be appreciated (like the new gate systems to open the gate?)Thank you

My husband and I relocated to a lakeside apartment from New York recently, and I have to say that it has been an exceptional experience for us, especially considering the long distance move and paperwork involved. Erica, one of the managers at the lakeside leasing office, has been incredibly supportive, working closely with us, warmly welcoming us and assisting in making our move as seamless as possible. We are grateful for her efforts in reducing the stress of our move. Needless to say, we are thoroughly enjoying our apartment - it is clean, spacious, and the surroundings are wonderful. We appreciate the peace and tranquility of the area while still being close to the city of Dallas. We highly recommend it!

I moved in a few weeks ago and every step of the way was smooth. I worked on my application with Erica but the entire staff was extremely helpful in the process of me collecting all the documents I needed to get approved. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. So many things to do around the apartments when you’re stuck at home. When I had a minor issue the staff was happy to help and fix it. I love it here.

Just moved in! Lacey has been so helpful with the whole process and made sure we got the apartment we wanted, and helped navigate some technical difficulties on our end. Apartment looks beautiful with so much storage! Cant wait to use the pool overlooking the lake. So far the neighbors weve met have been very nice and welcoming too!

Just want to give a huge shoutout to Henry and Benny (the maintenance team). My AC went out one day and they were able to fix my AC the next day. They were very courteous and professional in fixing. Ive lived here for 5 years, and havent had any complaints living here. The office staff has been very helpful when I have questions or need anything. And honestly, the location of this apartment can get you anywhere within 20 minutes! Thank you again

Lakeside Apartments are the best value in Midtown IMHO. Scenic lake views, useful amenity spaces, great dining and entertainment within in walking distance. The apartments are very spacious. You have to see these to believe how much you get for your money. Id have to say one of the best all around bang for the buck apartment communities in all of DFW. Would recommend to anyone looking for a large unit in a great location without the A-property premium price tag.

My roommate and I just moved into Lakeside Apartments and it is super homey, spacious, and the apartments are clean! Also maintenance is on top of it at this place which is super important. It is very difficult to find affordable and nice apartments in Dallas but these are really great and I highly recommend! Plus it is close to a bunch of nice restaurants, a traders joes, coffee shop, and just has everything you need within a 10 mile radius! I have never done a Google review before but I feel this place and the management deserve some recognition! Also shout out to Belinda and Brittany that helped us with our approval process! They were super helpful and kind in getting us into the apartments and I’m super grateful for their help!

We have lived here 6 years and seen several management companies come and go, We are very disappointed to hear that the staff will be leaving again. They are not perfect but who is!!! The Manager is very direct and honest and Im sure most people dont like that but at least she doesnt sit in the office all day she actually gets out to help everyone. Office staff helps where they can they are always dealing with multiple complaints but its with a smile. One manager speaks Spanish so she is always helpful. I guess we will be here through another transition thank you for all your help this far we appreciate all the help

I went to the office on July 24th to. View a 2 bedroom unit, I was greated by Ciara who was the property manager she was super busy with multiple people in the office but she still made me feel welcome gave me water and they had some really good snacks if I may say so. I viewed the unit which was very nice she was. Very honest about the property and made me feel extremely welcome. I cant wait to become a resident here. I definitely will recommend this place, The love this young lady has for the community is amazing and made me very excited.

I want to start by saying I just moved it it was a rocky start!! My AC didn’t work 48 hours after moving in I called the emergency line and the guy Mr.Scott was at my door in less than 15 minutes he was amazing it was a temporary fix but it got me through the night. I was impressed with the fact that The community Manager who is a woman was carrying a portable AC up the stairs to my door she was so sweet made sure myself and my children were as cool as possible she even brought popsicles for us that was a sweet touch. I have lived in this community for almost 3 years. I have had few issues while living here. The new management is making improvements to better the community. The staff in the office is always helpful and the maintenance guys are prompt and very friendly! They occasionally host events to unite the residents who live here. Pest control comes regularly which is great because living by the lake was a concern for bugs, but I haven’t had an issue with them. Parking can sometimes be hard if you get home late but it’s not really an issue since they have enforced towing in resident parking spots. Most importantly, as a single woman, I feel safe in the community and have made friends with several neighbors. The lake and dog park area are nice and calming, and it is nice to have that connection with nature! Overall, recommend living here!

Ive been here a couple of years, its always quiet around my area. I didnt like the rent increase upon my last renewal because these arent luxury apartments. I spoke with the manager about it, and he explained some things and it made sense. It is nice to see our amenities getting updated. Hopefully things continue to improve.

Coming to this location I was a bit concerned the outside is deceiving. Once I was inside it was definitely a diamond in the ruff. I was greeted by a sweet girl by the name of Kayla she was so full of personality. I was then greeted by the community manager who wasn’t shy at all she was very down to earth and answered all of my concerns very honestly. I am moving into my new place on the 11th and I feel very comfortable with the fact that she was such a tough cookie that she is all over things. I did see her board and there were several AC’s that was a bit concerning but once I saw her actually walking the property herself while I was driving around checking the place out and the way she showed concern but you can see she was being very honest with the residents who walked in I was very happy.

**Ask for Gabby. Shes amazing!**I almost didnt move here because of the reviews. The reviews in my opinion do not properly reflect the experience of living here. I do not regret having moved. I think the issues at this complex have more to do with some of the residents who lack courtesy and respect. Everytime Ive needed something theyve obliged. The maintenance guys are fast, responsive, and thorough. There is also new management who Ive personally interacted with many times and she couldnt have been nicer. Theyve instituted a towing policy which we didnt have before and people would have too many guests and leave no parking for residents. Now we have many more parking spaces for the people who actually pay to live here. Ive never so much as seen a bug in my unit and the pest control company is here frequently. What I have noticed is the residents seem to be a big part of the problem. Whether its people not picking up after their dogs, or leaving trash at the pool, being loud outside after hours, and smoking in their units when they shouldnt be and my pregnant wife smelling it, it would seem to me that if there is any issues at this place its with the people who live here not the ones who work here. To be honest I wouldnt want to work here simply because I wouldnt want to interact with some of the residents. I love this place. Glad I moved here. Now if only some people would just move out.

At present, I have been a resident for 5 years. I love my apartment, and I love working with Gabby by far! There are a lot of great benefits to living here. 1. The location is awesome. The mall traffic can be a little annoying, but you are in the best spot to visit the shops and local eateries. 2. The staff has always delivered 5star service since weve lived here. Even when things have gone wrong, the management has always treated me with respect and made sure we felt like our problem was resolved. 3. I can also say, they are great about finding fun activities and cool events to celebrate. I love the sense of community our apartment management strives to cultivate. AND 4. My last and best reason is value. I have compared my rent in the area every leasing cycle, and consistently I have the best deal at Lakeside. I have a good sized 2 bedroom/2 bath and I pay a few hundred dollars less than all of the surrounding locations. Oh! I have to mention the maintenance staff! I have never had a more dedicated maintenance staff. They are always out doing something. I have not had to wait more than a business day (for a major fix) ever!! If there is something small, they will have you fixed in a snap. They are also the friendly face of the staff. Because they are always out working, you see them a lot. But every time you see them, they smile and say, Hello! You guys are the best!

Akeside at Northpark is seriously such an awesome place to live. I moved to Dallas from LA in March for work. And unexpectedly the company I worked for just shut down in June and every single employee was shorted a whole months pay well never see. Luckily I recently found a new job, but Ive definitely been struggling financially for the past two months. The management team here at Lakeside has been so understanding!! Lauren and Dixie gave me an extension on my rent after I spoke with them and let them know about my situation. You couldnt ask for a better property management team! They are always friendly and always available. And whats more is that the apartments are modern with updated amenities and its affordable!! The facilities are fantastic - I use the pool, jacuzzi and workout center regularly and everything is always well taken care of and never overcrowded. I honestly love living at Lakeside at Northpark!! And thanks to Lauren and Dixie, I still do!!

I really like living here. The facilities are nice and kept relatively clean. I feel safe walking my dog and theres a nice dog park for him to run around in. I get along with neighbors and I like that management has resident events. Recently, there was a mix-up with some paperwork that wasnt handled correctly (on their part) when I initially moved in last year that made me skeptical but it was sorted out and no further action was needed. Proper handling of vital paperwork is super important (also stressful on the residents part) and the reason Im giving 4/5 stars. Their maintenance is quick and usually gets service requests done the same day or the day after. Overall, Lakeside is a comfortable place to live.

I have been living here for over half a year and, overall, I love it. Here is a run-down of Pros and Cons:Pros:- Super nice staff! They know who I am, and are very friendly.- Nice location. Preston Hollow is getting more and more developed, and having Trader Joes right across the street is a lifesaver (their $2 wines are actually amazing...). In addition, you have easy access to 75 for going North and South, and 635 for going East and West. Its also right next to the DART, which is also a con... The pond is actually very tranquil and nice, and though it is quite dirty...- The apartment themselves are fairly nice, especially for the...- Price is great- Pools are very nice, but vary in quality (there are 3, one is REALLY nice, others not so much)- Gym: Its a pro and a con, because it was fairly small, but has an amazing view of the pond, so I cant complain too much :)Cons:- Noise: It is right near the DART, so the noise can be loud depending on where your apartment is. The people are generally not too loud, but the occasional screaming or a cars blaring subs are there. Nothing too bad though.- They force you to pay $40(?) a month for cable, even if you dont want it and wont use it...- I have seen multiple cars that were victim of hit and runs in the complex. Im not talking about small dings, but police had to come. One time, there were MULTIPLE cars all smashed. The person must have been very intoxicated... This isnt mainly complexs fault, but the residents really need to be more careful.- Maintenance: Any calls I have made have been taken care of, but a couple of times, I had to call multiple times in order to get the work done. It generally seems more of miscommunication instead of ignoring me, so I wouldnt count it too much against them. They are always very nice and apologetic if there is an issue.- Rules: There are sometimes, what I would consider, stupid rules that are enforced fairly strictly. For example, you are only allowed to have 2 guests per apartment in the pool area... I understand if it is busy, you dont want too many people, but if there is no one else there, am I not allowed to have 4 friends out there with me? They will generally send a passive aggressive email to you about it if they see it.Overall: I would recommend living here, if you want to live in a nice location on a budget. If you have the money, there are definitely nicer places. The staff is great, the place is good, and the price is great.

I have lived here for 2 years and just renewed my lease for another 12 months. New management took over the property late last year and they are very involved with the community, friendly, and professional so far. I really like that they are putting together a lot of community events for us to enjoy and get to know the office staff on a more personal level instead of only seeing them when I have to pay rent, pick up a package...etc. They seem to genuinely care. I LOVED the doggy appreciation day. It really showed a lot of creativity and kindness from the office staff to come up with this idea. I brought my dog there and they had cute treats and toys for us to take home...My dog even made a new friend at the party for play dates!!

Lakeside Apartment thank you for this amazing experience! Lakeside Apartment has been so great an hands on with me from day one. Augustina was the first person I met in the leasing office and she was so eager about my move and very patient and determined to make sure that it happened. Although things have been chaotic and life is at a stand still Lakeside apartment has still been working very hard to accommodate the residents and keeps us safe I couldn’t be more happier than I am with my decision to stay here. Lakeside at North Park deserves 5 stars, hands down. This was my first time leasing an apartment and the staff was always so professional, nice and patient with me. One of the leasing consultants, Florencia, made my experience a smooth and comfortable process.I listed all of my personal preferences for my Roomate and I. We desired:-Spacious floor plan-both rooms evenly dispersed-Patio-Updated appliances-Hardwood floors-Washer and dryerOnce the model apartment was shown to us we were instantly impressed. We have been in our apartment a little over a month now and I have no complaints. I am so excited to say I choose a safe, fun and affordable complex to live in. The bonus perks of lakeside are valet trash and I love how they focus on community by hosting fun meetings and prizes. I would high recommend.

Looking for a great place to stay look no further Lakeside at north park is it. I love our property management team and our swell staff of leasing consultants I have love on the property not once but twice. Like ever place there are disagreements and downfalls but here they handle everything with decency and in order. Our lead maintenance guy is very attentive and aware of every issue on property and makes sure that it’s taken care of FAST where can you find that! Living here is amazing trust me! If your looking for a piece of mind safe place for your kids and a place too call home look no further Lakeside of Northpark is it! LOOK AND LEASE! It’s time

Living here for the past 9 months has been amazing!!!! The staff is super friendly and whenever there is a maintenance issue it is taken care of respectfully and right away. The apartment complex is very pet friendly and even has a dog park that my dog loves to run around. The pricing for this complex is affordable and the location is very convenient and is close it North Park Mall and easy to get to and from. This is an older complex but it is well maintained. Gabby from the leasing office is always so friendly and welcomes me with a smile and how have you been each time that I go into the office. The only downside I would say is the parking. In some areas of the complex parking is taken up pretty quickly. But that is nothing if you are looking for an affordable place with great amenities then Lakeside at NorthPark is the place to check out.

Dont believe the bad reviews, I own 4 houses and renters always complain about everything no matter how great the establishment is. I was in the Army and have lived in 9 different states, this apartment complex is by far the best Ive even had. They accommodate everything you need and the repair team is fast and does great work. When the business center printer ran out of toner, they personally printed everything I needed in the office. Love it here.

If you are looking for your next home, look no further. Lakeside North Park Apartments are fabulous and I highly recommend anyone. This is the first apartment complex I’ve lived in where the office personnel and Management are extremely professional and really care about their residents. I love the cleanliness of the grounds, the mature tress give lots of shade, the neighbors are very welcoming. I Absolutely love living here!!

Every place has its pros and cons but the way management handles things with top precision outweighs it all for me.First off, LaCrisha the ASM is a godsend and I dont know how this place would operate without her. She has helped me with so many issues in the past year whether it was rent payment, portal glitches, rude neighbors, maintenance issues, you name it. They know life happens and they work to accommodate you in any way they can.Maria was also great and helped me through every step of the application process and was upfront about pricing, unlike most places.Maintenance is great and all service requests happen within a day. I even had an emergency one night where my toilets stopper burst at 1 am and flooded my entire bathroom. They were in my apartment within 15 minutes of my emergency call and replaced the broken part right then and there. Most places where Ive paid more wouldnt have done that.Parking can get a little crowded at night after 11 pm but youll find a spot thats not too far from your apartment.Gym is decent if you are creative with your workouts and like to use free weights rather than machines.The apartments are old but renovated with a cute marble chimney and nice finishes.You really get what you pay for if youre not trying to pay an arm and a leg compared to the Dallas prices skyrocketing and the location is so good, being right across from Trader Joes, DnB, CVS, 5 minutes from Northpark.

I’ve never had any issues here! My boyfriend and I moved here a few months ago and we love it! The only bummer is the parking but everything else makes the parking not a big deal. The interior is very nice and it was the best apartment we came across in our budget which is a steal! They answer to your problems by either the same day or the next, unless you requested a specific day! And there is THREE pools! What’s not to love

Ive been living here since February 2014 in a two bedroom...so far no complaints really. They just renovated the apartments, so I like that things look a bit newer than before. Living rooms are pretty spacious with a dining area/den (not sure what to call it) thats connected to the kitchen is really spacious as well. Bedrooms are very spacious as well. Patios are nice, but for sure not a place to grill, not because of policy. Even if they allowed us to grill in the patio, I wouldnt because its covered and youll have a patio full of smoke. The building I live in also has a gate to the patio, so its like a private patio entry (LOTS you could do with that, we have a couch to chill and drink...among other things). Pools are really nice, especially the main pool which over looks the lake that has a fountain in it and an area to relax and have a party. All the pools seem to have two large stainless steel grills. Very pet friendly apartment complex, people walk their dogs all the time. Guest parking is okay, I guess, depending where you stay. I stay right next to the guest parking, so Im good with that. Ive thrown several parties with a large number of people come through with no real problems. They do tow your car, but theyve sent out like 3-4 reminders of the fact in the time Ive been here, so I dont blame them. Some drawbacks, the bedroom (at least in the apartment I live in) doesnt have an Ethernet wall jack, which kinda sucks and indicates that the building may be somewhat old. Recently, there have been a number of mosquitoes, but I suppose it can be expected due to the whether. One of the security guards here, this older gentleman, is not very friendly at all! He treated us like he was the police and demanded some of my guests to leave during a party. My complaint isnt necessarily that he stopped the party, just the way he did it. He was very offensive banging on our door, yelling at my guests with no fore-warning, and was acting like he was the police, after asking his name, he walked away. Other than that, these apartments are pretty nice! Especially for those who are younger and working.

I lived here for the earlier part of this year (unfortunately I fell on hard times and had to move) and one thing I can say is this is one of the BEST apartments I ever lived at. Maintenance was fast, I mean my work order was done within 3-4hrs after putting it in! LaCrisha and Summer do all they can to work with you. Lacrisha is easy to talk to and keeps it real!! The complex and pools are always kept clean and the location is perfect! Even with me moving out they were still delightful and wished me luck. If I could move there again I would!!P.S. If you see something negative about tho place just know its probably from a mad ex-tenant who will be unhappy anywhere they go!

Im so glad I moved here. The staff are amazing, they have been so gracious and understanding with anything that comes up, maintenance is professional and prompt and fix things that you dont even ask them to while they are there. The community is clean and quiet, very centrally located and has beautiful grounds. The only downfall is thin floors where you do tend to hear the person above you but honestly its a small annoyance for a wonderful place to live.

I just moved in about 2 weeks ago. I am not sure about the company who managed them before but the new management is amazing. I met Andy the part time marketing manager who rented me my apt. He was funny and very helpful, I have rented apts before but Andy was by far the nicest down to earth guy. If you are considering renting here ask for him. I am happy with my choice as I work, I also received a discount for working at Presby ! Plus my apt is fully upgraded and community is gated which was a big thing on my list.
