    Amazing, gorgeous, friendly property ever. The front office go above and beyond for you. They are always there to help when the residents need it. Josh is an absolute amazing worker. Super super friendly. Everyone in the office is great! The property is absolutely beautiful and the price is great especially for the area. You are close to everything, walking distance to great food, to the stores, and bars.

    Amazing place to live at an affordable price! I love living so close to the walking trail, and having restaurants and shopping nearby. The maintenance team is so friendly and quick to respond, even with the little things that come up. The front office staff are super nice and inviting, making this feel like a true home. Ive only lived here for less than a year and have plans to stay!

    The apartment is really nice, it is located on a corner of the building so the space it is big for my wife, me and a baby. The common areas are always ok and the neighbors are very nice always. The community seems to be super pet friendly.

    Have lived here for the last year and has been one of my most favorite experiences for apartment living! From the managers to the leasing, they are all so sweet and always helpful. The maintenance team gets work orders taken care of in a timely manner and are very knowledgable. You also can’t beat this location and pricing, being a two block walk to the lake while having a food truck park close by as well as our favorite neighborhood coffee shop just down the street. You get to know your neighbors here and make long lasting connections which I find not very common in my prior apartment homes. Stop by the front office and ask for Josh, he’ll help you find a great apartment home that you’ll just fall in love with!

    Yo, their website is easy to use. The floor plans are HUGE. The property is AMAZING. And the staff is Top Notch! Super close to the trail with all of the luxury amenities! THANK YOU LSP!

    It is such a beautiful, friendly community. The front office staff are amazing and so friendly. They go above and beyond for the residents. The maintenance are fast and friendly. They work so hard to keep the community beautiful. The residents are so nice, and the pets are the best. It is located by lady bird (walking distance) with all the food trucks and bars of riverside close by. It is just a short drive to downtown and also the airport.

    The team here at Lakeshore Pearl is spectacular. The leasing staff (Angie, Yasmin, Joshua and Jasmine) all go out of their way to handle any issue that arises. I love talking to Maria out and about through the complex. And the maintenance team responds immediately for any and all requests.The amenities played a HUGE role for the reason that I moved here; the Business Center being the first and foremost.

    Great place to live and play. The entire team of office staff especially their Manage Angie is very personable. The community is well kept and I have enjoyed living here. Maintenance is quick and gets the request done. Great place to call home.

    Having lived here about a year now, I couldnt recommend a more hospitable place to call home. I moved here from out of state and was a bit nervous about how I would like living in Austin, but Lakeshore Pearl has quickly become my favorite apartment Ive ever lived in. The location is phenomenal, everything I need is within a 15 minute drive. Friendly, quick, and accommodating staff both in the leasing office and the maintenance crew; they really make you feel comfortable and at home. If youre apartment hunting and find yourself at Lakeshore Pearl, you wont regret it.

    I moved into LSP back in May, as several of my friends live here, and I am so happy I moved here. The building is in a great location, has great amenities, and the community is fantastic. Angela F in the office is the best! She is so helpful and sweet in comparison to the people who ran the office in my last building. I feel like the management really cares about making sure we have a great experience living here, even though the building is a little dated they are constantly updating things around the building. They also support community bonding which I really appreciate. Love it here at LSP!

    Been here for almost a year and really enjoy living here. We opted for a smaller sized unit, but the tall ceilings make it feel larger and more spacious. Even though we had more in person events pre-covid, they still provide great community perks such as Grab ‘n Go happy hour and paint nite. The main office staff is super helpful and Kaylyn is great at making sure we feel taken care of. Also love the maintenance staff! They are so friendly and take care of issues promptly.

    Moved in yesterday: Even though it’s Day 2, I have to say, I absolutely love it here. I was eager to move out of my last apartment and despite the fact I was looking months before my previous lease ended, the staff at Lakeshore Pearl have been amazing! I was updated when units that fit my criteria became available, and the whole process has been effortless. Molly is a literal angel! She without a doubt cares about the residents here and has been very communicative and informative along the way.The area is amazing - SO MANY DOGS!! The amenities are to die for and the location is perfect for me. I don’t expect my stay here at Lakeshore Pearl to be a short one, and I’m definitely looking forward to my experience here! 110/10 would recommend!

    I met with Yasmin for a tour, she was so professional and kind. She really took her time to walk me through everything while clearly communicating to me what this property has to offer. She answered any and all questions that I had with honesty so I left this tour with no hesitations!!! I definitely recommend meeting with Yasmin if you are interested in this place :)

    I was touring communities near Riverside for my next home and met with Yasmin… I believe she was one of the managers and I have such a great experience touring with her. She took the time to really understand what I am looking for an wasn’t a pushy sales person! Unfortunately, what was available wouldn’t work for me, but will definitely keep them on my list next time I’m looking to move!

    I tell everyone I meet in Austin looking for an apartment how great Lakeshore Pearl is. I had never previously lived in an apartment that actually has a sense of community, but this place definitely does. Angela in the front office is the sweetest and most helpful girl and all my friends in the apartment love her. She helps answer any questions, gives our dogs treats and even helps plan bangin LSP pool parties! On top of that, the price is very reasonable for the area. If you are able to get a spot here (getting harder, I know) dont think twice!

    Went to look at an apartment, Very Spacious, Clean, And they also had Great/Useful Facilities!! What I lived most was I was I felt welcomed by the staff. Greeted with a smile and treated with utmost hospitality, answered all my questions and definitely left a great impression. Definitely a “top list” landing spot in the future for me

    I unfortunately had to move home to California to take care of my parents during COVID, but this complex is the only apartment complex where Ive truly loved living. Kaylyn and Laura were the absolute greatest with both myself and my dog. I had never seen my dog sprint so fast down the stairs to see anyone like she sprinted to see Kaylyn and Laura. They made both of us truly feel at home. There are so many great resident activities, incredible amenities, and the management itself is fantastic. I recommend anyone looking to move to Austin to move here, and if Im ever looking to move back to an apartment in Austin, Lakeshore is my first choice.

    Some of the most helpful and efficient leasing office staff I’ve dealt with in my many years of apartment living. I am a past tenant who rush shipped 4 birthday present packages to my old address mistakenly. Laura and two others (I am sorry I forgot their names) were enthusiastically helpful in tracking down and intercepting my packages in time to make the birthday surprise happen. I cannot thank them enough. Great service!

    Toured the complex yesterday, and Molly was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the complex. She was friendly and personable, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find an apartment that would suit our needs. The apartment itself looks really nice, and floor plans are spacious and modern.

    3+ year resident here, and hopefully many more! Things have recently taken a turn for the better with new management, especially Angela Farmer at the front office! Angela is so kind and prompt whenever I need anything and I can tell she cares so much about each resident having the best experience possible! Highly recommend LSP to anyone looking, you can’t beat the community here

    Would recommend living here! Ive been living here for a year and just renewed my lease for another year. Management is really friendly and if an issue arises they are usually quick to resolve the issue. My only complaint is that theres been a few times theyve charged my account with fees by mistake and now I have to look closely at my account every month.

    I love living at the Pearl! The office staff is awesome. The main problem is the tenants! If people werent so pathetic, it would be so much better to live here. Should the office have to tell a grown adult to pick up after their dog when it poops in places its not supposed to? No, but they do. Should the office have to tell a person that 3am on a Tuesday is not a good time to have a 10 person party on their balcony? No, but they do. Its truly sad. I feel bad for the great people (office, maintenance, and ground keepers) working their butts off to make this place great while dealing with the few _______ (you fill in the blank) who have no home training. I know that things can only get better once the riff raff is removed.

    My experience at this place in the past 4 years has been nothing but the best. Amenities are pretty nice including the gym, pool, club room, and grill areas. Perfect for dogs too. Its proximity to Lady Bird Lake and Downtown Austin is priceless as well. Did not want to leave this place! Ask for Nicole or Samantha, they are pretty helpful and super nice people.

    I just signed my second lease here, and Im glad I did. Property improvements are in full swing and while the construction may be annoying, its necessary. The most recent negative reviews include residents who think the rules do not apply to them. Previous management did not run a tight ship, and ramifications were not in place for lease violations (amenity usage after hours, trash left in hallways, etc). CREA Management is turning everything around. I have *literally* never had a negative experience with Nicole, Sam, or Laura. Like not once. If I ever have an issue with ANYTHING, I bring it to their attention, and they help me. Imagine how simple.

    I have lived here for almost 4 years and lakeshore has changed management several times. I want to say that current management is the best. Samantha and Laura are great! They are so supportive, understanding and helpful. I really appreciate how awesome they are despite all the issues our community has had in the last year.     I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I’m hoping I can save someone moving from out of state some anxiety. I moved to Austin from the east coast and finding an apartments was a nightmare due to all of the bad or conflicting reviews everywhere, even for places that looked super nice. I ended up signing a lease here and everything has been great. Management was super helpful and the one time I submitted some minor maintenance requests they were fixed in a few hours.

    Have lived here for 2 years and its been great! Maintenance and office team have been very responsive and friendly, especially through this COVID situation. Location is great too! Walking distance to the trail, easy access to 1-35 and close to the airport.

    I just signed my third lease at Lakeshore Pearl and I have no negative things to say. I have stayed for a reason - the staff and the community are very helpful and the people who live here are great. Recently, I was on track to move out of LSP to an apartment on SoCo and was shocked to find my new Roscoe Property apartment unit unlivable due to cigarette smoke. The complex did nothing to fix the room and had almost 20 days to fix the situation and I was left in a bind, huge bind. LSP was quick, on a Saturday, to provide me the best care and helped me find another unit within LSP. The staff, which do not get enough credit, did everything they could to ensure I could move into another unit at LSP and helped me tremendously get the paperwork finalized and my unit move in ready. Hands down the best customer service/support/help I have EVER received from an apartment complex. The ladies of LSP are so helpful and I feel genuinely valued as a tenant living here. 5 stars for service, 5 stars for my new unit (super renovated and very nice), and 5 stars for the ladies who made it all happen, Kaylyn Sam & Laura.

    Lakeshore Pearl was a great place to visit. I loved all of the amenities and the apartments shown. The lady in the office was very nice during our tour as well and very knowledgeable. I will definitely keep this place on my list for when my lease comes up!

    I wanted to wait at least 2 months into my move in to gauge my experience here. Kari is a great manager! Here are a few reasons why.. I have an ongoing issue with the resident above me. The office spoke to the resident in person. The noise subsided for a good while. Im fine with her waking me at 5 and 8 am once a week bc its no longer a daily thing. Kari took the time to make sure she addressed it immediately. Kari even left a handwritten note in my apt. Only a great manager would take the time to do this! She has never acted like she didnt want to hear from me and she has never pawned me off to anyone else when I have reached out for anything. She even made sure the xbox was working in our game room.The leasing agents are always friendly and made sure I was welcome. Maria, the assistant manager, has even dropped off a package for me to my apartment. It is the small gestures that make it worth the rent amount and make you feel like you are at home.When you walk into the lobby it is always clean, the gym is never busy, they have resident events, and coffee is always available in the hang out area. Having coffee available for everyone is a big deal to me.Kari, this place is successful because of you and your team.

    Lakeshore Pearl is a great place to live. It’s easy getting to and from downtown during rush hour and is two blocks away from Town Lake trail. The apartments are really nice, and you cannot beat the location for the price.

    Wonderful location in Riverside that is minutes away from downtown, East Austin, SoCo, and the airport. Can get around by biking, bus and walking with direct access to the Lady Bird Lake trails. Really nice neighbors, amenities and staff.
