LakeCrest Village is place you can call home.Staff is awesome theres never been a time I reached out to staff and they didnt assist me with what I needed.Jonathan is very helpful, Keisha the Manager has an open door, and everyone has been professional each and every time I visited the office.I will refer family and friends to live here.

These apartments have a great maintenance man , he fix’s things fast and efficiently . I have stayed in many apartments and complained about maintenance but Mr Derrick gets the job done right every time @ Lakecrest Village .

I have been living here since 2008. My children grew up here. Went to all the schools. I enjoy living here. Everyone is nice. You have to be patient when it’s time to get things done. I just take care of my apartment like it’s mine. I thank GOD. For Lakecreast village apartments. A shout out to ya’ll keep up an awesome Job!!!🏆

Lt has been up and down here at Lakecrest. I have been here over a year. Ever since the manager change things have been dramatically different. All of my concerns are being answered, i never feel put to the side or ignored when it comes to Lakisha. She is attentive to more than just me though. I’ve noticed nicer view and mowed grass, it’s quiet at night since curfew is being actually enforced. I can go on and on. I’m just grateful for the excellent customer service.

If you are looking for an amazing, friendly staff…look no further…this complex offers amazing customer service. I just applied yesterday and told the staff that I urgently needed to move…well needless to say…I got the keys! The one individual that I have to recognize is Greg….I feel as of treated me more like family than just another customer! Thank you for all that you did to make this possible! The manager even offered me one of her Tiff’s Treats! I love it here!!!

I have been here since November and It has been a pleasant stay. When I first came ,Simone was very pleasant and went far and beyond to help me. She was well informed and made sure all of my needs were met. She still makes sure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Her example should be the standard of all your office employees. I definitely will be signing a new lease here at Lakecrest

Everyone in the leasing office are friendly and easy to talk to the maintenance work at a speedy pace to get things done the front gate works and their security on property watches everything and make sure the kids are safe I recommend these apartments

I started looking for a new apartment the beginning of this year and made a list of a few that appealed to me. I had a list of 5 and this was my 3rd i visited. Upon arriving i was immediately in awe from the outside, very pleasing to the eye as you arrive. I spoke with Chelsea who was very informative and set everything out for me to understand. She was very detailed about the properties amenities and everything you all do to ensure tenants are satisfied. I really appreciate Chelsea for her patience and the time she took to explain everything because the prior locations were rude and made me feel rushed. I won’t be moving for a few months but i think I’ve definitely narrowed down my search. This is a great property and it really helps when you have people like Chelsea exhibiting such great customer service.

First place I ever lived in Texas. I saw poor reviews but heard it had new management so I was destine to give it a try. The staff was very pleasant even though it took a while to get moved in (due to me being from another state) it was worth the wait! I love my neighbors and the staff is awesome!! During this pandemic the office staff calls and checks on me and offers information on resources. Words cant explain how thankful I am for the concern alone! Rent is inexpensive and I love my home♥️

I been living at Lake crest village for 1 year and four months since my stay hear I really never had any issues. I been reading a lots of negative reviews , its really about how you live and take care of your apartment. whenever I need something fixed maintenance they are always on schedule.Now under new management the apartments are beautiful and the office staff,and worker our doing a awesome job.(So I give five Stars) Thank-you Lake crest village

I’ve been living here in Lakecrest Village since 2019 and they’ve had several turnovers in the office and on the maintenance team. I think they’ve finally got it right with management and maintenance. Simone the new Asst Manager solved all most of my issues that’s been in limbo for years even months. When I initially moved in Joi the property Manager then said just check everything off we’ll get it done and in desperate need to move I did so and nothing was ever fixed. I called Simone and advised her of major repairs that could no longer go undone and she sent the maintenance supervisor Basil over right away and he got right to work. I will be resigning a new lease only because Simone is making good on her word and things are getting done. Thank you I appreciate all you’re doing to improve our community.

Ive Been Living Here 5 Yrs & I Love It The: Quiet, Nature, The Clean Plus Beautiful View , Gym, Pool, Help Center For Resources, Summer Jobs, & Etc... My Experience Is Peaceful.

Lakecrest Village Apartments will be a place I refer to anyone because the office staff is so amazing they was with me every step of the way and got me into my place fast and kept communication throughout the whole process. Mrs.Bernell & Mr. Greg are so professional and gave me the best customer service I ever had from any apartment property. This is the place to live including the very beautiful amenities plus my 4 bedroom came with washer and dryer.

This a beautiful property. Plenty space for the kids to play safely. Very spacious apartment homes. Maintenance requests are handled in an acceptable amount of time. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am happy I picked this space to live in. You should check them out.

I honestly see and hear all the complaints and really some may be valid, but overall its not the TRUTH. Just because you live here doesnt mean you have to present yourself in a horrible fashion. There are issues in the complex, but there are worst areas. My sister and I have lived here for almost 3 years and the staff will respond to you as you to them and honestly thats just the way things are. Kindness gets you a lot further and respect will open doors. We have had absolutely no problems and any issues we have we address to the office and it usually is taken care of in a timely manner. If we have to wait for a few days thats fine because we arent the only people here and maintenance is very kind when they address us. All I can say is different strokes for different folks! I would give 5 for my experience, but they are a work in progress and it also needs the community to help. They arent responsible for the choices we make as tenants, neighbors, thieves or whatever take responsibility for you and yours and things might turn out better.

I been at Lakecrest 2 years and the changes they have made is the reason I’m still here. The remodeling they have done make the Apts so much nicer and they have better people in the office. I see so many bad comments about the office people but they try to make it better for us. If you reading the other reviews that lady say it’s bad cause the water was off but them people bought jugs of water food and had one of them big tanks outside full wit water for us to use because they had a pipe burst. No apartment is perfect it’s not a house but if you can live somewhere where they care and try to make it clean and nice for everybody why wouldn’t you? I can’t afford a house. At Lakecrest I have a 4 bedroom townhouse for me and my 5 kids I love it and so do they.

I have been here a month and I love staff is very pleasant and apartments are nice as well as clean. Very quite apartment complex and security is on point. Only problem is they dont have enough maintenance staff so you wait longer than it should be to get things repaired

Wow. From 2018 to 2019 this place has changed in so many ways. I have a spouse who’s grandmother has been staying there for years and she loves it. The place is beautiful and the staff treat you like family. Ms. Smith or the assistant manager is very respectful and is always in good spirits when i pass through i like to say “ heyyyy Ms. Smith” in my new orleans accent. But the place has changed for the better with the management and renovations.. 5 stars...

I love the service and management. Security is always around. When I found this place I just fell inlove with it. I really enjoy it and everything that it has to offer. have grandkids that when they come to see me the first place they like to go is the park. The neihbors are respectful. their are no complaints on fights. I would consider staying all day.
