Very nice, quiet, friendly staff. My mother has been here since they first opened in 2015. Amazing place to live!!

My grandmother loves it here. Nice & new apartments at a great price, especially since she is on social security. The ladies in the office are also very nice. Parking is a little tight, but nothing to worry about because you normally can always find a spot.

The manager and staff are outstanding, and have been such a blessing. They take such great care of the property and also the manager always holds the attetion of many residents by having many events and activities for us. All of the staff are hard working people and i would like to say the are beyond the 5stars. I love living at Lafayette plaza

All the staff who work in this Condominium have a lot of professionalism and excellent treatment when caring for the elderly. I must point out that the Manager Tracey and her assistant are very kind people and are always willing to help resolve concerns and some difficulties that the residents of this community may have. They have good human relations, a lot of enthusiasm and initiatives to work with the tenants, the four employees who work here make a nice work group.The Condominium has many facilities, a beauty salon, theater, swimming pool, gym, computer area and many more, very comfortable and comfortable to spend our old age in peace.

The Condominiums work team maintains excellent work and good treatment, it is a very professional group. The manager is very kind and is always willing to help and resolve concerns and problems that may arise. She is a very sweet person with good knowledge of working with older people.
