I have been living at these apartments for 1 year and a half already and love how well the management crew and the maintenance crew are very attentive of their residents. They take care of their residents as far as handing out school supplies every school year. Thank you for all you do!! 10/10 recommend. -

Very great customer service, this was my first time looking for apartments, and the main manager herself, Mrs.E Garcia, was very kind and helpful. She explained everything detail by detail, any questions or concerns I had she never failed to help me out. Iβm extremely happy with my apartment, good taken care of very spacious, peaceful, and neighbors around the complex are respectful and nice. Very satisfied. -

I have had an amazing experience with Management here at Laterraza. They are a wonderful group; very professional and assist me whenever I have issues in regards to my apartment. I highly recommend Laterraza Apartments here in Laredo, Texas. Great Management and a great community to reside. -
