    We’ve been here about a month and I’m definitely happy with this place. It took a while to actually get into the apartment but the office is obviously was understaffed at the time and it was around the holidays so that was understandable. Even if they forget about something or take a while to get to it you can tell they’re trying, this is a huge complex and only so many people I’m just happy they’re actually coming and fixing things and trying! There’s a lot of places that just don’t care about their residents and see them as income but this place definitely does care. And I can tell they’re to keep the complex clean but people will be people and leave trash out, but that isn’t their fault either. When other places were denying us they accepted us and when something like that happens you expect it to be kind of bad dealing with the office people and others in the complex but they’re actually so amazing up there and kind. When you’re living in a shared space with a lot of people noises and things happen but for the most part it’s pretty quiet and everyone kind of minds their business. And it’s in a decent area I feel safe enough with my baby and I don’t get paranoid about my car being broke into. I’m glad I found this place!

    This Office is always busy, but i love to see when Im in the office how they give every resident and new tenants, their full attention. And at that they manage to answer the phones. Gabby always goes beyond at keeping her property clean and i love that because this is a huge property and she makes it feel so much like home!! by keeping it clean. Also a big thanks to Chris!! since day one when i leased, he has always been very helpful and is great at what he does. And the maintenance coordinator Daniel, he is the perfect fit to this property. Always keeping me up to date on my work orders and any repairs that have to be done in my building or unit. Thank you all for all the hard work yall do for us at La Mirada!

    My experience started with interaction with Mr. Drew right from India. Mr Drew was very professional in understanding my requirements and getting back to me on the first moment when the availability matched with my requirements. Mr.Drew was very friendly and always ready to help and ensured I have no issues to come and live in Mirada. The service is fabulous too as the onsite staff attend to any request ASAP.

    Manny made my rental experience at this community easy and hassle free. I love my apartment and the community always has a lot of family accommodations that I enjoy! I’ve been here over a year and I can say this is by far the best place for the best price. The laundry Matt’s are well kept and work well. I always see the staff around cleaning up trash and making sure the grounds are well kept. It’s really a nice place!

    I have been leaving here almost 3 years. The property manager Miss Gaby, she is awesome and very helpful as well as her whole team members. They helped me when I needed. Maintenance also very good.

    Ive beening living here at La Mirada over 6 years now. I have been enjoying my stay here. All dough im páying a little extra i enjoy being here, office staff is great. Maribel& the manager have always helped me with any concerns or questions. We hope to have them here longer !!

    Emmanuel is such a delight! As soon as i walked into the office i felt welcomed.     Moved in a month and a half ago. Incredibly pleased. Excellent maintenance staff and apartment management, clean, lovely community and great neighborhood vibe. Excellent amenities and great location. So closeby to grocery stores, shool and hangouts.

    Now I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to shout out maintenance.. They usually get a bad wrap but my experience was actually a very good one!!! When I tell you Humberto came in looked at the issue and was like “be right back” now at first I was skeptical if he would come back in a timely manner.. He came right back!!! He fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Great customer service!

    My mother-in-law lives here and man..this are some nice apartment and to top it off, maintenance are right on point..good place to live at.UPDATE: my wife and I moved to these apartments a couple of months ago and man let me tell you that these apartments are great and like I said before about the maintenance are very good here. I REALLY LIKE everything about these apartments, my wife and I got a 2 bedroom/2 baths and let me tell you that our apartment is big and love how it well divided.. laundry spots are very clean and washing/drying machings work great and if they arent working properly, management are on point and will fix the problem (no doubt about that). Well I think Ive said enough about this satisfying apartments, all I have to say now is that if you are looking for a place where you can feel and be safe and a location where you have gas stations, schools, stores and ect. near by, this is it and whether its just you, roomates, a couple or especially a family.. this is a good place to be.

    Enjoyed a good 3 years as a resident till I moved because of my job location. It is located in Richardson and made me feel safe because Richardson Police was always around serving the community. I miss the gym and swimming pool, very great setup.

I almost let the negative reviews deter me from even coming to view them. Very glad I decided to use my own mind. If youre realistic and practical then youll know that there are many diff types of ppl in this world. I DONT DO bugs, insects, critters, or rodents of ANY kind! Roach infestation? Thats a grave exaggeration. Ive never moved into an apt without bombing it for any unwanted guests and I have the complex pest control do at least 3 rounds of treatments. If you keep your home clean on a regular and youre not nasty and junky, you shouldnt have any problems.
