I’ve been living at Kimberley Parkside for over 4 years. I really love the community and the improvements they have made thus far. Corinna is a God send. She is always super helpful and has wonderful customer service. I would definitely refer and recommend these townhomes to anyone who is looking. They are very spacious, modern and in a convenient location.

Upon first impression Corina was so welcoming!! I mean she was ready and willing to answer all my question and concerns without any hesitation at all!!!! The leasing agent Corina was amazing. I liked the location of the property.The space in the unit was OK, but just not enough for my personal needs.I will say that the air freshener in the leasing office and thr model apartment was too strong, and it contributed to my asthma flaring up.The issue us excessive usage of air fresheners is a serious problem for people with respiratory disabilities. And these air fresheners caused me problems in being able to safely get al apartment at more than one property.Fragrance free environments are just as important for Americans with disabilities as wheel chair Ramos and peanut allergy warnings.These air fresheners are not health for ANYONE, but for asthma, they are deadly.

Right now I am editing my review after a year, I give infinite thanks to Leslie because she is great in her management and she chose the perfect house for me, large spaces, updated and was super special to me.. Mr. Ruperto very friendly and above all helpful efficient always, for him the requests are kept up to date only for them I maintain 5 stars. In another aspect the reason why I left this site is because of the new administration, too bad because they have a good team but my main reason is the inattention with certain services that are vital for permanence and for them zero stars. My vehicle was stolen while parked at my post and the situation in the office was not empathetic. Thanks again to Leslie and Ruperto

I been living in this community since 2019 and I love it. The units are spacious. They added GYM and pet friendly park. That is so sweet our furry babies are included. I recommended this community, they moved in and still here. So 100% Ill do it again. I thank Sasha, Iris, Jessica, and Leslie for everything you guys do. Kimberly Parkside is one of the most welcoming Home to live in. The floor plans are wonderful and spacious. I live in a three bedrooms for a year the experience was wonderful and convenient to the park. Also Icant leave the staff out there warm and welcoming makes you feel that you are important to them and they care. Keep up the good work. 👍

I enjoy how this is a kid and pet friendly place to be at and how clean and neat they keep the property here and I would definitely recommend if you looking for a place this would definitely be it. Back when pandemic started we realized that our house needed it to be our safe place and we need a an apartment we can call home. I was fortunate enough to find this apartment complex that has been a perfect balance between great area, effective and fast maintenance, an empathetic group of ladies at the office, great place to finish raising my kids with great school system and also a great park right in front of us to walk and chill. Thanks Kimberley Parkside for all of these years of service and for creating ways to grow as a community.

Im a single mommy of four, and Ive lived her for almost two year now. I love this area for my kids, and these apartments are not as bad as the other reviews. Im actually surprised at some of them. The staff is always so nice and very helpful. They communicate in a timely manner and anything that needs to be fixed is fixed within a reasonable time. I couldnt have picked a better place to live for the price, space, and location. My car as never gotten towed, nor my friends and family who have visited. My friends who live elsewhere and pay more always tell me how spacious my 2 bedroom is and perfect area for my kids. My kids love it here and dont want to move because its like a little family here. My neighbors look out for each other. I actually feel safe here for my situation. Also, over the two years of living here...these apartments have made major improvements/upgrades and I believe they can only get better.

We are very happy here. Units are big and roomy. The staff is helpful and kind. It’s basically everything you want from a community. Also it’s quiet, you can sleep in on the weekends and annoying noises will wake you. Give it a chance, you won’t regret it.

It will be 2 years this upcoming Summer. I truly love MY townhouse! Leslie and Iris, Sasha and Jessica, along with the main maintenance guy are sooooo helpful and polite! I have 0 complaints, and trust me when I say that if the bar is not met, I wouldn’t have a problem voicing it.Nothing is perfect and yes there might be things that could be improved, but you can’t expect 500+ tenants to change who they are just to please one’s small nuances 🤷🏼‍♀️I will stay here for a while, because of how comfortable I feel living here, and how it’s conveniently located near everything!P.S. no I DID NOT receive anything from management to post my review! This is my honest truth! ☺️

I really don’t have any problems with this apartment my family and I been living here for about 5 years now and I love the new things outdoors and indoors that added to the apartments, especially the gym and access to computers and printers when you need it. Also, they always try to do events I love when they do that, it’s not as much since Covid happen but hopefully they can come back with all the events every month like before.

I was looking forward to moving here but unfrotunately the apartment was not available by the time I would need to move in. They are very beautiful townhomes and super spacious! We give this a 5 stars because the office is nice there and the staff are SOOO nice💗 and they treat you in respect and it have GREAT APARTMENTS if you don’t live in Kimberley your MISSING OUTTTT if I was you I would come and live in Kimberley park side my dad thinks about living in this home for years and years!!!!💗 the office got (gyms) (pool) (computer station) (coffee machine) (snacks) (bathrooms) (reading station) (Resident Lounge) (the hammocks)(Dog park) and more you should absolutely come and get yourself and your family a nice home or a hometown it’s up to 4 rooms come and stop by if your looking to find a nice home and they also make events and it’s so fun and you can win a prize like gift cards and more however you should come and live in Kimberley!!!!💗 they will treat you with respect and that is ( Iris) (Sasha) (Nisa) and (Leslie) they’ll always help you at the office!!!💗 and if you wanna see a apartment they will take you there to show you in real life😻!!

So far I been here for 1 week exactly and I can really say I love it here they really is very sweet I love Pricilla she is very nice and down to earth .. the area I’m in is very clean , I actually seen people pick up after they dog after they use the bathroom it’s really quiet but between 2pm -3pm it’s not because so many kids get out of school so that’s totally understandable . I love that they have a park literally across the street I went walking at least twice and it’s very clean no trash or anything . Tuesday I went to the office because I had a problem with my ac upstairs it was hot and my floor in my master bathroom water was leaking Irish put in the system to get it fix and the next day they came and Thursday they came again to make sure everything was still working correctly I haven’t had no problems here so far the only thing I can say I really just don’t like is the parking sometimes & that the washer and dryer system is in the kitchen next to the stove but overall I like my apartment it’s big spacious and my neighbors are quiet I rarely see them but I’ll give it 4 stars :) I didn’t wanna move here cause they had horrible reviews but I can really tell they are improving the place and the main thing I really love is they have overnight security that drives around all night :)

This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a rental apartment. I just renewed my lease for another year. There are a few things I don’t like for example the tow trucks. If your not careful they will tow it. I’ve had my truck towed a total of two times but to be fair one one was my fault. The other time was because I neglected to read the lease agreement and thought leaving the sticker on the dash was good enough even though one of the young girls that was let go awhile back said it was good enough otherwise I would have went to the office to get a new one. Never had a problem with parking though you have to park farther, I’ve never had to park outside the apartments. It never got flooded inside the apartments so I feel safe with my truck inside the complex. Sasha is a sweetheart she goes the extra mile to accommodate you. There are ppl that smoke weed and dogs poo on sidewalk when it rains so watch out. I wish they had contractors that had uniforms so when they come out to your front door my wife doesn’t freak out and call police. I had my bike stolen from my porch during Harvey so lock your stuff if left outside and I live on the second floor! Maintenance responds at reasonable time. I recommend getting a cámara for your vehicle since people tend to hit your car and run. I’m still looking for the culprit. My power has never went out Just during Harvey but that was cause everyone across memorial were getting electrocuted so that’s understandable. The hot water from what it seems has been fixed because we had some days that it wasn’t working but now it’s not an issue. Oh and the security is the nicest lady ever she’s so nice with the kids! The crossing guard outside will protect your children with her LIFE she deserves a medal or something!

Just moved here from Florida in January & my family & I enjoy being part of the Nottingham Village community. The maintenance crew are pretty quick, the office is always polite & my area where I live is always clean & tidy. They also do several monthly events where they get chefs to bring food & treats for the Nottingham Village community so the neighbors can mingle. My family & I enjoy the food & the comradeship it brings to our community we live in.

This rate is actually for the neighborhood & park, the schools & being in convenient area of grocery gas postal, you name it. The actual place gets maybe 2 stars 😖These townhomes are a disappointment..weve lived in better places..The owner/staff is a disappointment, their work ethics dont fit into this area of town. Too many inconvenient pop-up rules that are really not fair to people that do their best at living, paying bills on top of bills, keeping up with all things just to be OK. Now they add another inconvenience of having your car towed if the inspection sticker is not up to date..3 weeks they say to get it taken care of. These people have no reason to be in peoples personal business like that,you have no control over people that way. inspection stickers??? Youre not running the Department Of Public Safety..stick to Apartment Renting...Im so tired of living around/doing business with people who seem or act like they dont understand struggle..The residents are not bad people at all..some people have hardships/hard time keeping everything together & getting things done because of so many bills/not enough money to get things done because of unfortunate circumstances..it takes time & money & more time & more money to passan inspection especially on a vehicle older than 2005..now people are in a bind..lose the vehicle, lose a way to work!! How can we pay for inspection now with possibly loss of money? Its like a domino effect & the owner/people in that leasing office dont want to understand that, totally unfair..Take a month in our shoes, i bet you would not last!! We cannot wait to be able to move out of here in another year..own yard own garage own everything..These townhomes are going to shut down soon if they keep up the bad reputation/resident relation ...To the lady above, yes youre right! They can be very ghetto at times.

Did a research of 20-30 apartments in the Memorial area and Nottingham Village seemed to be the far the best value for the closeness to I-10, parks and schools nearby. Also the complex itself reminds me a little bit of Vegas as the street lights make you feel really safe even during early morning hours. Insulation seems to be far superior than any other complexes Ive been at or maybe the AC is just really effective. Ended up paying about $17 for electricity with my roommate this previous month with AC on 73 degrees average. Really nice layout plans.Only negative is they dont have laundry on site and the swimming pool is Olympic size which requires city inspection therefore the pool is still not open.

We have been here 1 1/2 years the office staff has been nothing but nice to us. When we have an issue they have always came within a few days as stated. As far as parking we pay $ 20.00 a month for 1 covered spot and for our other car we just park in the lines and have had no issues of course you have to have a sticker but thats normal. They do have little charges for things like we bought a new car and had to bring in old sticker to get new one or its $ 100.00 but I just brought in a small piece of the old sticker and was all good. We really like it here yes it does need some painting, the parking lot redone, and most of the parking lines spots repainted big time ,and more trash bin pick ups but that again is normal with apt. Complex. The reason for a 4 is the parking spot need painting and new parking lot

Excellent service in the leasing, the maintenance of the property and the events they hold for the community are very adequate, the only thing is that they take time to do the maintenance work, I suppose it is because of the amount of work they have or they lack maintenance personnel.I have been living for more than 2 years and I am very happy.
