Very quite clean environment. Couple garage doors damaged creating eye sores. Manager and tenants pretty cool too.

Ive been reading these reviews so far so good especially when I seen one comment where it states God is all up in here now thats what Im looking to hear im in the process of feeling out my housing application and Im so willing to choose here for my kids and I 4 bedroom. down deep in my heart we will love to have a great stay with you all community ❤

I have not lived here yet. However, I’m currently waiting. I spoke with office personnel regarding some inquiries that arose and might I say, Mrs. L was so professional, pleasant and informative. There was no inclination of judgement towards individuals who may call to seek information regarding assistance. All of my questions were answered and I didn’t feel rushed or anything. I’m a firm believer that the will of God will never lead you where the grace of God won’t protect you... Pleasant, respectful people with moral and integrity usually are combined attributes of those with a conscious or great spirituality!!Hopefully this will be my blessing as I transition to progress further and sometimes a place like this is needed... I look forward to speaking to them again soon.. God bless!

Omg I can’t wait to move in this place I’m so excited seriously I viewed the outside not the inside but I seen a video of them renovating it and I’m just soooooo excited it seemed super quiet and everything

Nice looking Apartments near downtown, close to Minute Maid Park. Nice park for kids to play and a Elementary School just across the street.
