This is my first community 55 plus.I’ve worked hard on keeping fit best I can and so many great foods to try I’m looking forward to some new dishes also to try on my own. We have been working with Jovie for years. Michelle and the rest of the people here have been nothing short of amazing throughout our partnership, and it’s truly an honor to serve all the amazing residents and witness their smiles after every move.They all love the property and we do too. The amenities are well kept and they are very quick to respond if you need anything. That all the feedbacks I keep hearing. All over. They have set the bar high for apartments in Austin by how they treat their tenants and would definitely recommend!

I visited Jovie Pflugerville and I was so impressed by this lovely community. What spectacular way to live Maintainance free along with the social activity calendar, Which was full of wonderful events that I would really enjoy doing. I toured with Traci she was absolutely wonderful very informative and sweet. She made my visit so enjoyable explained everything about the lifestyle at Jovie. The apartment homes were gorgeous new fresh clean they were full of upgrades and very spacious. The pool and amenities were beautiful. They even had a Bistro restaurant and massage therapist on site. Best yet they’re offering a free rent until 2025 along with special pricing for their apartment, homes, I left there with all my questions answered and my heart full of excitement for this to be my future home!

This review is on behalf of my parents who recently moved into Jovie. I want give the upmost praise to the Maintenance people ,Mike and Chrissie. They were both the friendliest and kindest people to my elderly parents. It made me feel reassured to know that my mom and dads needs will be taken care of by this stellar staff. Kudos to Mike and Chrissie on their stellar customer service. Attentive, quick, clear and communicative. The Maintenance staff alone are enough reason to pick Jovie in my opinion.Now onto the property itself. Jovie is such a beautiful place. Michelle was so kind and patient towards all of my parents many questions. The pool is beautiful and crystal clear. The Bistro is probably the cutest little restaurant that Ive ever seen. It was closed when we toured so I cant personally speak on the food but if its anything like the rest of Jovie im sure its impressive. I couldnt be more thrilled for my parents to be staying here. And they themselves absolutely love it. As long as they have people like Mike, Chrissie and Michelle running the place im sure the property will remain a great place for a very long time.

Jovie Pflugerville is a wonderful place to live. The place itself is beautiful and the amenities are great! The best part of living here are the friendly residents and the exceptional management. Michelle is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We love it!

We are enjoying living at Jovie. It has exceeded our expectations of a resort living community. Beautiful pool, state of the art fitness center, pickle ball court, and a clubhouse are just a few of the luxury resort living amenities we love. Our apartment has all the features we enjoy including the view from our balcony. See the picture with our view.

This review is on behalf of my parents who move into the Jovie in July. They have absolutely loved the experience from the care that was provided during move in to anytime there is a maintenance request. My parents feel safe living at the Jovie which is a huge thing for them. The property is well maintained and clean. The staff has been exceptional and always makes sure they are taken care of. My parents love sitting out on their patio in the evenings which they never did before. This shows how comfortable they are in their new living quarters. Thanks for making Jovie a great place to live for my parents!I would highly recommend moving here.

JOVIE of Pflugerville, Texas is a unique and lovely new adult 55+ active community that is FABULOUS! Jovie means ‘Joy’ in French and believe me, you feel the joy the 1st step that you take once you enter the main entrance. The management is inviting and beyond welcoming as well as professional and personal. The amenities are of high end quality and the weekly activities are delightful; Wine down Wednesday every Wednesday of the month! Tour the facility and you will be pleasantly surprised! And in addition to the amazing lifestyle, Jovie also has a bistro with a brunch menu!

My husband and I moved into the Jovie Pflugerville apartments in mid July. We have been more than pleased with our apartment. It is spacious and well equipped. The availability of garages and storage rooms are a plus as we downsized from a home to apartment. Teresa, our community manager, is amazing. She is always there ready to listen and take care of any concerns. The activities she plans are always fun! I especially enjoy the Coffee Talks when she and Michelle (leasing manager) sit with residents and just discuss things. Yoga and water fitness activities are also a high point in the week at Jovie. I love living here!

I been here at Jovie 3 weeks now. Teresa and Michele are very pleasant and helpful. I been in Texas 6 years and move 3 times. I know this is the place for me. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door that this will be my home. My place over look the pool which I loved. My neighbors are very friendly. I love love love my place.

My husband and I have been living here for a few months, and we are so in love with this place. Excellent customer service! You are treated with extreme quality here! We feel so pampered and spoiled here. We are use to owning our own home, but when we decided to relocate to this area and had to pay rent, we agreed that the investment of rent at Jovie is definitely worth every dollar spent. We are so thankful to be residing at Jovie! We highly recommend Jovie Pflugerville!!!

I toured Jovie Plugerville and wow, what a beautiful facility! I loved the modern new apartments and all of the social, exercise, and creativity-based activities available to help meet the needs of those of us in this age group. Jovie is a great place to live, beautiful floor plans and the staff are excellent and very helpful. Never lived in a better place. I highly recommend Jovie to any 55+ if you’re seeking for a place to reside, you won’t regret it. They also hold great event parties so never a dull moment at Jovie. Have a good day all.

I have been here for a few months and Jovie Pflugerville has continued to exceed my expectations. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive to the tenants needs. The facilities are spotless and well maintained. Onsite amenities and activities are available but not overwhelming like at some other properties that I visited before choosing Jovie. The location is very close to Austin (like 1/4 mile outside the Austin City Limits!) but off the beaten path to avoid much of the traffic and congestion. I have been happy every day that I chose Jovie to be my home.

In the very beginning from my first visit to Jovie Pflugerville I knew I found my new home! The application process was quick and easy to navigate the online application.Michelle (Leasing Mgr) and Theresa (Property Manager) are the best they are professional, efficient and knowledgeable about the property and the local neighborhood.Also, the maintenance team are professional , courteous and willing to help out in anyway, Angel (Maintenance Tech) offered to help me unload items from my vehicle. All the amenities are second to none… Jovie Pfugerville definitely raised the bar; and have thought of everything to ensure luxury living at its best! Thank you Jovie Pflugerville

I was looking for a new apartment and Jovie met all my needs. I was thrilled that I was the first person to live in my ground floor one bedroom unit. My 14 year old small dog, Sky King is enjoying the patio area and the walking path.. The security was a plus as well as the bonus of the Bistro.

Moved in June and it’s the perfect choice. We went from a house to a home with amenities to make us feel we are on vacation 24/7. Staff is ready to make each day full of fun. You can choose one of their events or have your own in any of the community group settings, whether a cookout in the grill patio, outside games or a pool gathering. We like to garden in our individual raised bed and play cards, puzzles, or shuffleboard in the game room. Come visit Jovie and make it your choice-like us- for a forever home. 😉

I truly love my apartment and the beautiful surroundings of the outside amenities as well as the gorgeous and state of the art clubhouse area. All of my friends who come to visit are very impressed with my apartment amenities and the common activity spaces. To top off the physical building and grounds is the wonderful staff who are always very welcoming! Teresa Thomas, our community manager, is also managing so many other duties like activity director, which is very appreciated as the residents love activities to get to know each other. I dont know how she manages so many roles. Greg Esquivel is our lead maintenance go to. He is prompt and works to find a solution to the many concerns and questions of residents moving into a brand new apartment building. Somehow Greg smiles through it all and always says he is happy to help. This is a great place to relax and enjoy life with a great staff and fun resident friends.

I’m an outgoing person, I love all the events they have in the evenings. I’m amazed how friendly everyone is. Any service requests are taking care of immediately. I love the option of the Mmm Brunch food truck as well. I appreciate being able to have a good coffee and enjoy meeting my neighbors.

This is a great place for retired people to live. They have a library room, game room, brunch wagon and increasing amounts of activities. I am quite happy about having moved in here last May.
