I am a resident here since end of October 24. I can say this is nice living here. The office staff Audra, Sydney with Marilynn the manager are very helpful and personable. They work very hard and do their best for the residents. The residents here are nice. The amenities are first class but there is room to grow better.

Touring Jovie Belterra for my grandmother with Audra was an absolute pleasure! Audras calm and soothing presence made the whole experience relaxing. I know my grandmother loved the top-notch amenities, the serene atmosphere, and the community events. We also came on a farmers market Sunday, the market is just steps outside which is just another touch of perfection. Jovie is a peaceful oasis home!

The team at the Jovie Belterra is top notch. They are friendly, warm, professional, knowledgeable and immediate you feel like you’re home. The apartments are spacious with beautiful views and the community members are friendly & gracious.

Moving from our home in Florida to an apartment in Texas was quite an adjustment but living here at Jovie Belterra has made the move much easier. I, for one, love the convenience of being just steps away from a gym, a dog park, a game room, an arts and crafts room, a library and much more. And its just minutes away from my bank, a theater, hardware store, beauty shops and great restaurants. Above all this we have a caring, hardworking staff that is on top of things and neighbors who are warm and friendly. What more could I ask for?

Ledgestone is a great senior living community. The staff is very engaged with the residents, the dining experience is delicious, and a great deal of engaging activities are available! Highly recommend if you are looking for an active senior living environment.

Love this community! Such a pleasant and convenient spot to call home. The office goes above and beyond and maintenance is here for us 24/7, what else could I ask for.

Hi, This is Richard Baggett. We have been here for 3 months. We really like it here. The staff is wonderful. Any time we have a question, they are always willing to sit down with us and answer our question. They are all very easy to talk to. Thank you to Marilynn, Lindsey, Audra, and Liang. If you’re thinking of moving to a 55 plus residence, save yourself some time. Check it out at Jovie first. You will be glad you did.

I am so glad I decided to move into Jovie Belterra. Not only are the amenities first-rate, the apartments are beautiful and the grounds are well maintained and well landscaped. The biggest attraction, at least to me, is the wonderful staff - Marilynn, Audra, Sydney, and Liang. They are all warm and welcoming and have become my dear friends.
