    I recently visited manager Jamie at Jaxon Apartments, and she’s keeping this property at its best! Modern and welcoming, with beautifully renovated interiors. The amenities are top-notch—especially the sparkling swimming pool, outdoor grilling station, and the fitness center. With great on-site maintenance, Jamie has and excellent community for anyone looking for an apartment in Arlington!

    I love living at Jaxon Luxury Apartment Homes!!! Jamie and her staff are wonderful! Ive lived here for over a year now and absolutely love it! Management staff (Marvin & Charles) are so friendly and helpful, and quick to get maintenance requests. I love that it doesnt feel like an apartment complex it really just feels like home. The staff always go above and beyond to solve your maintenance and community problems. They have also gone out their way to plan fun social events and contribute positively to the community. This is a great and clean community and the staff is very welcoming. Great place for one person or families. Thank you to the staff for your help throughout the year! Nothing but good positive things from this place. Highly recommend!

    Here we gooooooooo!!!This review is solely for the experience my wife and I had with floating manager Marvin. Talk about someone who is VERY in tune with connecting with potential tenants.Upon arriving to the Jaxon Apartments, my wife and I had done tons of homework and knew what we wanted in terms of space and overall feel.Marvin welcomed us into the office and called us by name due to us booking an appointment. He asked us about our wants and needs and recommended a few spaces for us to visit. He was able to connect with us more by asking about our lifestyles and shared that he was a spoken word artist. It was the connection for us that kept us interested.He showed us 2 units that were available based on our needs and pointed out the amenities during our drive on the cart.Although we did did not decide on moving to the Jaxon apartments, our experience with Marvin is one of the best if not THE BEST we have EVER EXPERIENCED!Marvin continue to keep up the great work! If you are shopping in the north Arlington area for a solid place to live, check out the Jaxon and ask for Marvin.

    My husband and I signed a lease at the end of June. Our leasing agent was very nice. They gave us a delicious bottle of apple cider. She stayed in the office and went through all the paperwork explaining everything to us in detail while people were waiting. That showed us that she cared about our experience here. She didnt rush through anything. She was very kind to us. Then the apartment was cleaned very well. Some very minor things needed fixing and anytime I put in a request or called, she sent out the maintenance men quickly. They were super cool and funny to be around. After-hours maintenance is very easy to get a hold of and responds quickly. They fix any issues immediately and dont leave you waiting. Weve never seen one bug in this apartment. No one complains about anything we do. The apartment we had before was always micromanaging our living and the Jaxon just lets you be. They dont pester you. Theyve never bothered us since we moved in! Its very quiet here in my building. Clean around the complex. I like it here. The move-in special has helped us to get our lives situated, so we are grateful for that! And really, we have no complaints at all. We will probably resign another lease when the time comes. The area is so beautiful back on Green Oaks Blvd and its so close to everything we need, plus the access road makes it easy to get anywhere we need in a hurry. 5 stars! 🌟

    Had some minor issues that were resolved.Not a fan of my cabinets, real shoddy work I missed when I toured but overall this review is for Jamie.She is honest. Approachable. Easy to talk to and caring. She does everything in her power to handle all your request with a great attitude and she is the best property manager I’ve ever lived under.Keep her there. Please. Seriously.

    Ive been living at Jaxon Apartment for over a year now and I couldnt be happier with my experience! The property manager, Jamie, is absolutely wonderful. She is always so friendly and responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure all of the residents are taken care of. The leasing agent, Sugey, is also fantastic. She was incredibly helpful during the move-in process and has continued to provide excellent customer service.The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The amenities, like the fitness center and pool, are top-notch. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I really feel at home here.Overall, I highly recommend Jaxon Apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live. The staff, the apartment, and the community as a whole have been nothing short of wonderful. Thanks Jamie and Sugey for making my experience here so positive!

    My 5 stars go directly to Jamie. She has been extremely helpful throughout my moving process. I’ve lived in these apartments for going on 2 years now, and though I have had issues with other staff members, Jamie has fixed them all. I recently transferred my lease from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and I will say my new apartment is much nicer than my last. Overall, it’s a nice place to live and I haven’t had many issues over the years. I will say, if you do have any issues, speak with Jamie!

    Jamie the property manager is attentive and takes proper action to my needs as a resident. I have always been able to express any need, concern, or issue with her and she has communicated an answer beyond a straight No (she follows up with why the answer is No) or We will get it done (i.e. when/time/place). I have worked with her for the past 3yrs (at least) and she has made things happened when I need something done. My air conditioner went out last summer and I needed an entire new unit. The property was down 2 major maintenance staff due to illness/injury, in the dead middle of summer. Jaime sent a coworker to buy window units (there were other residents in the same situation) until the team could get a HVAC contractor scheduled to come out to look at the cooling units since maintenance was recovering. She works hard, she does her best, and goes beyond her best to get requests done. She is so outgoing and an overachiever if she could fix it herself she would definitely try. Jaimie is very busy (as any manager/director/higher authority in any company), but take time to speak with her staff and I ensure you, if they cant move mountains for you due to their level of authority, she definitely will.Thanks Jaime for taking care of me, when sometimes other landlords could careless.Jaxon is quiet and low key. As with any apartments it has its ups and downs but again, the management team is a good team.I send prayers for my community and its growth and safety....

    I’ve been over 5 years and have seen many management companies and at least Jamie tries. She is the reason I renewed recently. I was also granted an upgrade and I love my new unit. The management works hard and Jamie always goes above and beyond and I truly admire that. Thank you Jamie!!

    I have been in this complex before CAF management and I was so disappointed with the previous management. Jamie made everything much much better. She addressed every one of my issues and came up with solutions. I have never had a complex manager really sit with me and help me the way she did. I really felt like she cared. Jamie is what managers should aspire to be.

    Great apartments & great location to live! The new management is very attentive & handles problems in little to no time. Roberto Galdamez was very helpful with a misunderstanding that I had with the previous management group. He went over & beyond to make sure that I was happy & that the issue was resolved. The apartments also look nice inside & out. Not overpriced (in my opinion) for the size of the 1 bed, 1 bath that I was renting. Would recommend this location 10/10!

    New Review Dec 2020:My previous review is still valid.Management team seemed to be very good and willing to be flexible with payment due dates (with good reason and a late fee, as it should be).I never had bug infestation issues in building 8.My biggest complaint is that they do have water issues and have to shut it off for repairs often. They have a broiler system which clearly doesn’t work well. I think it even caught fire lately. I used to get hot water at the sinks but the shower would be lukewarm at best.Overall it’s a decent place to live apartment-wise. Apartments are located by a freeway which is convenient but not great. I never felt very safe walking around the neighborhood which is one of the reasons I left. The neighborhood is what made the apartment not worth the price they wanted for rent on renewal.———————————————————————————August 2020:Im coming up on a year at these apartments. Management changed earlier this year. The new management team is better than the old one. The apartment complex got a completely new paint job, and the repaved the parking lot.It looks like they are updating the units as they turn over. It appears they are really putting money into the property which is good. Ive only needed maintenance a couple times and each time they were very prompt.The trash situation is better than it was. They seem to have the compactor working better and it is dumped more frequently. Occasionally it will be run over.I currently have a 1bed/1bath with a covered parking spot as well as internet and cable. My rent amount is reasonable for what is offered.Will likely be renewing the lease either for my current unit or a 2 bedroom (for more space).

    In my search for a new area to live, Jaxon caught my attention due to it being a nice property and in a centralized area. Although I ultimately chose not to reside here, the staff was flexible and very professional. Sugey especially displayed this by promptly responding to any requests and elevating my concerns to management. Sometimes communication can be lost or delayed in these settings, but thankfully this was not my experience. I would recommend inquiring with this location if you are looking for an apartment.

    The new staff is doing an outstanding job on keeping up with things. They were very good about checking on my issues with my restroom in a timely manner. They are encouraging residents to be proactive and involved with their home community. The new valet trash service is much better than the previous one. Keep up the good work!

    Keisha is great! Great communication and follow up skills! Been here for almost 3 yrs in 3 different layouts. Just moved into a renovated unit. LOVE IT! & the price. At beginning of the 3 yrs, I had issues with plumbing and heated water, but has really gotten better being under new management. Would not be writing such a good review if this was 3yrs ago, but new management seems like they are working very hard to turn this place around.

    Great apartments & I love their management. Robert was able to help me get everything set up and ready so I could move into my apartment within one week and I was so happy. And even tho when I moved in there was some problems wit the apt, Florencia helped wit a lot wit that and was able to get a maintenance person in as quickly as possible, his name actually jamez and he had came the same day as Florencia put in service for my apt and also was able to get things fixed quickly. So if y’all lookin for an apt to move into I’ll advise y’all to move into this one!!!!

    TBH, before the new management team moved in I could not wait for my lease to be up. Now that they switched I signed a new lease, I really love them. Andrea in the front office makes sure everything I need gets taken care of in a timely manner. Maintenance is fast and friendly as well. Overall Im happy with my apartment, I would recommend.

    This is the first and last year living at Jaxon Apartments. The building I lived in was old, but I did get into an apartment that had not been upgraded yet, which the rent did reflected. Throughout my stay I had to request maintenance a few times to fix various Pipe, AC, and cosmetic problems. The most memorable who helped most of the times was Carlos Aguilera. He was always very professional and did the best to explain the problem and help. The front office was helpful most time depending, on who you talked to. A couple of issues that kept happening were the mailbox getting broken into and inconsistent towing. Overall, my experience at Jaxon wasn’t awful for a single living woman.

    The maintenance man here at this apartment complex is a great asset to your company. He is very kind and very generous and I appreciate everything that he does for the community at the Jaxon luxury apartments.     I have been here going on two years and from day 1 with Ashley and Jamie back in 2023 i was happySince i have been here i have grown on Jamie the office manager and of course the Maintence guys Saul and the rest are so great not a time i have requested anything that my requested wasnt done in a timely manner and done perfectJamie is the most nicest manager i had have in my living in Arlington TXIf there is a problem she goes right on and fix itShe is very reasonable if you have an issue her office is always openGive her a chance at this property because i see alot of negative reviews but i cant possible imagine the issue couldnt be fixed with speaking with the office manager Jamie

    Great Office staff, helped me greatly with paper work and the moving process made my transition smooth as far as getting all things transferred from one place to the next and they were very professional. Agent Z (Zamreen) is wonderful and take her position seriously in helping move me through this process.     Me and my fiancé have been looking for an apartment and stopped by Jordan Creek. We were assisted by Keisha, she was extremely helpful and so friendly. She was able to answer all of our questions and then some. I loved the apartment we were shown and all of the upgraded features. Ive looked at a lot of apartments in Arlington and havent seen anything else this great for such a good price point. I cannot wait to move in!

    Mrs. Ponsey, Megan and Miguel have definitely changed things around for Jordan Creek. When I first moved in back in June 2018 the apartments definitely had a lot of work. Management wasn’t of their word and it took months before they would fix anything. I will live here as long as those 3 stay in office. Stuff gets done in a timely manner and they couldn’t have picked a better staff to take over these apartments. The updates are extremely gorgeous 🥰🥰 don’t over look these apartments because of the past reviews. Things have definitely changed!

    I love the location, love the modern updates these guys continually perform. The creativity of the office staff is unlike anything I’ve experienced. I hope this trend of service maintains over time and one key member named Mike is someone that is never less than phenomenal when it comes to arranging what I need done in a timely manner. I know I speak for the majority of this property when I say Mike’s presence in the management team is noticed. This property has faced countless challenges to develop and grow into a wonderful place to live, which Mike spearheaded much of that process and established quite the success in doing so. I love the pet friendly environment without breaking off arms and legs to afford. I love the new systems put into place to manage waste and trash. I have lived here about six months so far with my wife and newborn and have watched so much improve overall in such a small duration of time.

    I been in them apt for 5 years and I saw about 4 new managers there but out of all of them Ill say the ones here now is the best because the manager thats there now is the best she made things happen for the best for the apt. She is understanding with different people, when I came in just to ask them a question about something and she is really helpful when she dont have to but I just moved because I got a house but if I wasnt ill still be there.     When I first moved in I really didn’t like the management ever since they were bought out I see a lot of improvements and great changes.     Tammie Layton is a wonderful staff of Jaxon who was with me from the start to end of my exit from the apartments. She gave all supports she felt necessary despite her effort to keep me but I needed to leave because I needed more space.     Living here has been wonderful. The management team is beyond caring, they even went as far as to give me a get well card when I hurt my knee back in December signed by all of them and the maintenance staff!     Very nice apartment..your parking spaces are TOO NARROW i did find it rather funny that you have poop bags/trash can right in front of office windows and there was dog poop everywhere..i still say the apartment was very nice and the staff were too when i came for a visit

    So I would definitely like to start off by saying that we live in the USA where nothing is at it seems.. heck the world isnt as it seems.. Nothing that shines is gold... theres a quote by Maya Angelou “Ive learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” This is simply saying that making people feel like you care (even if you really dont) is key.. I can honestly say, there are sometimes that I have the worst experiences in life, but its always been necessary for me to take the time to reflect on how the individuals involved made me feel. Andrea, Michael, and Ashley were the only people Ive ever, willingly, known by name at an apartment complex. Andrea had a baby shortly after she started with the property but she was the sweetest woman to have known- always had a smile on her face, even with a newborn baby. Michael is very attentive and a very honest person b/c he literally has told me before let me write this down or Ill forget. Ashley was the last person I actually met and I can definitely say she was key to my life at Jordan Burney. I had experiences here that I would go back and tell her and I could hear the compassion in her voice. One thing I can not reiterate enough is that all of these people are just people. Not super heroes... and they only have so much power.. theres problems everywhere with everything in life and it doesnt feel good to think that one person or even three are accountable and non responsive but the truth of the matter is that every time there was a possible resolution with these three, I ws able to see the resolution. Sometimes, it was out of their control.. But Ive actually been reading reviews for this apt sine I moved here in Sept 2015 and theyve ranged from horrible to worse but they are getting better. But its just like with anything else in life that might need a change- its not going to happen over night. I have been patient with them and they have been patient with them. Yes, I pay rent like any other tenant but I know that I get what I pay for.. meaning I cant expect home-owner benefits if I reside in an apartment. I like being treated well and with them, I have been. Apartments are a leap of faith.. like jobs.. you dont REALLY know what youre getting into until youre there. But the thing is, the entire system of things (worldwide) is flawed but Andrea, Michael, and Ashley are good people and thats never a flaw.. I love my apartment and I plan on staying as long as they will have me. The units are being renovated and upgraded and they are absolutely exquisite. Its been worth the wait. I viewed some today and I was taken aback. The carpets are gone (hallelujah) and its tile now and the appliances.. OMG.... I see the progression and Im the type that will stick around for not so good to reap the benefits of the good.. Once again, its life..

    Honestly so happy about the management change in the office. What used to take weeks for an answer back is now attended to in days.     I was there on a 13 month lease and I had no super bad complaints!!..I stayed on the first floor so at the begining i had an ant issue from my patio but I bought some stuff to put out there and didnt see a single ant till Spring (i moved in during the summer)I did have a toilet issue that took a few tries to fix.The only thing i didnt like was the limited parking.. Even when i tried to buy a spot it was super far from my apartment..I wanted to renew my lease but with a larger unit but management wasnt too helpful. Nice and friendly!!! But seemed to always be too busy.Overall I enjoyed my stay though!

    Jordan creek is an awesome place. I went to go look for an apartment I love the appliances that they are putting in. Michael savala took me through the models home. Help me get there me a spot here he has been so helpful throughout the whole moving in process... recommended this apartment to everybody

    Two weeks ago I moved to Jordan Creek apartments and my stay here has been wonderful. As an intern for the summer, I needed to find a cheap place to live with a central location. I am pleased to say that Jordan Creek offered me both that and much more. Initially it was hard to find a place with an affordable 3 month lease period, but Jordan creek gave me a great offer I could not refuse. In addition to the apartments affordability, the apartment also has a nice CENTRAL location. It takes me under 10 minutes to reach the following places:1) My commute to work2) The Gym (Fitness Nation - a little pricy but they have everything you need)3) The Laundry Mat (Crystals Cleaners - very reasonable prices and super friendly staff)4) At&t stadium / Globe Life Stadium (Definitely need to check out a Rangers game while your down here!)5) Six Flags6) Walmart / Grocery Stores7)Restaurants, etc.I was also amazed by how much space our apartment has to offer.Nice appliances, spacious room, etc. are all nice, but what really makes Jordan Creek special are its staff members. In particular, I would like to shout out Michael Savala for his amazing services to the community. One thing that makes Michael special is his ability to communicate with others. Michael is one of the most, if not THE MOST friendly individuals I have ever talked to. He is very respectful, kind, and is always looking to help you out. If you are looking to rent an apartment or need any help I HIGHLY RECOMMEND talking to Michael. Michael really goes out of his way to make sure his residents are comfortable.Overall, this place is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone looking to rent an apartment.
