I love living at Inspire Downtown! It is so convenient having everything right here at the tip of my fingers. There is always something to do downtown. My apartment is so unique and I love my view. The management is so nice and helpful. Tammie and Michelle are so understanding and make you feel like you matter! Parking garage is a plus and free coffee!

Amazing front desk staff!Recently I was in a real bind and needed to find a place to live quickly. Where I had set up to live is a new build and my apartment wasnt ready on the day my lease was supposed to start.I was feeling very anxious about this so I contacted Michelle at Inspire and she was super kind. She listened to my story and she was very helpful in finding me a great apartment at an excellent rent. Inspire is one of the only places downtown that has a hot tub and the square footage of their places is amazing.While I didnt end up renting at Inspire, knowing that I had a 2nd choice made me feel safe and calm. Also, it gave me the ammunition I needed to be able to go back to the first place and tell them that if they didnt give me what I wanted, I wasnt going to move in there. Michelle set me up for success and I just wanted her to know that I really appreciated everything she did for me.

This has been the best building Ive lived in since moving to San Antonio three years ago. The staff, ESPECIALLY Tiaj, is a big part of its appeal.Tiaj has been super helpful, accommodating, and regularly goes above and beyond for the tenants. Staff like this makes a huge difference and makes me want to stay in the building.

My fiancé and I moved in together and felt that the Penthouse was the best option for us. Michelle, AJ and Suede have been wonderful to work with as they helped us transition from the 10th Floor up to the Penthouse. We love the community the Inspire brings and the staff are wonderful and accommodating. We hope to stay here as long as we can!

This caused several miscommunications, mostly on my partI didnt handle the situation as well as I should have and caused some bad feelings. Recently moved out from the apartments and left with many friends and a perspective that San Antonio is indeed a cultural city based on community and love to one another. Management does a VERY good job keeping up with events and is very attentive to all aspects of the building. I’m very thankful for everything Inspire Downtown keep up the good work.

I have lived here for 1 years.Overall a great apartment for the price and location.Good things:High rise apartment means concrete walls and floors. I cant hear my neighbors.The pool and espresso machine are great.Lots of elevators. When they break, they are fixed by the end of the day.Great location. Walking distance from everything or a quick Uber.Friendly neighbors.Maintenance responds to requests in a day or 2.Lots of police patrolling the area.The apartment is high quality and not cheaply put together.Social events planned by the apartment every other month or so.They shampoo the hallway carpets regularly. Theu maintain the building well.Cons:The move in can be a pain. You have to reserve the freight elevator well in advance .Dont answer the phone reliably. Youll need to walk to the office or send an email.Parking can be confusing for guests.There was a package thief that was caught by the police.Homeless people in the neighboring park and on the sidewalk. They have never given me any problems, but they can be intimidating. There is usually police in the area. I called them once and they responded within 1 minute.The dog run is small and gross. I dont know how people let there dogs go there.Gym is too small for more than 2 people. I go to Golds gym.

I toured Inspire Downtown with Michelle…and it was wonderful! She is professional, knowledgeable, and warm…that had me submit an application within one (1) day. The move was seamless for me and the moving crew. Inspire Downtown is home now, and the decision to be a part of this community was because of Michelle and Inspire staff.

Views for days! I have to say that living in such an iconic part of San Antonios skyline is as convenient as it is Beautiful. You can literally walk or scooter to any festival on any given day in no time at all. Since living here, I feel more connected to myself and the heart of this city.Oh, and the office staff here tries their hardest to accommodate anything you might need... anything from locking an elevator and reserving the loading dock for when you need large items delivered, lending you a dolly when you buy tons of groceries and cant carry them all the way up at once, or just providing a warm salutation and smile that will perk up any day!All in all, I am loving my experience here in this apartment complex.

Inspire Downtown is a great place to live! The professionalism that I have experienced with the leasing staff and management (Michelle, AJ, Suede, and Tammie) has been quite impressive. They really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Michelle assisted me with the move-in process and was super friendly and helpful. The maintenance team always responds quickly and in an efficient manner. The cleaners are hardworking and keep the hallway on my floor and the rest of the common areas looking pristine. I highly recommend Inspire Downtown!

Great location in a secure buiding close to downtown. The spacious condo was clean and well furnished. The amenities deck has a shallow pool, hot tub, and plenty of seating. There is also a gym & party room on the same rooftop deck.

I toured this building while looking for a new place for a relocation move to SA. Tammie the manager gave me a tour of the building, amenities, apartment, etc. And she was great. So kind and warming.I loved the apartment I was shown and the price was amazing. It was very close to my office, which I loved. But there is a lot of construction in the immediate area and a bit tedious to navigate through. Although it is close to so many things downtown, there didn’t seem to be a lot of things immediately within reach. The amenities were nice, but dated and small.Ultimately, I went elsewhere but the building was a great option for the price point.

Michelle is beyond awesome as she really goes above and beyond to help me with any questions I have when I call. The Assistant manager Sude and The GM Tammie are probably the best managers I have ever had in San Antonio! They definitely stay on top of everything and always makes me feel comfortable living here!Thank you to the Inspire team!

I’ve lived at Inspire for nearly 3 years and I’m so happy being here. The office staff are amazing (Tammie, Suede, Michelle, and Tiaj). They listen to you and are attentive to all your needs. The maintenance/house-keeping staff are also great (Gabriel, Hector and Monica).In the summer, I can’t get enough of the pool, and the hot tub when the weather cools off. The property is always clean and free of clutter. It’s super pet friendly with adorable fur babies coming and going all day.I appreciate all the social events like happy hour, pizza parties and live music. If you’re apartment hunting, look no further. This is the place you want to call home.-Trent

Ive only been living here for about 3 weeks but couldnt be happier. My apt is perfect with an amazing view. The pool/ amenities deck was already great but they are about to complete a remodel that made everything that much better. Including a nice gym over looking the city which will be the icing on the cake. All communication with office prior to move and currently has been seamless. Suede especially has been more than accommodating to all of our requests so far. 🤙

My favorite place I’ve ever lived! Moved in right when Greystar took over and they made so many amazing changes to the property. Everyone has been so awesome and helpful from maintenance to leasing to the property manager. They had some awesome events for the residents and they even found safe ways for community events during the pandemic. Loved everything about inspire. So sad we had to move.

I moved into IDT this weekend and am really happy with how convenient the building makes it for movers, the cleanliness of the elevators and hallways, and of course my apartment which is beautiful and was totally move-in ready. I worked with AJ from the first virtual tour (moved from Austin) and all the way to move-in day where she made sure everything was ready for me. The location is great and the parking situation is convenient. I look forward to living here for a while! Thanks AJ and entire Inspire team!

Great place with amazing views. Weve moved several residents in this beautiful complex. The elevators allow us to be efficient, and loading dock makes it easy to access building. The staff is ALWAYS super courteous!! Thank you inspire, its a great energy when we visit!

This was a great place to live! I had to move to a different city because of my job. Otherwise, I would keep renewing my lease!!! The maintenance team was awesome. The day I put in a request, it was fixed. The leasing office was a pleasure to work with all the time. They were on top of everything and made it so easy to live there. They had several fun events to meet your neighbors and informed you of events going on downtown. A special shout out to Hector in the leasing office because he is great at his job and just an awesome person to be around. If you are new to the area, he makes you feel welcome and knows all the great things that San Antonio has to offer. I dont ever write reviews because I am usually not impacted as much as I was this apartment complex.

I love living at The Vistana! I feel like I am at a resort and so happy I dont have to check out in a few days. The staff is incredible. They are attentive and kind and are anxious to get any issue resolved. I sincerely appreciate the way they take care of the property. Its very clean and every precaution has been taken to protect us from the virus. They even have hand sanitizers at every elevator stop. Another thing I like is the quietness between the apartments. You dont hear neighbors above, below or either side. That is fabulous! The staff communicates with you on a daily basis through email to let you know whats going on -- sometimes its a food truck in front of the building and sometimes its to announce a maintenance project like hall rug cleaning or fire drills. The pool is lovely and also has some restrictions now because of the virus. I appreciate that they are looking out for us. Its also great to have a parking garage for us. Great for our safety and not dealing with a hot car. As soon as covid is over, Im anxious to explore the neighborhood with their restaurants and stores. its so close to the downtown mall too. The other tenants have been welcoming and kind. Yep, I am really happy here.

I come from luxury and this is by far the best you will find in the downtown area in San Antonio.The staff really does a great job :) “ Michelle“ is beyond nice! She has a very welcoming attitude and goes above and beyond for you.Tammie- Great manager, she seems to really care about the property which I love to see!Suede- Talk about someone that will work around the clock for you to get appoved! I hope everyone stays at this property as I really love living here.Tajah- Very good at working in the front with the best greetings and I love to see her at the events as she really knows how to make the event fun!

I had a difficult time moving into this apartment complex because of circumstances beyond anyones control. The saving grace and the reason I love living here is the office and maintenance staff. They went above and beyond helping me and my husband not only move in, but feel like valued and respected tenants. I highly recommend Vistana as a place to live! Plus who doesnt love free coffee or hot coco in the lobby?? Very dog friendly too.

I lived here for a little over 3 years. The management changed multiple times and has likely changed since so I cant speak to how its currently run. Never had any problems with the property. The apartments were really good when it came to noise. The on-site gym was pretty small but super convenient. The pool and grills were really nice too. It could be a little difficult to drive to the property during major events like Fiesta. Not a big deal since its just once a year and you are in the middle of Fiesta.

Honest review of my overall experience at Inspire Downtown. I come from a luxury apartment in Dallas, I will state the Pros and Cons of living here.Pros:Management are very nice here specially Michelle that helped me with my move in process from day one.Big living room space with a fantastic view to DT.Love the Concrate floor compared to wood.No loud noises from neighbors compared to Dallas Apartment.Package delivery so far fantastic compared to Dallas.Love the Celling piping make you feel like you live in some where special.Internet is fast 650+ speed similar to Dallas can’t complain. ATTCons:Apartment lighting Not the best. No Spot lights, Restroom lights celling has white light, sink has yellow light. Small touches that I noticed, might not be an issue for others.Apartment kitchen is small with min cabinets and drawers. You will need storage.One door Refrigerator not dual.No under cabinet LED lightning. But you can still install your own if you want :)Apartment Hallway outdated colors are not the best.Overall I do recommend living here 100%, Management 5 Stars, whole Apartment 4.3 Stars :p.

I am shocked by anything less than a perfect review of this building. We moved in June and have felt at home ever since. We looked at the Pearl, 1800 Broadway and various other construction, but nothing compared. The Vistana is a true luxury high-rise with amazing loft apartments and an industrial chic feel. We worked with Devin Winfield - a gifted leasing agent who knew exactly the right apartment for us.

They have a really awesome area for you too hang out and meet the people in the building they have a hot tub a pool a gym and a fire place and they way it’s set up is amazing. The Vistana is a very beautiful building. The location is perfect for everything downtown San Antonio has to offer. The Vistana helped make my first year in SA one Ill never forget. The amenity deck sets the bar for amenities! Nice pool, huge hot tub (fits at least 10), 2 large grills, plenty of seating to host guests, beautiful clubhouse with 60 TV, everything you could need in a gym, and the best views SA has to offer. Having Subway, Papa Johns, and Big Bobs burgers directly downstairs is awesome! Friends are always impressed by my living arrangements :)Also, the staff is incredible! Every time Ive ever needed anything Hector was on it, never had to ask twice. Id most definitely live at the Vistana again. Must see!

I lived in a 1br 1 bath and loved every minute of it. I had several friends who lived at the Vistana and they all had similar feelings. The amenities deck is the nicest in San Antonio. The staff is very curtious and willing to go the extra mile to help out every resident. I have recommended the Vistana to many coworkers and friends and have nothing bad to say. A job transfer forced me to move, but I would move back in a heart beat if I was relocated back to San Antonio.

The property is in a great location easy access to restaurants,parks, stores and major highways. It’s a close knit community of residents. Management does a great job handling all the obstacles that have happened this year, while continuing to provide resident activists they work hard to keep us informed and up to date on property and community updates. What I like the most about the apartment itself is that this is by far the quietest place Ive ever lived, even though it is in the middle of downtown.

Weve lived here just over four months and couldnt be happier! #vistanalife #visitanaliving #downtownersinthemix have become regular and recurring hashtags for us on social media since moving in here. From the over-accommodating professional management and maintenance staff to the facility and amenities - - we found nothing better in our search for the downtown experience. This is truly a 5-star resort facility.We have an awesome 2-story penthouse-level unit with balcony views that cant be beat, and the convenience of Milam Park across the street is perfect for our furbabies.We love calling The Vistana home and were the envy of our friends who dared us to go through with it. While there is certainly a homeless presence in the area, we have yet to be accosted or even spoken to by any of them. I feel safer walking my dog at 0300 here than I did in the hood on the NE side where we lived before. Absolutely no complaints (except that I wish we had double sinks in the master bath...LOL).THANK YOU to the Vistana staff, particularly Devin and Michelle, and the previous host Hector, for making our decision so easy and accurate! Looking forward to many more social events and neighbor camaraderie.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Great place to live. The management is very helpful and about once a month something is held for the residents. Wither it is happy hour downstairs or a bartender coming over and making free drinks. They are very pet friendly.

I recently moved in and everyone I worked with in the office has been great, specifically Elizabeth my leasing agent. The place is clean, good amenities, there nice pool and hot tub, unique layouts and good views of downtown from most units.The big downside is the guest parking situation. Guess are required to pay $6.99 for parking and the parking garage. There currently are no street parking
