My family wants to thank the new Manager Mrs. DETRA!!!! She is one of Gods Angels.Mrs. Detra was very knowledgeable and patient. Thanks Mrs. Detra she worked fast and diligently and we got our apt. God is good. GOD shows up right on time.

I’ve been in and out of Houston. Finally cited to move to Houston every since I moved out here over year’s and month’s. Well, MostlyEvery year’s I’ve been calling and calling and they always say they’re full for some reason the end of February something inside me said call these apartment’s I was like nah I’m not going to call every time’s I do call they alway’s say I got keep checking in calling the middle of March something said to me again call these apartments I follow my destiny, decided to call at the end March I could not believe the lady said I can come in pick up a application they’re are very nice in the office I just turned my application back in just waiting for them to call me🤞🏾🙏🏽 that was god telling me to call these apartment I should have listened to my instants from the beginning calling these apartment .. the people’s in office are so helpful and kind and courtesy .. the inside of the office is very nice I haven’t not been all inside the apartment complex from the look inside the office I can see out side the window the park and other stuff looks nice over there…😊

The moment I saw these apartments, I knew they were going to be a place I called my home. I kept calling to check and see if they had a 2 bedroom available and they would tell me there is a waiting list. I needed to come in a fill out an application. I went and Lakisha started me on the process the wait was well worth it not only did I get an apartment but Ms. Lakisha the assistant manger took very care of me although I worried her to death. She treated me as if I was one of her own children by helping me throughout the entire process. Thanks Ms. Lakisha you are the best.

I love the apartments they are very well kept nice and clean.. The management is great I also love the maintenance guy very nice..

I hate that this aparment is income restricted. So quiet, well kept. Im happy my friend has somewhere beautiful and safe to stay.
