    I absolutely fell in love with icon apartments, and I can confidently say that I have never had a more pleasant experience dealing with an apartment complex.     I know this is delayed and I apologize for that. I couldnā€™t go on without saying how accommodating and wonderful Monica, Krystal and all the amazing staff at Icon apartments are! I was there for a year, with a two bedroom furnished apartment, the day I walked in it looked like it was out of a better homes and gardens magazine.. you guys did such a beautiful job! Every time I walked into the office everyone greeted me with a ā€œHi Danielleā€ they are all so friendly. My pup absolutely loved the dog park and the pool was always a nice little getaway from reality. I truly enjoyed my year at Icon and am sad all good things must come to an end. Thank you guys for the wonderful year, keep making Killeen a better place ā˜ŗļø

    Stayed in icon for over 2 years. Best apartment complex Iā€™ve ever stayed at. Monica, Nija and Ashley in the leasing office definitely deserve a raise. Any issue I had, the were able to handle it expeditiously.

    We loved living at icon apartments! Monica made the whole experience easy from the start. We are a military family and the move-in process was quick and seamlessā€”exactly what we needed. She was professional, relatable, and as a military wife, she gets it. She even brought over baby supplies when she found out we were expecting, which really meant a lot. Every time we needed something, Monica and the team were super responsive and helped out right away. no waiting around, just straight to the point and got it done. The place itself was great and quiet. A beautiful pool, and just an overall relaxing environment. Weā€™ll really miss living here, but it was Monica who made it special. We couldnā€™t have gotten in and settled so fast without her. If youā€™re military or just want someone who truly goes above and beyond, Monicaā€™s the one to talk to.

    I have lived here for almost 3 years now and in all my time here the current leasing office staff have been nothing short of amazing. Kristle and Monica are so helpful and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a feeling of familiarity. They went above and beyond to address all my inquiries and concerns. I was so close to moving to another complex because I was having issues with my neighbors. Not only were they helpful in providing detailed information about available units and leasing options, but they also took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect fit for my living situation. Their willingness to listen and their genuine interest in assisting me truly made a difference in my decision-making process. Anytime I have a maintenance problem Charles gets it done ASAP.     Without question my favorite apartment and place in Killeen. Never dealt with pests, maintenance was there one or two days after a request, and never really heard my neighbors. The workers and manager are super friendly and helpful when answering any questions. And most importantly, I always felt completely safe. Highly recommend!

    I came in one day on my 30 minute break Naja and Monica were at the door when I came in. They welcomed me with open arms, heard my story and helped me get an apartment all within a 3-day period. Since then I have been the happiest person with no complaints and also Ive been referring people since then this has been the best experience ever I appreciate and adore the both of them. If you are looking for an apartment this is the place for you hands down come in today and ask for Monica or Nija or Kristle you wont regret it have a blessed day.

    The apartments are lovely and peaceful, the neighbors and office staff are all pleasant. Monica was an absolute delight to deal with on my tour. The neighborhood is wonderful and well-kept! They will make every effort to look after you. The apartments offer a resort-style pool, a 24-hour gym, and valet trash pickup!! The interiors of the apartments are stunning! I adore the kitchen countertops so much, just in general the whole apartment layout is fantastic! Im literally overjoyed to be moving into the community.

    Kristle & monica made the move super smooth & quick, the application process was very easy & we were moved in within the same week. the maintenance is super up to date thanks to charles, the community is military friendly & they even had a pool & 24hr gym at your feet to use, the staff is super professional & the neighborhood is very clean.

    5 stars customer service!! Walked into the office and Monica answered all my questions, gave me a peaceful mind during the whole process from start to finish. She gave my wife a virtual tour of the unit we ended up signing for. The whole staff from start to finish was very friendly, helpful and overall genuinely cared about our situation and wanted to help us. I would and will recommend Monica to friends and family who are looking for an apartment at Icon. Best experience ever when signing a lease.

    I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with how i was received as soon as I walked in the door. Monica and Kristle greeted me with a smile and Hot Coco!! I immediately thought this is the type of community I want to live in. The showed me around the area and it was so clean and well put together. The apartments were very spacious and modern! The gym, pool, basketball court, and the outdoor areas are beautiful. If you are thinking of a place to live... think ICON! trust me, you will not regret it in the slightest!

    I love it here! Ms. Kristle and Ms. Monica are so nice and made the processes of getting approved and moved in so helpful fun and swift! I literally was able to move in a few days after applying. This community is so quiet, clean, and relaxing. I love my unit especially the kitchen. This is my first time living in a luxury apartment and it is great I have no complaints. On top of that there is a resort style pool and 24 hour gym! And we have valet trash pickup so you donā€™t have to worry about walking to a dumpster they pick it up at your front door! Itā€™s worth the price to live here I am a super satisfied tenant!

    After living at Icon apartment for almost 2 years, we would recommend living there. Just as any apartments complex, there are issues. First off, we lived in a 1 bed room apartment and I must warn THERE ARE NO AIR DUCTS IN THE ROOM!!!! We had the ceiling fan on at all times and had to add a fan tower to attempt to cool off the room, we kept the AC around 72 and the room would still be hot. The gym is the best apartment gym weā€™ve ever used but A LOT of people who are not residents are able to access it because the code has never been changed. There were multiple changes in management, which unfortunately affected the quality of living at the apartments but this current management is great! I spoke to Monica Ratliff a few times and she was very professional and helpful. The new management fixed a lot of the things the previous management had affected, such as: lowering rent, hiring professional maintenance, maintaining the landscape, having security at the apartment and fixing the pool. (The 2 years we lived there the gate never worked, so I donā€™t believe this should be referred to as a gated community.) The maintenance team is truly exceptional, they completed work orders extremely fast and with accuracy. Overall, we personally think itā€™s a good apartment community to live in. Itā€™s a great location for military personnel/families, as it is extremely close to Ft Cavazos, which was extremely convenient.

    Monica for the win! Seriously couldnt have done this without her we got in our place in less than a day. We were in a tight situation where our housing fell through at another place and she stayed late with us and made sure we were approved before we left that night. Moved in the next day!     The STAFFFF!! The STAFFFFFF! They are soooo welcoming. From the leasing agents, Nija and Monica! So energetic. Welcomed us in before we stepped FOOT IN THE DOOR. Answered every question i had. & i had A LOT! Property is BEAUTIFUL. Spacious rooms. Very quiet. Spoke with a resident who gave HONEST feedback. Nothing negative to say! Wait until you see the fitness center !! You have to see it to believe it. Ms. Crystal, the property manager, is very nice and welcoming as well. When i tell you me and my spouse felt at home from the first greeting yesterday! This is where you need to be !! Very military friendly ! Thank you all for making our decision SUPER easy and our apartment finding easy as well !

    Just wanted to share how helpful Monica and Kristel have been with me since day one of transferring over to another apartment. I didnt wanted to leave since I felt at home here but they made it happened and help me even thought rent prices increased. I couldnt appreciated it more.     The apartments are beautiful, quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the office staff too. My husband picked this place when we had difficulties with another. The manager FaceTimed me so I could see the apartment 2 and half hours away. Iā€™m so happy this is the home my husband picked for our family. My only complaint is the residents not throwing their trash in the dumpster but all around it. The gate doesnā€™t work but we were told today that would change which makes this momma feel a whole lot safer. I would so recommend this little slice of heaven next to everything convenient.

    Icon Apartments have been wonderful luxury apartments to live in! The apartment managing staff and maintenance crew are so welcoming! Kristle, Monica, and Agnes are always answering any questions and have made the moving process smooth! The community is great and well maintained! They will make sure to take care of you! The apartments have a resort style pool, 24hr access gym, and valet for picking up your trash!! The inside of the apartments are so pretty! I love the kitchen countertops and the layout of the apartment is great!

    Amazing experience! All the ladies in the leasing office are very nice and patient, they answered every question we had and made the approval process pretty easy. After we moved in they also answered to all of our work orders quickly and everything was fixed within a day. The complex itself is beautiful, clean, calm and we love the pool and the pickleball court!

    This community is beautiful! I went by to take a tour with Monica and she was such a pleasure to work with. She seemed eager to help and answer all of my questions. I didnā€™t feel rushed or annoying when speaking with her. The home I toured was out of my price range, however I had to leave a review as my showing was like none of the others I saw that day. Ask for Monica if youā€™re considering this community, she will take good care of you!

    Conditional review: working with Monica Ratliff was fantastic, she got me in, showed me a place, and handed the keys over in one day. I hit her with some tough questions about things I read from others on here and things Iā€™ve heard about Kileen. She was honest and helpful. We will see how living here goes we are off to a hot start. Can confirm gate is still broken.

    The staff is very attentive and dedicated. An infrequent issue occurred with my money order being rescinded, and they efficiently worked to get it resolved. Monica took the lead, diligently providing me with reassuring information each time we spoke regarding my money order quandary. Monica quickly resolved a difficult situation that was virtually unheard of whilst alleviating stress and uncertainty on the tenant.

She gave us a list of exactly what we needed to do to get our application in and set up electricity, renters insurance and Wi-Fi.     Iā€™m currently considering divorce. Thayer point was the first apartment complex I visited. When I came into the office, meeting Melissa was like running into an old friend. She was so attentive and very helpful. Bottom line upfront, I didnā€™t feel the need to continue my apartment search. I completed the application, paid my deposit and moved in within 2 weeks. Melissa also provided me with information on getting my electric and cable established. The experience was like a one stop shop. With the stress of everything that I am going through, Iā€™m thankful for all the help Melissa provided. Sheā€™s a blessing and I love my new home at Thayer point ā¤ļø

    Since I moved there it has been very nice and quiet. The staff is great the maintenance guys are quick I put an order in and either that day or the next they are there fixing it. I definitely recommend living at the Icon apartments. My only down fall is some residence donā€™t pick up after their dogs at thatā€™s whatā€™s annoying other than that itā€™s awesome!!

    Since I started looking for an apartment, I had my eyes on Thayer Point. Iā€™ve been here since August, and things started out wonderfully but have gone downhill. I love the complex and amenities, but when it comes to management my concerns go brushed off. The customer service is great, except youā€™ll never get any solutions, just a smile. Iā€™ve reached out to the office several times about several different concerns and I have either never heard back, or received surface level ā€œconcernā€ that was gone as soon as I hung up the phone. As much money as I pay, I would expect to be heard and at least a genuine effort be made in solving any issues. I would recommend living here, but only if you never have any concerns whatsoever.Update: A representative from the corporate office reached out to me, and was able to fix any miscommunications and actually listened to my concerns. I feel that Iā€™ve been heard, and that this customer service was genuine. I appreciate that someone spoke and listened to me, and look forward to my future experiences.

    Had a wonderful time on my tour with Jasmine she was super friendly and full of information on the property ! Had a radiant energy that made my tour feel like I was taking a walk with a friend. Was greeted as soon as I walked into the office by both Ashley and Jasmine ! I remember speaking with Ashley the day prior to my visit and she was by far the nicest and most respectful community manager I have spoken to in all of Killeen, Copperas Cove and Harker Heights !! Iā€™m truly amazed on the quality of the apartments and the amenities. What you see in the pictures is true to what you see once on the property. Thank you so much Ashley and Jasmine for such a wonderful experience, I canā€™t wait to call Thayer Point my new home this coming month !

    We love living at Thayer Point. Although there have been a few issues as you would expect with new construction the staff Thayer is always on top of it. Charlie the maintenance man is great. He always comes same day. Melissa and Adrian are awesome & always in a great mood. My girlfriend and I always feel comfortable when we are in the office. We recommend Thayer to all our friends when moving to base.

I have heard great things about Thayer Point Apartments and it is a clean, gated, and secure apartment with amenities that you cant find at anywhere else in Killeen.     I recently moved in, and couldnā€™t be happier. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful during the process. Due to COVID, the pool area is closed. Iā€™m looking forward to when it opens, because the area looks amazing.There are one ā­ļø reviews that speak about issues with the complex. It seems like those reviews were done when the complex soon opened. These buildings being new, there will be issues, but as I can tell, they have been resolved. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

    Just Moved In!In general, the complex is great! Our room is awesome too. Price is acceptable.Thank goodness we got one here and we did not regret coming here at Thayer. Jessica is so accomodating since day 1 of my application. She guided me all throughout.At first, we were in doubt because most reviews here at google were mostly negative. But the current manangement are on their game this time.I had 1 work order when I moved in and they fixed it the follwing day. Fast and awesome.So far so good!Thanks Thayer!     I have lived in building 3 and never been happier about deciding to move into these apartments. Coming from Austin and moving to Killeen for work was difficult decision for me because Iā€™ve heard all the horrible stories about finding a good safe place to live. But from the moment I walked into Thayer I felt right at home. The staff was so welcoming, and it level of luxury found in an apartment in killeen felt just like if I was in Austin again. These place is safe never had any break ins, the pool is amazing, having a gym walking distance from my apartment that is open 24 hours fit right with my schedule. I am very happy that I made the decision to move here, it feels that the moment I drive through that gate I am safe and itā€™s just a beautiful place to live. I love the staff theyā€™re always so attentive to my requests and go above and beyond to ensure all of our requests are met! If youā€™re new to the area Thayer is the place to live you wonā€™t regret it!

    UPDATE: Great tour with Jasmine and Ive moved into the community. The onsite maintenance team is great. LaGina and her husband do a great job of communicating and keeping me updated on any work being done. And LaGina always has a smile and laugh ready when we see each other.

    I currently live here and donā€™t understand the low reviews, this place is great. The staff (Beth, robin, and Melissa) are very friendly and always help me if I need anything, else the apartment is brand new and does have a few unusual design choices but itā€™s not a bad thing. Everything works well, all new appliances. The only down side if there is one, is the price but even thatā€™s not that bad.

    Apartments are nice, landscape & security is very bad. Security gates havnt worked in years, pool been closed for close to a year. My Catalytic converter was stolen, if the security gates & cameras worked it would have eliminated thieves.

    My stay at Icon Apartments has been very much amazing I have more than enjoyed the staffed personnel who run the front leasing office Monica Ratliff and Agnesia Sagaya, and Kristle Lewis are professional efficient and very welcoming by far the best place I have lived in my 7 years of living in Killeen the maintenance team are quick to respond very knowledgeable and are very friends my and helpful even outside of regular maintenance.
