Very nice property. You can walk by the water. Swim at multiple pools.. very nice workout centers. Its a lovely place to walk around. There are lots of things close to the location.

I lived here for about 3 years! I never had a bad experience. The neighborhood was quiet for me! Maintenance came quick every time I put in a request!! They’d even help me get trash out if it was too heavy! They provide washer and dryers on the inside of the home plus a storage closet with massive space for a reasonable price. Patrol officers are always riding around as well for safety. Overall it was a good experience!

LeKesha is a wonderful property manager I was searching high and low for someone to live and she was the answering to my prayers I was taken a tour of the property and shown different sizes the app it process was simple and approval took no time it’s a quite property and the unit I’m in is great and love the up dates amenities

This review is regarding the maintenance guy Victor! He is so professional and timely. I put a work order in for one thing and when he came he seen something else out of place and fixed it as well. I appreciate the fact that he was determined to resolve my maintenance issue without just throwing it together. Big Thank you to Victor

The apartments are beautiful but the people that are moving in dont seem to care to keep it beautiful. They are not keeping the trash picked up. Theres a saying that You can take a person out of the gettho but you cant take the ghetto out of the person. Well I sure would like to change that. These apartments are too beautiful to destroy.

I lived in Hutchins Gateway Apartments fir 3 yrs never had a problem and staffers very friendly to me .As far as the trashing it is the residents responsibility to put the trash in the trash cans. Alot of times the trash can is not placed in the right position so it makes it hard for kids or residents to place the trash in the cans. Most kids just sit thevtrash on the ground. I think they should change the dumpsters.

Their very beautiful apartments inside and out. The only thing an the three bedrooms apartments they put a marvelous double sink, full mirror/w the lights going across as the guess bathroom instead of it being the in master bedroom. But overall 5 Stars

I’m a new resident here and I LOVE IT ME AND MY SON LOVE OUR NEW PLACETHE MAINTENANCE TEAM IS SO GOOD AND PROMPTMS DORETHA AND MS SHANIQUA ARE AMAZING THEY REALLY ARE THE BEST APARTMENT MANAGEMENT IVE HAD IN A LONG TIMECOURTESY PATROL STAFF DO A GREAT JOB ASWELL !

Yes I would just like you to know that Hutchins gateway management they are very excellent very good to me they help me with everything theres nothing that they wont do for their tenants its a good complex apartment I love my apartment yall need to give them more views and raise their checks up honey cuz they is so good so I love them they are sweet they work with you they be patient with you and everything
